All the single QFN plastic encapsulated package images are separated from the original input images automatically, and rotated according to the proposed skew correction method, and at last magnified to an ideal resolution in a relatively short time based on the proposed parallel bicubic interpolation algorithm, for further high accuracy image analysis. Experimental results validate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method. Abstract
