本文选取2013 - 2016年沪深两市a股上市公司作为研究样本。研究表明:高管股权激励与公司绩效呈倒u型关系;薪酬激励正向影响股权激励与公司绩效的倒u型关系;薪酬激励正向影响限制性股票激励与公司绩效的关系,负向影响股票期权激励与公司绩效的关系。
