It is composed of a robot central body, four driving mechanisms, four independent track arms, two differential wheels, two guide wheels and so on. According to different environments, it can switch between the pure wheel mode and the pure track mode. A stability pyramid is defined by using a quasi-static model. The process of climbing the slope is analyzed with the stability pyramid method. However, it was seldom applied to optimize In-Wheel motors. For exerting the advantages of QGA adequately, a new In-Wheel motor which is similar to the transverse-flux permanent magnet motor (TFPMM) is optimized based QGA. Firstly, the structure and working principle of this motor are introduced. Secondly, the motor torque ripple rate model is established and it could be found that the motor permanent magnet size and the air gap size have a great relationship with its torque ripple. Finally, QGA is adopted to optimize the relevant motor sizes and to obtain a lower torque ripple ratio. The results induce the torque ripple ratio could be reduced by 7.5% just after 9 evolutions and the population size is only 5. If the technology can be effectively addressed, the level of industrialization will be improved significantly. A new type of six-axis force/torque sensor is presented in the paper with overload protection and decoupling of force structurally. The force measurement principle and structural features are described in the paper. Finite element analysis is applied to analyze the elastic deformation in sensitive areas. Based on the theory, this paper completes the calibration to analyze repeatability, linearity and coupling of the sensor. The results show high sensitivity and small interference of dimension, which meet the requirements of measuring forces in polishing process. The flexion and extension movements of elbow and shoulder joints are actively powered to support the wearer and other two DoFs of shoulder joints are freely passive. The processing of EMG signals and the mechanism and control system are developed. Compared to surgical treatment, the traditional manual reduction is proved effective and has high efficiency-cost ratio. However, the lack of basic research on biomechanical measurements and analysis of manipulative reduction at home and abroad makes the effect of traditional manual reduction not so satisfying. This paper proposed a novel fracture reduction device for distal radius to assist the surgeon with the traditional manual reduction. The fracture reduction device for distal radius was composed of base, calibration device for wrist rotation axis, double forearm supporting device, elbow fixation device, upper arm fixation device, double-plane curved guide rail, traction mechanism of thumb and traction mechanism of fingers except thumb. The pre-experiment demonstrates that with the help of this device, only one doctor can complete the traditional manual reduction easily. The affecting factors of particle deposition such as electric field, the direction of sensor chip placement have been studied by monitoring the accuracy of flow sensor and the thickness of particle deposition on chip surface. Firstly, k-distance neighborhood of an object is employed and k-mean shift trail vector of an object is established in terms of the difference between the near two k-mean shift vectors. Secondly, k-average mean shift trail distance of an object is presented on the basis of the weighted sum of k-mean shift trail distances sorted in descending order from 1 to k. Finally, MSTOF response value of an object is calculated using its k-average mean shift trail distance and its corresponding k-distance neighbors. All the single QFN plastic encapsulated package images are separated from the original input images automatically, and rotated according to the proposed skew correction method, and at last magnified to an ideal resolution in a relatively short time based on the proposed parallel bicubic interpolation algorithm, for further high accuracy image analysis. Experimental results validate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method.
