Abstract

In recent years, China's ports continuously improve the level of information, with remarkable achievements in improving service processes, improving operational efficiency, logistics, port services has become more automated and intelligent. But with the increasingly fierce competition in the port business, simply increased automation and operational efficiency can't meet the demand for port development, there are many problems in business operations and business decisions because lack of business intelligence applications, resulting in the port. 近年来,中国港口信息化水平不断提高,在改进服务流程、提高作业效率、物流、港口服务等方面取得显著成效,港口服务更加自动化、智能化。但随着港口业务竞争的日益激烈,单纯地提高自动化程度和操作效率已不能满足港口发展的需求,由于缺乏商业智能应用,导致港口在业务操作和业务决策方面存在诸多问题。本文的价值在于可以将具体的商业决策与港口商业智能优化理论与实践相联系,充分利用港口商业数据的特点。数据挖掘技术与商业智能系统相结合,实现港口财务风险控制和客户政策管理,提高港口企业的决策能力。
