In the new era of manufacturing process, product development is driven by the customers. The paper is aimed at the development of intelligent sheet metal coil leveling machine for smart manufacturing system. Technological concepts such as cyber physical system (CPS), internet of things (IoT), and big data are implemented in the coil leveling machine development. In this research, the mechatronic integration and mechanical design of the coil leveling machine has been completed.
