Specifically, in this paper, on the one hand, tested the relationship between job satisfaction and the union commitment, Chinese employees in the process of decision to join the union, the external satisfaction and internal satisfaction is almost equally important. With the studies abroad, study abroad is pointed out that the relationship between the union commitment and economic satisfaction than “non-economic” satisfaction will be more intense; On the other hand, In this paper, for the internal mechanism between job satisfaction and union commitment, we provides a new theoretical perspective. Found that horizontal collectivism cultural factors may moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and union commitment.","PeriodicalId":124091,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Logistics, Informatics and Service Sciences (LISS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128447734","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Kuby (2005) considered the constraint of vehicle range, and developed a location model for alternative-fueling vehicles based on maximum flow -FRLM (flow - refueling location mode). In the plan of deploying an electric vehicle charging station network, not only should we consider the vehicle range, but also need to realize the queuing issue because of the number limitation of charging spots. Therefore, when we design a charging station network, we need to take the number of charging spots into consideration. In this paper, we extend the FRLM, combining with the queuing theory, and reformulate a new location-sizing model in a given largest waiting time that customers can accept. The location-sizing model optimally allocate the charging spots without exceed the given waiting time so as to maximize the total charging service. And we also conclude the different influence on the results of different factors via a series of numerical experiments, and give some advice for the developing direction of the electric car in the future.","PeriodicalId":124091,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Logistics, Informatics and Service Sciences (LISS)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131888872","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is a significant economic region in China in the future and it'll be very important to analyze the efficiency of agricultural products wholesale markets in this region in order to improve the agriculture. This paper uses the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) within software “deap 2.1” to analyze the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the agricultural products wholesale markets in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The result shows that: in these three areas, agricultural products wholesale markets located in Tianjin and Hebei area are low efficient and in the scale efficiency increasing stage. On the contrary, the wholesale markets for agricultural products located in Beijing are high and economy of scale is degressive. And resources of constructing wholesale markets in Beijing should be transferred to Tianjin and Hebei.","PeriodicalId":124091,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Logistics, Informatics and Service Sciences (LISS)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133186941","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper describes a study of 14 selected international cities/regions - New York, Los Angeles, Portland, Kanagawa, Rotterdam, North Brabant, Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, Berlin, Hamburg, northeast England, Helsinki and Stockholm - that have been successful in promoting the use of electric vehicles. This paper summarizes some basic data, policies actors, and innovative activities as the factors affecting the electric vehicle development in the 14 cities/regions and discusses the overall affecting results of the use of electric vehicles in these cities/regions. Based on the correlation analysis on some key indicators the study analyzes the promotion policies of the cities/regions from four perspectives: (1) strategy and investment, (2) subsidy and tax policy, (3) regulation and standards, and (4) specialized agencies. This paper provides further analysis on demonstration projects and innovative activities in these four areas, as well as infrastructure development, project integration, and public awareness. The paper concludes with an analysis of the commonalities among the cities/regions on their policies and innovations and their experiences with electric vehicle innovation.","PeriodicalId":124091,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Logistics, Informatics and Service Sciences (LISS)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116099382","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
