Komara Egg Ciamis Farm is a farm engaged in laying hens. Manual material handling work is still occurring in all work on the Komara Egg Ciamis farm. Based on the observations, there are problems experienced by operators who complain of pain in several parts of the body, namely the shoulders, upper back, lower back, buttocks or thighs, and knees. These complaints are felt when doing the work of feeding and collecting eggs. The risk of work being done manually can cause Musculoskeletal Disorders. The purpose of this study was to find out pain complaints, measure work risk and design work facilities in the form of trolleys using anthropometric methods in order to minimize the work risks experienced by livestock operators. The method used to find out operator complaints is using the Nordic Body Map questionnaire and to measure work risk using the Ovako Working Posture Analysis System (OWAS) method. Based on the results of the work risk assessment on the activities of feeding and collecting chicken eggs, the recommendation to minimize this work risk is to design a trolley work facility using the anthropometric method based on the size of the cage, the standard size of the egg crate, and the operator's body dimensions. The data used for the design of the Trolley is data on the population of laying hen farm operators in the Rancah District, Ciamis Regency. This trolley can be used for the work of feeding and taking eggs alternately by disassembling the feed containers that have been designed and the wooden crates that are already available on the farm. The simulation results of using the trolley by the operator show a risk level of 1 which means it is safe or corrective action is not needed. \u0000Abstrak. Peternakan Komara Egg Ciamis merupakan suatu peternakan yang bergerak pada bidang peternakan ayam petelur. Pekerjaan secara Manual Material Handling sampai saat ini masih terjadi pada seluruh pekerjaan peternakan Komara Egg Ciamis. Berdasarkan hasil observasi terdapat masalah yang dialami operator yang mengeluhkan rasa sakit pada beberapa bagian tubuh yaitu bahu, punggung atas, punggung bawah, bokong atau paha, dan lutut. Keluhan tersebut dirasakan ketika melakukan pekerjaan pemberian pakan dan pengambilan telur. Risiko pekerjaan yang dilakukan secara manual dapat menyebabkan gangguan Musculoskeletal Disorders. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keluhan rasa sakit, mengukur risiko kerja dan merancang fasilitas kerja berupa troli dengan metode antropometri agar dapat meminimasi risiko kerja yang dialami oleh operator peternakan. Home Industry Mahkota is a home industry engaged in the manufacture of ceramic tiles that wants to minimize product defects in the production process. Tiles that crack easily are a type of defect that often occurs in companies. The first stage in an effort to reduce the level of defects is to carry out the experimental planning stage, namely by identifying the factors that influence the quality of ceramic tile products. The quality tool used is a fishbone diagram, followed by the taguchi method to find out the most influential factors and improve product quality so that the level of defects can be reduced. From the results of data processing with a fishbone diagram, there are 8 factors that affect cracked tile defects. Among these 8 factors, the factors with the greatest influence is sought which causes the quality of tile products to deviate from quality standards. From the results obtained, it can be concluded thatb the percentage of defects that occurred in the company initially ranged from 3,7% while the percentage of confirmation experimental results using the taguchi method decreased to 1,77%. A decrease in the percentage of defects means an increase in product quality. The factor that most influences the quality of the product is the material in the form of raw material composition with the largest contribution percentage value of 84,14%. \u0000Keywords: Quality Control, Fishbone Diagram, Taguchi Methods. \u0000Abstrak. Home Industri Mahkota merupakan salah satu industri rumahan yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan genteng keramik yang ingin meminimasi adanya kecacatan produk dalam proses produksinya. Genteng yang mudah retak merupakan jenis kecacatan yang sering terjadi di perusahaan. Tahapan pertama dalam usaha menurunkan tingkat kecacatan adalah dengan melakukan tahapan perencanaan eksperimen yaitu dengan melakukan identifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas produk genteng keramik. Alat kualitas yang digunakan adalah fishbone diagram, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metode taguchi untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh dan meningkatkan kualitas produk sehingga tingkat kecacatan dapat menurun. Dari hasil pengolahan data dengan fishbone diagram terdapat 8 faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap cacat genteng retak. Diantara 8 faktor tersebut dicari faktor dengan pengaruh terbesar yang mengakibatkan kualitas produk genteng menyimpang terhadap standar kualitas. Dari hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan besarnya persentase kecacatan yang terjadi pada perusahaan awalnya berkisar 3,7% sedangkan persentase hasil eksperimen konfirmasi dengan menggunakan metode taguchi menurun menjadi 1,77%. Penurunan persentase kecacatan berarti menyatakan adanya peningkatan kualitas produk. M2TPOND has always paid attention to and tried to improve the quality of the products produced by conducting quality control. There are 2 quality control departments, namely quality control which handles checking the results of the offset printing process and checking the results of the cutting. company that is equal to 1000 pcs in 1 month of production per product when calculated into a percentage of 4%. This research focuses on cardboard packaging products because cardboard packaging has the highest price compared to other products and if defects occur it will result in losses for the company. These defects consist of several types, namely wrong cuts, miss prints and dirty defects. To find out the causes of these defects, a problem identification tool is used using a cause and effect diagram (Fishbone) and the solution is using the TRIZ method (Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch). Based on problem identification using a causal diagram, it is known that there are 5 factors that cause defects in cardboard printing production, namely machine, human, material, environmental and method factors. PT Kraft Ultrajaya Indonesia is a manufacturing company specializing in cheese processing. PT Kraft Ultrajaya Indonesia has started to produce cheese in 1994 with a continuous production system (Contionous Process) which produces large-scale products, by using Cheese Cutter machines, Grinder machines, machines, Cookers, Filling machines, Cooling Tunel machines, and Packing. Based on data for November 2021, Line X has a high downtime of 4,840 minutes. Therefore, the focus of this research is only to reduce downtime on line X by focusing on the preventive maintenance, autonomous maintenance, and quality maintenance pillars on the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillar.Based on the data processing that has been done, line X has an average value of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of 83%. This value still does not meet the standard set by the Japan Institute of Plan Maintenance (JIPM) which is 85%. The OEE value is improved by considering the Six Big Losses. Based on the calculation, the loss factors that affect the OEE line X value are Idling and Minor Stoppage with a percentage of 8%, Setup and Adjustment with a percentage of 5%, Defect Amount with a percentage of 4%.Proposed improvements are made by focusing on the three pillars of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), namely preventive maintenance, autonomous maintenance, and quality maintenance. The pillars of preventive maintenance and autonomous maintenance are carried out by making maintenance schedules, namely CIL (Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication), Centerlining which aims to determine the appropriate and standardized machine settings so that they do not change, OPL (One Point Lesson) which is an instruction or stage in carrying out an engine and engine repair. Meanwhile, the quality maintenance pillar is carried out by instructing the operator to be able to check the product every two hours to avoid defective products. Permasalahan banyaknya gabah tidak terproses, disebabkan karena frekuensi pergantian pekerja 6 kali setahun, pergantian dikarenakan beban pengangkutan 280 karung/hari. Rumah Tempe Zanada is a company that produces tempeh, with a manufacturing process that is still done manually, such as the soybean washing process. There is a problem experienced by soybean washing workers, namely workers are often absent with an average of once every two weeks, because workers experience fatigue or pain in the limbs. This is because soybean washing workers carry out their activities with a bent posture, neck that bends down and hands that enter into the tank with a height of 90 cm. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to find out the complaints felt by workers specifically, identify work risks and design work facilities in the form of a soybean washing machine using the anthropometric method in order to minimize the work risks experienced by soybean washing workers. The method used is the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire to determine the level of complaints and the Workplace Ergonomic Risk Assessment (WERA) method for assessing work risk. The results of the NBM questionnaire for soybean washing workers complained of pain in the neck, shoulders, lower back, and wrists. The results of the work risk assessment using the WERA method are at a moderate risk level, meaning that work actions need to be investigated further and improvements are needed. The results of the design of work facilities in the form of a soybean washing device in the form of a tank using a dynamo engine as a driver, soybean stirrer, tank support, and wheels with a locking system. The simulation that was carried out after the design of the soybean washing machine showed a decrease in the risk level to the mild category, which means that work actions are still acceptable. \u0000Keywords: Occupational Risk, Workplace Ergonomic Risk Assessment (WERA), Anthropometry, Complaints, Design Results. \u0000Abstrak. Rumah Tempe Zanada perusahaan yang memproduksi tempe, dengan proses pembuatan yang masih dilakukan secara manual seperti proses pencucian kedelai. X is a company engaged in manufacturing by producing metal and plastic components. The research took place at PT. X Plant 2, located on Jalan Raya Nanjung, in Soreang District, Jelegong, Kutawaringin District, Bandung Regency, West Java. The production process starts when the supplier delivers a packaged material sack that is stored on the pallet. On one pallet, there are 8–12 piles weighing 1 ton for 8 stacks and 1.5 tons for 12 piles. The pallet is moved from the truck to the material storage area using a forklift. Sack material on pallets stored in the storage area is manually taken and placed on the hand trolley one at a time. The manual material handling activity is carried out using only hand trolley work facilities. The weight of the load transported is 25 kg, with a frequency ranging from 30 to 60 times in one working day to meet the needs of 1.5 tons of material per day. The Nordic Body Map (NBM) method is used to determine the level of concern and pain assessment. The Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) method is used to analyze the level of occupational risk that occurs. This research was conducted by simulating a virtual environment using Jack Simulation 9.0 software. Based on the results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, the level of complaints experienced by the operator occurs in several parts of the body, with pain values in the range of 3–7. Based on the simulation of the current work facilities, it is known that the results of the work risk analysis using the PEI method show a score in the range of 1.17–3.59. X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur dengan memproduksi metal dan plastic component. Penelitian berlangsung di PT. X plant 2 yang terletak di Jalan Raya Nanjung, Kecamatan Soreang, Jelegong, Kec. Kutawaringin, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Proses produksi dimulai dari supplier mengirimkan sak material yang sudah dikemas dan disimpan di atas pallet, dalam satu pallet terdapat 8-12 tumpukan dengan berat 1 ton untuk 8 tumpukan dan 1,5 ton untuk 12 tumpukan. Pallet tersebut dipindahkan dari truk ke area penyimpanan sak material menggunakan forklift. Sak material pada pallet yang telah disimpan di area penyimpanan diambil satu-persatu secara manual dan diletakkan di hand trolley. Aktivitas manual material handling tersebut dilakukan dengan hanya menggunakan fasilitas kerja hand trolley. Berat beban yang diangkut sebesar 25 kg dengan frekuensi berkisar antara 30 – 60 kali dalam satu hari kerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sak material per harinya sebesar 1,5 ton. Remaja Jaya Foam is a company that produces various kinds of Spring Beds. The high need for products causes the company to have to produce in large quantities. However, in producing components, the company always produces defective components by 6%-7% of the production process. There is another type of waste, namely waiting. Therefore, the use of the lean six sigma method is expected to be able to reduce waste and improve quality. The following are the tools used, namely the SIPOC diagram, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) 7 waste questionnaire, Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE), DPMO level sigma, fishbone, visual control, and 5W + 1H. The PCE calculation results showed a result of 37%. This shows that the efficiency of the Spring Bed production process needs to be improved. The sigma level determination is carried out to determine the capability of the sigma level value in December 2021 – February 2022 is 2.27. Based on these indicators indicate that it is necessary to make improvements. The recommendations carried out are routine training of operators, making checksheets, visual work standards, scheduling machine maintenance, changing transfer batches, designing hanging conveyors from work stations per coil to thread. The assumption is that if improvements are implemented, there will be a change in the PCE value of the sigma level. The current PCE value is 37% on futures of 58%. The sigma level value before the repair is 2.27 while after the repair it is 2.40. The company experienced a decrease in demand that affected the decrease in the amount of production, sales, revenue, and profit. Therefore, the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method and SWOT Analysis are used to develop the right business strategy according to company conditions. Business strategy development is carried out by identifying the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats based on the nine elements of BMC. SWOT analysis is used to evaluate the four SWOT factors found in the company. The steps to get an alternative strategy are to make a matrix IFAS and matrix EFAS. The next step is to create an IE matrix showing the company's position in the cell I or grow and build cells. Then the grand strategy matrix shows the company is in quadrant I. The final step is to create a SWOT matrix which produces eleven alternative strategies. The results of alternative strategies include maintaining products, processing and utilizing products, maximizing development costs, selling through social media and e-commerce, product innovation, expanding cooperation, paying attention to product quality, improving service, competitive prices, employee training, supplier assurance. Selection of alternative strategies does not all have to be implemented, the company can run the right strategy in accordance with the conditions of the company.
