Sepertiga coffee shop is one of the coffee shops located in downtown Banda Aceh. Sepertiga shop is a fairly new coffee shop because this shop opened in 2018. Sepertiga shop still has to strengthen its business strategy in order to survive and compete with other coffee shops. The majority of consumers at the One-third coffee shop are aged 17-28 years who are students and university students. With the majority of consumers who are students, one-third of coffee gets an average daily turnover of Rp. 3,056,453 while the target turnover of one- third of coffee is Rp. 5,000,000 per day, but until now the turnover achieved is only 50% of the target and has decreased. Sepertiga Coffee Shop needs an increase in sales, the strategy undertaken to increase sales is to improve service quality. The quality of service at Sepertiga Coffee Shop requires improvement, it is known based on the results of data processing using the IPA Kano method. The main function of the IPA method is to provide information related to service factors based on consumer opinion which can encourage customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as other factors, namely the need to improve services according to consumer opinion because at this time consumers are not satisfied with existing services (Napitupulu , 2016). While Kano is a model that aims to categorize the attributes of a product or service based on how well the product or service is able to meet consumer satisfaction. The results of the analysis using the IPA, Kano and gap analysis methods show that the performance required by consumers and requires improvement so that there are 5 attributes that require improvement in service quality. Based on the analysis of the IPA, Servqual and Kano methods, the design of proposed improvements can be made to Sepertiga Coffee Shop by making SOPs for guidelines or references for carrying out work assignments in accordance with their functions and as a performance appraisal tool, and it is easier for employees to apply their work rules. SOP is implemented by giving punishment if employees do not carry out work according to SOP and rewards to employees who carry out SOP properly. \u0000Abstrak. Kedai Kopi Sepertiga merupakan salah satu kedai kopi yang berada di pusat kota Banda Aceh. Kedai Kopi Sepertiga merupakan kedai kopi yang terbilang baru karena kedai ini mulai dibuka pada tahun 2018. Kedai Kopi Sepertiga masih harus memantapkan strategi bisnis agar dapat bertahan dan bersaing dengan kedai kopi lainnya. Mayoritas konsumen pada Kedai Kopi Sepertiga yaitu berusia 17-28 tahun yang merupakan pelajar dan mahasiswa. Dengan mayoritas konsumen yang merupakan pelajar dan mahasiswa Sepertiga coffee mendapatkan omzet harian rata- rata sebesar Rp. 3.056.453 sedangkan target omzet Sepertiga coffee yaitu sebesar Rp. 5.000.000 per hari, tetapi sampai saat ini omzet yang tercapai hanya 50% dari target dan mengalami penurunan. The accumulation of work occurs because workers often stop to relieve fatigue or soreness. This happens because the work facilities used in the form of storage tanks, chairs measuring 23x15x15 cm, and storage racks require workers to bend and bend down to adjust their working position to the available facilities. Therefore, this study aims to identify complaints and assess the risk of packing and finishing work. The type of research method used uses quantitative methods. The measurement method used is the Loading on The Upper Body Assesment (LUBA) method to assess occupational risks. Occupational risk assessment using the Loading on The Upper Body Assesment (LUBA) method is used based on complaints on the upper limbs in accordance with the LUBA assessment used to assess upper body risk. CV Tasifa Jaya merupakan perusahaan makanan produksi bakso dengan total pekerja 15 orang. Keterlambatan proses produksi menyebabkan overtime, dan penumpukan pekerjaan pada proses packing dan finishing. Penumpukan pekerjaan terjadi karena pekerja sering berhenti untuk melepas lelah atau pegal. Hal ini terjadi karena fasilitas kerja yang digunakan berupa bak penampungan/penyimpanan, kursi berukuran 23x15x15 cm, dan rak penyimpanan mengharuskan pekerja membungkuk dan menunduk untuk menyesuaikan posisi kerja dengan fasilitas yang tersedia. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keluhan dan menilai risiko dari pekerjaan packing dan finishing. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Adapun metode pengukuran yang digunakan yaitu metode Loading on The Upper Body Assesment (LUBA) untuk menilai risiko pekerjaan. Penilaian risiko kerja menggunakan metode Loading on The Upper Body Assesment (LUBA) digunakan berdasarkan pada keluhan pada anggota tubuh bagian atas sesuai dengan penilaian LUBA yang digunakan untuk menilai risiko tubuh bagian atas. The growth of the food and beverage industry sector in Indonesia is increasing rapidly, especially in West Java because of the high population so that the KS Group Bandung company is required to meet the needs of the community, in supporting the needs of the community, adequate human resources are needed to support the success of the company's vision and mission, but the company has problems in the work performance of employees who do not support, resulting in a decrease in the quality of work owned by the company so that it hampers the company's vision and mission and optimization of performance such as increasing employee work delays, declining turnover, product complaints from consumers. Viewed from the aspect of the company's organization, the company is categorized as a medium industry based on the income and also the value of the company's investment. This research was conducted to design and measure the work performance of employees using the Human Resources Scorecard method. \u0000Human Resource Scorecard is a performance measurement system of Human Resources related to people, strategy and company performance in order to form a superior competitive company. The method applied to measure the extent of employee performance and is also useful for scientifically developing the company's human resources. There are four perspectives in measuring the Human Resource Scorecard, namely the financial, customer, internal business process and learn & growth perspectives. The stages of this research are the first to identify KPIs based on the company's business strategy, the second is to design an objective strategy to define the value creation process or the clarity of the organization's strategy to determine the steps for implementing the strategy. The third is to do indicator weighting, the weighting stage is done using expert choice software 11. Fourth, the scoring system is carried out using the higher is better, lower is better method. The five scoring system results obtained were categorized using the Traffic Light System method. \u0000The results of the study were 10 KPs divided into 2 financial KPIs, 3 customer KPIs, 2 internal bussiners process KPIs, and 3 Learning & Growth KPIs. From the results of the calculation of the weight score of the employee's performance in the company as a whole in each perspective, namely 60.7%, which means that the score obtained is the need for improvement and performance improvement. The results of the 10 KPO measurements obtained are divided into several categories, namely 2 KPIs in the red category, 6 in the yellow category, 2 in the red category. Problem that occurred at NOS Jeans was decline in purchasing power compared to it’s competitors which was exacerbated by the condition of the Covid-19 virus pandemic which caused NOS Jeans sales to decrease by 25% -50%. Purpose of this research is to find out the current business potential owned by NOS Jeans and to design business development strategy that must be carried out by NOS Jeans based on the results of Business Model Canvas method. Strategy planning is carried out using SWOT analysis in form of identifying environmental factors, calculating IFE and EFE matrices, creating SWOT matrices, and determining SWOT quadrants. This study shows that condition of NOS Jeans is in quadrant 1 (growth), so it’s necessary to develop right strategy for NOS Jeans. T orders the same number of raw materials for each order—meanwhile, the raw materials used by PT. T is food raw materials that have characteristics with a certain shelf life. Based on the problems in PT. T, a procedure is proposed to determine the number of raw materials that must be prepared to reduce the Total Inventory Cost by considering the expiration date of raw materials in companies implementing a hybrid strategy. The procedure is to determine the Decoupling Point, calculate forecasting, prepare a Master Production Schedule (MPS), and calculate Material Requirement Planning (MRP). After calculating the proposed procedure, the Total Inventory Cost for the EOQ method is IDR. 224.225.833, and the Total Inventory Cost on the EOQ method, which considers expiration is IDR. 213.412.375. Implementation and occupational health (K3) have been under pressure so far. Manufacturing, transportation, construction, industry, energy, mining, agriculture and other industries often suffer from occupational accidents. In Indonesia, in 2020, the manufacturing industry construction has a high proportion of occupational accidents, 63,6%. According to data from the Employment Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS), from 2019 to 2020 there were 114,000 cases to 117,000 work accident cases. CV. BJA is a small industrial that processes metal waste into aluminum ingot products in Banten area. CV. BJA produce in the traditional way, without personal protective equipment and with limited technical capabilities. The production process produces smoke, dust, chemical contamination and hot room temperatures due to the smelting process, and engine noise. This illustrates that the condition of the company has a high potential for hazard if control is’nt carried out. The research aims to determine the potential hazard, the level of risk of harm and efforts to control it using the HIRARC method. Research’s an observational research, interviews and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that 17 hazards were identified which caused 22 hazards, the highest were in the smelting process with 1 low level hazard, 9 medium level hazards, 10 high level hazards and 3 very high level hazards. As for hazard control that needs to do by companies is procuring complete PPE according to working conditions, procuring complete first aid, fire extinguishers, ladders, hand pallets, mini excavators, dust collectors, installing safety signs, and modifying chimneys, ergonomic enclosures for machine components, ash disposal and printing areas. \u0000Abstrak. Penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) sampai saat ini terus mengkhawatirkan. Bidang manufaktur, transportasi, konstruksi, industri, energi, pertambangan, pertanian dan industri lainnya sering kali mengalami kecelakaan kerja. Di Indonesia pada tahun 2020, industri manufaktur berkontribusi tinggi dalam kecelakaan kerja bersamaan dengan konstruksi sebesar 63,6%. Menurut data Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan pada tahun 2019 hingga 2020 didapatkan 114.000 kasus hingga 117.000 kasus kecelakan kerja. CV. BJA merupakan industri kecil yang mengolah limbah logam menjadi produk alumunium batangan di provinsi Banten. CV. CV X is a manufacturing company that produces water heaters, temperature controllers and control panels. Musculoskeletal disorders are disorders of the limbs that cause discomfort. The operator takes measurements on the floor during work. This causes the operator's working position with the back bent, legs folded and neck bent. The research method used is a quantitative method. The level of worker complaints is known by distributing the nordic body map (NBM) questionnaire, while to determine work risk the Ovako working posture analysis system (OWAS) method is used with the help of ergofellow software. The purpose of this study was to identify operator discomfort and work risk measurement at the measurement work station. The results of the questionnaire showed that the total pain assessment obtained at the work station measurement obtained the highest score. Based on the risk assessment using the OWAS method, measurement workers are at risk levels 3 and 4. This risk level indicates that the work posture of measurement workers needs to be corrected immediately because the work being done is too risky. The simulation results after designing work facilities, the results of the risk assessment get a score of 1, which means that the activities carried out by the operator when using the measurement table do not require corrective action. \u0000Keywords: Nordic Body Map (NBM), Ovako Working Analysis System (OWAS), Anthropometry. \u0000Abstrak. CV X adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi pemanas air, pengatur suhu, dan panel kontrol. Musculoskeletal disorders merupakan gangguan pada anggota tubuh yang menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan. Operator melakukan pengukuran diatas lantai selama bekerja. Hal ini menyebabkan posisi kerja operator dengan punggung membungkuk, kaki melipat dan leher menekuk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Tingkat keluhan pekerja diketahui dengan menyebarkan kuesioner nordic body map (NBM), sedangkan untuk menentukan risiko kerja digunakan metode ovako working posture analysis system (OWAS) dengan bantuan software ergofellow. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi ketidaknyamanan operator dan pengukuran risiko kerja di stasiun kerja pengukuran Hasil kuisioner menunjukkan bahwa penilaian nyeri total didapatkan pengukuran stasiun kerja memperoleh nilai tertinggi. Berdasarkan penilaian risiko dengan metode OWAS, pekerja pengukuran berada pada tingkat risiko 3 dan 4. Level risiko ini menunjukan bahwa postur kerja pada pekerja pengukuran perlu dilakukan perbaikan segera karena pekerjaan yang dilakukan terlalu berisiko. Goods delivery services not only make it easier for the general public but also business people, especially online or e-commerce businesses. PT. Global Jet Express with the J&T Express brand is one of the companies engaged in freight forwarding services. The services provided are in the form of goods delivery services, both in the form of documents and packages for delivery to all corners of the city, institutions and internationally, including e-commerce businesses. At one of the branches of J&T Express, namely J&T Express Antapani Branch also often receives complaints from consumers. Complaints that occurred from 2018 to 2020 have increased in each category, and the category of complaints that has the most complaints is delivery delays. The impact felt by the company is the decrease in the number of deliveries after the number of complaints that enter the customer service department. In addition, the achievement of the number of shipping transactions has not met the expectations of the company's management who set a target of 250 shipments per day or 7500 shipments per month. This can affect the income of J&T Express Antapani Branch which can decrease and affect consumer confidence in the services provided. Therefore, it is necessary to design methods and analysis that can increase customer satisfaction with J&T Express Antapani Branch. To identify problems, ServQual (ServiceQuality) and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) models are used. Pelayanan yang diberikan berupa layanan pengiriman barang, baik berupa dokumen maupun paket untuk pengiriman ke seluruh penjuru kota, lembaga dan internasional termasuk bisnis e-commerce. Pada salah satu cabang dari J&T Express yaitu J&T Express Cabang Antapani juga sering menerima keluhan dari konsumen. Keluhan yang terjadi pada tahun 2018 sampai tahun 2020 mengalami kenaikan pada setiap kategori nya, dan kategori keluhan yang paling banyak adalah keterlambatan. One of company‟s efforts to become a good company is to do the good design and the good facilities layout. CV. X is a manufacture industry which operate in manufacture of pharmachies machinery. \u0000Layout condition in the company of the production process flow is still irregular between work areas. This also has implications for the company's inability to maximize the company's production profits. Therefore, the company seeks to increase production targets by evaluating the layout of the existing facilities. \u0000The purpose of this research is to obtain a layout of production facilities that have better material flow and minimum material transfer from production activities. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the CRAFT (Computer Relative Allocation of Facilities Technique) algorithm and simulated using WinQSB 2.0 software. The results showed that this method can minimize the total OMH and material displacement distance. Where the displacement distance in the initial layout is 110.75 meters, while the displacement distance in the proposed layout is 78.75 meters with the total cost according to the proposal is Rp. 217,054.79. This shows that the proposed layout can reduce the distance of moving goods by 32 meters and produce a better flow pattern for the company. \u0000Keywords: Layout, Quantitative, CRAFT, Algorithm \u0000 \u0000Abstrak. X merupakan suatu industri manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan mesin untuk kebutuhan bidang farmasi. \u0000Kondisi yang terdapat pada perusahaan adalah tata letak aliran proses produksi yang masih tidak beraturan antar area kerja. Hal ini berimplikasi pada ketidakmampuan perusahaan dalam memaksimalkan keuntungan produksi perusahaan. Maka dari itu perusahaan berupaya meningkatkan target produksi hingga dengan mengevaluasi tata letak fasilitas yang ada saat ini. \u0000Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan tata letak fasilitas produksi dengan aliran material yang lebih baik serta pemindahan material yang minimum.
