CV. 2nd Machine is a company that focuses on selling all kinds of overseas factory machines such as Panasonic, Sanyo, Denki, Toshiba, and Samsung. Machines that have been ordered from abroad are not allowed in intact condition. Therefore, the machine must first be disassembled into small parts. This is done because the rules for selling machines abroad may not be intact or functioning. Then the goods that have arrived in Indonesia in separate components are transferred to the company's warehouse in Cimahi. CV 2nd Machine has two warehouses for the storage of its goods. The goods that have been allocated to the warehouse are then sorted again to see if there are components that can be put together for reconditioning or spare parts taken for sale at the main store in Kopo. Sales of the company's products are carried out online and offline. Business intelligence (BI) is a collection and series of activities or stages to obtain data and analyze data so that it can be used in a decision-making process that is useful and on target for a problem. In implementing the BI system, a data warehouse (DW) is needed which is a collection of various raw data sources that are integrated with each other so that they meet the needs, usually in the form of query analysis processing. The basic function of a data warehouse is to provide a variety of data from the perspective of business analysis and decision makers. In a data warehouse, a database is needed to describe the data, the definition of each table, the data storage structure, and the ETL process. The results obtained from the application of business intelligence systems in sales include systems that can be accessed by the finance and marketing department. Broadly speaking, the relationship formed from the three parts is that the marketing department creates transaction documents which are then submitted to the finance department. The transaction data will then be managed by the finance department to report the company's financial condition. The results of the reporting are in the form of a dashboard that displays company sales data carried out during the 2020 pandemic. \u0000Abstrak. The production process begins with the pre-print, print, and post-print processes. The post-printing process often results in defective products that are detrimental to the company from a material and financial perspective. The product defect is caused by damage to engine components. In the post-print division there are several machines, namely letter, vbf, panda. Panda machine has the highest downtime compared to other machines, which is 592.46 hours for 3 years. In the current condition, the company is still implementing a corrective maintenance strategy where the machine will be repaired when there is damage. This causes high machine downtime, downtime will disrupt the running of the production line because the machine must stop when repairs are carried out. High downtime will reduce machine reliability and increase maintenance costs. Based on these problems, it is necessary to implement preventive maintenance with the reliability centered maintenance method ii in order to obtain the expected machine reliability and reduce maintenance costs. Based on the results of data processing, there are 3 critical components on the panda machine, namely bushing glue roller, carbon vane rietschle, and shaft gear glue pot. Based on the expected reliability value of 90%, the bushing component must be maintained for 465 hours or 59 days. Carbon components 633 hours or 80 days, shaft components 320 hours or 40 days. A maintenance scheme is made based on maintenance intervals to find the smallest maintenance costs. The selected scheme is scheme 5 with the lowest total cost of Rp. 126.083570, - with a component reliability value of 90% for bushings and carbon, and 86.16% for shaft gear components. \u0000Abstrak. PT.Remaja Rosdakarya adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang grafika. Proses produksi diawali dengan proses pra cetak, cetak, dan pasca cetak. Pada proses pasca cetak seringkali menghasilkan produk cacat yang merugikan perusahaan dari sisi material dan finansial. Produk defect tersebut disebabkan karena kerusakan komponen mesin. Pada divisi pasca cetak terdapat beberapa mesin yaitu hurauf, vbf, panda. Mesin Panda memiliki downtime yang paling tinggi dari mesin lainnya yaitu sebesar 592,46 jam selama 3 tahun. Pada kondisi saat ini perusahaan masih menerapkan strategi perawatan korektif dimana mesin akan diperbaiki ketika ada kerusakan. Hal ini yang menyebabkan downtime mesin tinggi, downtime akan mengganggu jalannya lini produksi karena mesin harus berhenti ketika dilakukan perbaikan. Idola Indonesia is a manufacturing company engaged in the garment industry that produces several types of bags. This study focuses on one type of product, namely the tote bag product because this product has the highest demand and the highest percentage of product completion delays compared to other bag products. In the tote bag production process, there are several wastes that exist on the production line, such as waiting and accumulation of inventory in the form of work in process (WIP) found at all work stations. One approach that can reduce waste is Lean Manufacturing. The first step in this research is the identification of waste using Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Questionnaire 7 Waste, Weighting Waste. Based on the results of the weighting of waste from the results of the 7 waste questionnaire, 2 dominant wastes are obtained, namely waiting and inventory. Then identified each process flow using Process Activity Mapping (PAM) and found delay which became the highest non value added. The current scheduling simulation for making totebags can take up to 12 working days. The causes of problems that exist in the dominant waste that has the highest score value will be made recommendations for improvement. There are 2 recommendations for improvement, namely dividing batches and dividing job operators at each work station. The improvement recommendations that have been made can reduce the lead time by 8127.84 minutes. \u0000Abstrak. CV. Idola Indonesia merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak pada bidang industri garmen yang memproduksi beberapa jenis tas. Dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada salah satu jenis produk, yaitu produk totebag karena produk ini memiliki demand tertinggi dan persentase keterlambatan penyelesaian produk paling besar dibandingkan dengan produk tas lainnya. Pada proses produksi totebag terdapat beberapa waste yang ada pada lini produksi, seperti adanya waiting dan adanya penumpukan inventory berupa work in process (WIP) yang ditemui pada seluruh stasiun kerja. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat mengurangi waste adalah Lean Manufacturing. Langkah awal yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah identifikasi waste menggunakan Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kuesioner 7 Waste, Pembobotan Waste. Berdasarkan hasil pembobotan waste dari hasil kuesioner 7 waste, didapat 2 waste dominan yaitu waiting dan inventory. Kemudian dilakukan identifikasi setiap aliran proses menggunakan Process Activity Mapping (PAM) dan ditemukan delay yang menjadi non value added tertinggi. Simulasi penjadwalan untuk saat ini dalam membuat totebag dapat mencapai 12 hari pengerjaan. Penyebab masalah yang ada pada waste dominan yang memiliki nilai score tertinggi akan dibuat rekomendasi perbaikan. Terdapat 2 rekomendasi perbaikan yaitu melakukan pembagian batch dan melakukan pembagian job operator pada setiap stasiun kerja. Waste Bank is a system related to collecting recyclable waste which, is then deposited into the recycling mechanism. The service process in the Waste Bank is currently still manual. Namely, by recording in the passbook, there is no integrated system between the household, the Waste Bank unit, the central Waste Bank, and the industry that will recycle materials into specific products. Results in inefficiency in the management of the Waste Bank. For this reason, this article raises the issue of how to develop an information system for the Bandung City Garbage Bank based on the case study website of the Garbage Bank in the City of Bandung. The information system that the author developed in this study uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which has three stages (1) The requirements planning stage identifies the purpose of the system. (2) The workshop design stage models the results of logical and physical analysis and definition, including functional and non-functional requirements, modeling activities or system interactions using Use Case Diagrams, process modeling using Business Process Modeling, and Notation 2.0 (BPMN 2.0), and data modeling using Entity-Relationship Diagrams. (3) The implementation phase carries out the realization of the user’s system design made and agreed upon by the user covering various aspects such as database development using PHP MySQL and the interface using PHP-based CodeIgniter. The results of this study are: the designed system can access by customers, BSU, BSI, and industry according to the needs of each user, all data is stored in a database on one server so that can access it online. \u0000Abstrak. Bank Sampah adalah suatu sistem yang berkaitan dengan proses mengumpulkan sampah layak daur ulang yang kemudian disetorkan ke mekanisme daur ulang. Proses pelayanan di dalam Bank Sampah saat ini masih manual yaitu dengan melakukan pencatatan di buku tabungan, tidak adanya sistem yang terintegrasi antara pihak rumah tangga, Bank Sampah unit, Bank Sampah induk dan industri yang akan mendaur ulang material menjadi produk tertentu. Master Metal Precision is a manufacturing company that produces various components of machines, dies and jigs. The performance measurement used by the company currently only pays attention to the financial aspect. If the turnover obtained exceeds the target, the company's performance is considered good. As a result, the company's leadership has no basis for making strategic decisions other than the financial basis. Therefore, companies need a better way of measuring performance so that they can show performance from various points of view. This research was conducted to design a performance measurement that not only considers financial aspects but also considers other influential aspects, especially those related to stakeholders. The integrated performance measurement method, namely the integrated performance measurement system (IPMS) was chosen as the reference performance measurement method. This method measures performance by considering the needs of all stakeholders, namely leaders, consumers, employees, and suppliers. There are 19 Key Performance Indicators that have been successfully identified based on the needs of all company stakeholders. Based on these Key Performance Indicators and using the objectives matrix (OMAX) it can be seen that the current total performance of the Company is 3.48 (a rating scale of 10). This shows that the company's performance on all KPIs has not yet met the target. The measurement results on 19 KPIs show that 7 KPIs have reached the target (green category), 11 KPIs have not met the target (yellow category), and 1 KPI is still far from the target (red category). Therefore the company must improve and evaluate the existing KPIs of the company as a whole, especially on the results of indicators that are still in the yellow and red categories. This research also produces forms that companies can use to measure performance. \u0000Abstrak. PT. Master Logam Presisi merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi berbagai komponen mesin, dies, dan jig. Pengukuran kinerja yang digunakan perusahaan saat ini hanya memperhatikan aspek keuangan. Apabila omset yang diperoleh melebihi target maka kinerja perusahaan dinilai baik. Akibatnya pimpinan perusahaan tidak memiliki dasar untuk mengambil keputusan strategis selain dasar keuangan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan memerlukan cara pengukuran kinerja yang lebih baik sehingga dapat menunjukkan kinerja dari berbagai sudut pandang. Muslim Friendly Tourism is currently the target of domestic and foreign tourists. The State of Indonesia has begun to develop the concept of Muslim Friendly Tourism in order to increase the attractiveness of tourists when visiting. The Puntang Mountain tourist attraction area is one of the leading tourism areas in Bandung Regency, West Java. The purpose of this study is an effort to evaluate the performance of Muslim Friendly Tourism at Mount Puntang tourism objects based on attractions, amenities, and accessibility factors and simulations to see which factors affect Muslim Friendly Tourism in the development of Mount Puntang attractions. The results of respondents' answers that are complex can use the Fuzzy Logic Mamdani method to produce clarity. The test can use MATLAB software to perform simulations. This study conducted three simulations, namely simulation one (current conditions), simulation two (using two sigma) and simulation three (using three sigma). The first analysis using the Kruskal Wallis one way Anova test, then the results obtained with the largest average value are simulation two. The last result uses the Mann Whitney test or the average similarity where the average result is 27.23 from the results of the two simulations. These results indicate the factors that can increase the development of Mount Puntang tourist attraction, namely the accessibility factor. \u0000Abstrak. Pariwisata Muslim Friendly saat ini sedang menjadi incaran wisatawan nusantara dan wisatawan mancanegara. Negara Indonesia mulai mengembangkan konsep Pariwisata Muslim Friendly agar meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan saat berkunjung. Kawasan objek wisata Gunung Puntang merupakan salah satu pariwisata yang diunggulkan di Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu upaya evaluasi terhadap kinerja Pariwisata Muslim Friendly objek wisata Gunung Puntang dengan berdasarkan faktor atraksi, amenitas, serta aksesibilitas dan simulasi untuk melihat faktor mana yang mempengaruhi Pariwisata Muslim Friendly pada pembangunan objek wisata Gunung Puntang. Hasil jawaban responden yang bersifat kompleks dapat menggunakan Fuzzy Logic metode Mamdani agar menghasilkan kejelasan. Pengujian tersebut dapat menggunakan software MATLAB untuk melakukan simulasi. Penelitian ini melakukan tiga simulasi yaitu simulasi satu (kondisi saat ini), simulasi dua (menggunakan dua sigma) dan simulasi tiga (menggunakan tiga sigma). Analisis pertama dengan menggunakan uji kruskal wallis one way Anova, maka hasil yang didapatkan dengan nilai rata – rata terbesar yaitu simulasi dua. Hasil terakhir menggunakan uji mann whitney atau kesamaan rata – rata dimana hasil rata – rata ini yaitu 27,23 dari hasil simulasi dua. CV Taufik Jaya Teknik is a metal manufacturer which produces various components of automotive engine, textile machinery, mechatronic machinery, canned food manufacturing machines, punch and dies, as well as machine design. Currently the company is scheduling based on the EDD priority rules. Jobs that have the same processing batch size as the transfer batch. This condition causes waiting times so that in the end there will be production delays. Based on this, the proposed scheduling will be carried out using a non-delay algorithm by considering the batch transfer size. The non-delay algorithm was chosen because this algorithm can increase machine utility so that more work is processed. Thus, the delay in the end can be reduced. The measure of delay used in this study is mean tardiness. Based on the proposed scheduling, the result is that there is a decrease in the mean tardiness of 53.52%. This means that the overall delays can be reduced by scheduling proposals. \u0000Abstrak. CV Taufik Jaya Teknik merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur logam yaitu memproduksi berbagai komponen mesin otomotif, mesin tekstil, mesin mekatronik, mesin pabrik makanan kaleng, punch dan dies, serta rancang bangun mesin. Saat ini perusahaan melakukan penjadwalan berdasarkan aturan prioritas EDD. Pekerjaan yang dijadwalkan memiliki ukuran batch proses sama dengan batch transfer. Kondisi ini menimbulkan waktu tunggu sehingga pada akhirnya mengakibatkan terjadinya keterlambatan penyelesaian produksi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka akan dilakukan penjadwalan usulan menggunakan algoritma non delay dengan mempertimbangkan ukuran batch transfer. Algoritma non delay dipilih karena algoritma ini dapat meningkatkan utilitas mesin sehingga pekerjaan yang diproses menjadi lebih banyak. Dengan demikian, keterlambatan pada akhirnya dapat direduksi. Ukuran keterlambatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mean tardiness. Berdasarkan penjadwalan usulan diperoleh hasil bahwa terjadi penurunan mean tardiness 53,52%. This shows that the company's efforts to reduce product defects are still not optimal. So that the company needs to know the cause of disability as effort to reduce and eliminate defects that occur. The purpose of this study is to identify the causes of defective toroidal inductor products. The method used to reduce or even eliminate toroidal inductor product defects is by using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. The process of identifying the causes of failure is carried out on five types of defects which are included in 80% of the cumulative defects on the Pareto diagram. As for what is included in the 80% cumulative Pareto diagram defects consist of loose winding defects, bad windings, bonding overs, red pins, and wound wires. PT XYZ is a company that produces motorcycle spare parts, one of its products is the stay comp ign coil. Currently the condition of the company is experiencing problems, namely a defect in the stay comp ign coil product. The purpose of the study was to identify the factors causing defects and provide suggestions for quality control of the stay comp ign coil product. The method used is Six Sigma with DMAIC cycle. Especially for the analyze stage using FMEA to calculate the value of the RPN. Meanwhile, at the improve stage, the FMEA process is used to propose corrective actions. The proposed design uses the 5W+1H. The results of this study indicate that there are 10 factors that cause a stay comp ign coil product defect, namely: an operator who is less careful, pins and blunt dies blades, unscheduled machine maintenance, not keeping the work desk clean, the presence of dirt deposits on the inside of the platting machine drum, drum capacity is too full, less coating liquid dosage, welding machine gun jammed, input current is too large and environmental conditions. There are 5 proposals for quality control of the stay comp ign coil product, namely: replacing a dull pin or die blade, performing regular machine maintenance, make SOPs that support work on the production of stay comp ign coils, maintain the cleanliness of the workbench in all parts of the stay comp ign coil production and supervisors carry out supervisory activities to the operator on a regular basis. \u0000Abstrak. PT XYZ adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi suku cadang sepeda motor, salah satu hasil produksinya adalah stay comp ign coil. Saat ini kondisi perusahaan sedang mengalami permasalahan yaitu adanya kecacatan pada produk stay comp ign coil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab kecacatan dan memberikan usulan pengendalian kualitas terhadap produk stay comp ign coil. Metode yang digunakan adalah Six Sigma dengan siklus DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve dan control). Khusus untuk tahapan analyze menggunakan FMEA untuk menghitung nilai risk priority number (RPN). Sedangkan pada tahapan improve menggunakan FMEA proses untuk usulan tindakan perbaikan. Adapun usulan rancangan pengendalian kualitas menggunakan 5W+1H (What, Who, When, Where, dan How). Hasil dari penelitian ini mengiindikasikan ada 10 faktor penyebab terjadi kecacatan produk stay comp ign coil yakni: 1) opertor yang kurang teliti; 2) pin dies dan mata pisau dies yang tumpul; 3) kurang terjadwalnya maintenance mesin; 4) kurang menjaga kebersihan meja kerja; 5) adanya endapan kotoran dibagian dalam drum mesin platting; 6) kapasitas drum terlalu penuh; 7) takaran cairan pelapis kurang; 8) gun mesin las macet; 9) arus input terlalau besar dan 10) kondisi lingkungan. PT. Thursina Mediana Utama is a company engaged in. The book production process at the company has several stages including the pre-printing stage, the printing stage, and the post-printing stage. The post-print stage, especially in the operator of the binding machine work station, there is an excess workload, causing the operator to experience fatigue. The method used for workload measurement is the 10-pulse method, this method is used to assess cardiovascular load. The pulse data is then classified that the workload for both operators is excessive and has a risk of fatigue, and nordic body map to determine complaints and pain levels felt by the operator. The results of this study were 1) The heaviest pain complaints felt by the operator of the binding machine are in the lower back, upper back, shoulders, and, shoulders, and wrists. 2) Based on the classification of workloads with cardiovascular load shows that both operators have excess workload (% CVL > 30%) which is 32.10% and 31.59% which means exceeding the risk limit of fatigue, 3) The recommendation given is the addition of 1 person, and it is expected that the workload of each operator is reduced to 7 boxes, so as to reduce the % CVL below 30% which means the workload received in the inload category. \u0000Abstrak. Proses produksi buku yang dilakukan memiliki beberapa tahapan di antaranya tahap pracetak, tahap cetak, dan pascacetak. Pada tahap pasca cetak khususnya pada operator stasiun kerja mesin binding terdapat beban kerja berlebih, sehingga menyebabkan operator mengalami kelelahan. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengukuran beban kerja yaitu metode 10 denyut, metode ini digunakan untuk menilai cardiovascular load. Data denyut nadi tersebut kemudian diklasifikasikan bahwa beban kerja untuk kedua operator berlebih dan mempunyai resiko kelelahan, dan nordic body map untuk mengetahui keluhan yang dirasakan oleh operator.
