In recent years, with the development of the supply chain management concept and financial institutions business, the supply chain financial model emerges as the times require. It not only helps SMEs in the supply chain to finance, but assists the core enterprises to expand their business scope and obtain value-added profits, which has become an effective way to solve the financing difficulty of SMEs. This paper in the supply chain studies the formation mechanism of credit risk of SMEs by using the game model. The paper obtains the factors that affect the credit risk through the balanced income of banks and core enterprises in the game model and analyzes the behavior decision-making and the probability of occurrence of credit risk of SMEs and banks via using the revenue function. And it reveals the formation mechanism of credit risk of SMEs and makes up for the existing research on the formation mechanism of credit risk without SMEs in the supply chain finance. Eventually, combined with the specific results of the game model, it puts forward practical suggestions for the participants of the supply chain finance to reduce the credit risk and promote the win-win of the participation of the supply chain finance. The first step of quantitative research on the urban talent gathering ability is to build an evaluation index system. This paper first analyzed the influencing factors of urban talent gathering, including several first-level indicators, such as economic development, urban construction and urban environment, education and medical service, living conditions and career platform, as well as 27 secondary indicators used to assemble Shenzhen talents. Then it aggregated the ability evaluation index system. The principal component analysis method was used to empirically evaluate the talent gathering ability of Shenzhen. The results showed that Shenzhen's indicators, such as per capita GDP, public library collection, number of foreign-funded enterprises, annual average wage level and patent authorization, have a positive impact on the city's talent pooling ability. Finally, specific measures were proposed to enhance its talent pooling. of ability. This research can provide theoretical support and a decision-making basis for the enhancement of the talent pooling ability of Shenzhen.","PeriodicalId":122910,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Economic Management and Model Engineering (ICEMME)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130711482","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Compared with the traditional linear multi-factor model, the machine learning algorithm can capture the more granular market signal by the nonlinear expression of the factor. To mine the stock factor data and optimize the stock selection model, this paper uses the equal weight linear model, machine learning support vector machine and linear regression algorithm for factor analysis. Based on the theory of SVM machine learning algorithm and multi-factor stock selection, this paper establishes and solves the SVR stock market forecasting model by characterizing the data. Then, we give and analyze examples after combining relevant data. The results show that the factors such as PB, PE, ROE, NetProfitGrowRate, OperatingRevenue-GrowRate, EPS and NegMktValue are outstanding. After putting excellent factors into the SVR model, the return rate of the stock portfolio is far greater than that of the traditional equal weight linear model, which indicates that the stock selection model using the machine learning algorithm has higher returns and stable results. This paper provides some guidance for decision makers to formulate stock picking strategies by mining stock factor data.","PeriodicalId":122910,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Economic Management and Model Engineering (ICEMME)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116637934","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Serving as a key means to solve the problem in the non-profit organization agency, efficiency evaluation is also the premise and the foundation of accountability. Based on the data from 2010 to 2017, this paper analyzes the operational efficiency of four international disaster public welfare organizations (including GFDRR, UNISDR, OCHA, and ICRC). Given the characteristics of organizations, we extracted nine indexes of operational efficiency evaluation both in financial and non-financial aspects, and analyzed them by using the factor analysis method. The results show that the resource acquisition ability of the public welfare organization has a great influence on the operation of the organization. Additionally, the effective disclosure of the use of financial funds and the effectiveness of public welfare activities can promote public satisfaction. The beneficiary group size of the public welfare organization has a positive correlation with the management costs and staff costs.","PeriodicalId":122910,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Economic Management and Model Engineering (ICEMME)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116922621","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Results: This study obtained two results of the knowledge point learning system: First, the clustering results based on the difficulty level analysis, which can be used to summarize the difficulties and difficulties in the statistical teaching process from the perspective of students; Second, the results of different learning resource types clustering knowledge points, which shows that the extracurricular teaching resources of statistics and the learning effect played at this stage is not obvious. Conclusion: The statistical learning process cannot be carried out solely by teachers. It requires students, teachers and schools to work together. As the lifeblood of the whole national economy, the stability and development of the financial industry have exerted a great impact on the economic situation of one country. The shortage of funds have caused some difficulties to the production and management of major enterprises and hindered their rapid development. In the case of funds shortage, how to make the enterprises go beyond the limit of capital and maintain smooth operation rely on the method of genetic algorithm to study the optimal portfolio of financial investment. Investment incomes are maximized via the optimization and portfolio, while investment planning are dealt with genetic algorithm. This paper first describes the steps of genetic algorithm, explains in detail how to use genetic algorithm to make the optimal portfolio of financial investment, and then describes the application of genetic algorithm in financial investment planning of enterprises.","PeriodicalId":122910,"journal":{"name":"2019 International Conference on Economic Management and Model Engineering (ICEMME)","volume":"95 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116008463","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
