This study illustrates the “case-to-case” pattern for ETL process in the course of the data warehouse construction with an example and shows that its biggest shortcoming is lower efficiency. The “builder pattern” is one of design patterns in the area of software engineering. A method, called “operational metadata-driven builder pattern” for constructing data warehouses is put forward by this study, which takes generic knowledge and object-specific knowledge apart from each other. Based on stochastic time series, this paper constructed metro line operation and maintenance of material consumption law model, first using the MATLAB mathematical software trend curve fitting material consumption; reuse Markov probability matrix material consumption prediction methods analyze data fluctuating around the trend curve changes law. Due to the fierce global competition, an enterprise determines to focus its main resource on core competence and outsources its logistic operation to a dedicated third-party logistics (3PL) supplier is a strategic decision to reduce the operation cost and in the meantime to improve the logistic service quality. The prior research showed that the decision of logistics outsourcing had been affected by external environmental factors, i.e., dynamism, hostility and heterogeneity. The IC industry in Taiwan has a unique vertically disintegrated structure that consists of various firms specializing in three segmentations of the value chain, i.e., upstream IC design, midstream IC manufacturing and downstream IC assembly and final testing. To achieve the logistics efficiency along the IC supply chain, the three segmentations have collaborated with 3PLs closely to meet the relentless market demand. By having the customer's delight [1] in the mind it is required to direct the majority of processes to this delightful momentum. End-to-end supply chain management is exactly stressing on this focus. However, this end-to-end point of view is not new: the customer order cycle is already addressing this since many decades. Hence the question arises “What's new?” Answer: the strong commitment to the circular logistical momentum. Several process layers are linked together and controlled by a customer supply chain controller. In this article these different process layers are explored and a controlling tool developed to achieve such a customer-focused supply chain management. Based on empirical examples of the automotive industry and literature research the different aspects for this paper are retrieved. There have been the changes of auditors to achieve the improvement of audit opinion or opinion shopping in practice. Regulators are also highly concerned about audit opinion shopping. However, the results of empirical researches have not yielded a consistent conclusion. The conventional wisdom in the literature focused on the single public company to study audit switching and opinion shopping. In emerging markets, the business group is the main form of organizations. This paper regards business group as a whole entity to analyze the impact of audit switching on audit opinion. We find that auditors will lose more than one client within a business group if they issue modified opinion to a listed company in the business group. Accounting firm that takes over group business for the first time is easier to cater to the group firm to achieve opinion shopping. And the audit opinion can be improved if the business group switches the auditor. The value of this paper is that the specific business decisions can be linked with business intelligence optimization theory and practice in port, which is full utilization of the characteristics of the port business data.
