The fracture reduction device for distal radius was composed of base, calibration device for wrist rotation axis, double forearm supporting device, elbow fixation device, upper arm fixation device, double-plane curved guide rail, traction mechanism of thumb and traction mechanism of fingers except thumb. The pre-experiment demonstrates that with the help of this device, only one doctor can complete the traditional manual reduction easily. Abstract

Radial distal fracture is commonly found in clinical practice. Compared to surgical treatment, the traditional manual reduction is proved effective and has high efficiency-cost ratio. 桡骨远端骨折复位装置的设计
