Abstract

To acquire high quality images of single QFN (Quad Flat No-leads) plastic encapsulated package from images of material tray carrying multiple QFN packages captured by the vision inspection system automatically, this paper proposes a fast image acquisition and magnification method. All the single QFN plastic encapsulated package images are separated from the original input images automatically, and rotated according to the proposed skew correction method, and at last magnified to an ideal resolution in a relatively short time based on the proposed parallel bicubic interpolation algorithm, for further high accuracy image analysis. Experimental results validate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method. This method can be applied to image acquisition and magnification procedures for real-time defect detection of QFN plastic encapsulated packages.
QFN塑料封装封装的快速图像采集和放大
