Evaluation of road service performance is carried out by assessing the operational conditions of traffic flow, which includes the level of road service and road capacity. However, the evaluation of road service performance must also be accompanied by an analysis of road service performance in the form of an assessment of road user satisfaction. This study aims to identify the performance of road services, in terms of the level of importance and level of application of road infrastructure components, according to the perceptions of road users. The methods used for analysis are Importance Performance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index. This study shows that in West Kalimantan Province, based on road users' perceptions of provincial roads within the city, there are 41 sub-indicators that must be taken seriously, while for provincial roads outside the city, there are 49 sub-indicators that must be taken seriously. The results of the assessment of the road user satisfaction index on the performance of provincial roads within the city are 0.75 and for provincial roads outside the city are 0.73. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: provincial road; road services; road service performance; road user perception; road user satisfaction \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Kualitas pelayanan jalan mencakup kinerja komponen-komponen infrastruktur jalan, yang meliputi struktur perkerasan jalan, geometrik jalan, bangunan pelengkap jalan, perlengkapan jalan, pemanfaatan bagian-bagian ruang jalan, manajemen rekayasa lalu lintas, dan capaian kepuasan perjalanan. Evaluasi kinerja pelayanan jalan dilaksanakan dengan melakukan penilaian kondisi operasional arus lalu lintas, yang meliputi tingkat pelayanan jalan dan kapasitas jalan. Tetapi evaluasi kinerja pelayanan jalan tersebut harus juga dilengkapi dengan analisis kinerja pelayanan jalan dalam bentuk penilaian kepuasan pengguna jalan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kinerja pelayanan jalan, ditinjau dari aspek tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat penerapan komponen-komponen infrastruktur jalan, menurut persepsi pengguna jalan. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis adalah Importance Performance Analysis dan Customer Satisfaction Index. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, berdasarkan persepsi pengguna jalan terhadap jalan provinsi dalam kota, terdapat 41 subindikator yang harus dilakukan penanganan serius, sedangkan untuk jalan provinsi luar kota, terdapat 49 subindikator yang harus dilakukan penanganan serius. Compliance with the minimum requirements of bridge design criteria must be considered at every stage. This is intended to ensure that construction failures do not occur during the construction period until the operational stage. In this study, an analytical method is proposed that can be used to determine the magnitude of the initial pretension on the stayed cable, which can give results that reflect the effectiveness of the cable support force, as a function of the sine of the angle between the stayed cable and the bridge deck. The method is based on the approach of multiple span beams. The multi span beam approach is then used in the backward analysis scheme at an early phase to obtain the displacement, internal forces, and stresses targets of the bridge structural elements at each stage of construction. The application of the multi span beam approach offers convenience in the calculation process, which does not require an iteration process and does not depend on the features of the software used, making it easier the designer of cable stayed bridges to optimize the model of cable stayed bridges by cable tuning in each stayed cable. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: geometry control; bridge; cable stayed bridge; multi span beam \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Kontrol geometri merupakan suatu kegiatan yang penting pada pelaksanaan konstruksi bertahap suatu jembatan, termasuk pada pembangunan jembatan beruji kabel. Pemenuhan terhadap persyaratan minimum perancangan jembatan harus diperhatikan pada setiap tahapannya. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk menjamin tidak terjadinya kegagalan konstruksi selama masa konstruksi hingga pada tahap operasionalnya. Pada studi ini diusulkan metode analisis yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan besarnya pemberian gaya tarikan awal pada ruji kabel, yang dapat memberi hasil yang mencerminkan efektivitas gaya tumpu kabel, sebagai fungsi sinus sudut antara ruji kabel dan dek jembatan. Metode tersebut didasarkan pada pendekatan mengenai balok bentang jamak. Pendekatan balok bentang jamak tersebut selanjutnya digunakan pada skema analisis ke belakang pada tahap awal untuk mendapatkan target perpindahan, gaya dalam, dan tegangan elemen struktur jembatan di setiap tahap konstruksi. The location of this study is the Dukuh Atas area, which is a pilot project for the development of Transit Oriented Development in Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to identify the importance and quality of pedestrian facilities and to determine the correlation of 4 aspects that affect walkability. This study shows that there is a significant correlation between the quality of walkability and the 4 aspects studied, namely the aspect of accessibility, the aspect of supporting facilities, the aspect of security and safety, and the aspect of comfort. Lokasi studi ini adalah Kawasan Dukuh Atas, yang merupakan proyek percontohan pengembangan Transit Oriented Development Jakarta. Tujuan studi ini adalah mengidentifikasi tingkat kepentingan dan kualitas fasilitas pejalan kaki dan menentukan korelasi 4 aspek yang memengaruhi walkability. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara kualitas walkability dengan keempat aspek yang dikaji, yaitu aspek aksesibilitas, aspek fasilitas pendukung, aspek keamanan dan keselamatan, dan aspek kenyamanan. According to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Number 23 of 2021, regarding Procedures for Determining Toll Road Concession on Unsolicited Project, the financial feasibility criteria is at least equal to the Weighted Average Cost of Capital plus 2%. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implications of applying the financial feasibility criteria to toll rates and government support. This study shows that the implementation of a Weighted Average Cost of Capital plus 2% as a financial feasibility criterion, increases the initial toll tariff, requires higher government support, in the form of land acquisition costs and/or construction cost support, and reduces investment opportunities for a business entity. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: toll road; unsolicited project; financial feasibility; toll tariff; government support \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Salah satu kriteria proyek jalan tol atas prakarsa badan usaha adalah bahwa proyek tersebut harus layak secara finansial. Menurut Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Nomor 23 Tahun 2021, tentang Tata Cara Penetapan Pengusahaan Jalan Tol atas Prakarsa Badan Usaha, kriteria kelayakan finansial adalah sebesar paling rendah sama dengan Weighted Average Cost of Capital ditambah dengan 2%. Tujuan sudi ini adalah menganalisis implikasi penerapan kriteria kelayakan finansial tersebut terhadap tarif tol dan dukungan pemerintah. To improve connectivity, the Government is strengthening toll road infrastructure, with a target of reducing travel time on the island's main causeway to 1.9 hours per 100 km, and new toll roads being built and/or operating for 2500 km. Currently, about 27% of toll roads already built require Government support, both in the form of construction support and state capital participation, with the largest proportion on the island of Sumatera. In the long-term development plan, up to 2030, there are 36% of toll roads indicated to require Government support, the majority of which are located on the island of Sumatera. This study discusses the delivery system for the planned toll road construction until 2030. The results show that up to 2030, there are around 36% of toll roads that will be built requiring Government support. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: toll road network; toll roads; connectivity; Government support; delivery system \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Tingginya biaya logistik di Indonesia menunjukkan rendahnya konektivitas yang dibentuk oleh jaringan jalan maupun oleh moda transportasi lainnya. Untuk meningkatkan konektivitas, Pemerintah memperkuat infra-struktur jalan tol, dengan target mengurangi waktu tempuh di jalan lintas utama pulau menjadi 1,9 jam per 100 km, dan jalan tol baru yang terbangun dan/atau beroperasi sepanjang 2500 km. Saat ini, sekitar 27% ruas jalan tol yang dibangun, membutuhkan dukungan Pemerintah, baik berupa dukungan konstruksi maupun penyertaan modal negara, dengan proporsi terbesar berada di Pulau Sumatera. Dalam rencana pem-bangunan jangka panjang, sampai dengan tahun 2030, terdapat 36% ruas jalan tol yang terindikasi membutuhkan dukungan Pemerintah, yang mayoritas berada pada Pulau Sumatera. Pada studi ini dibahas delivery system pada rencana pembangunan jalan tol hingga tahun 2030. In the implementation of road construction or improvement, it is often found that the quantity and quality of the asphalt mixture is not in accordance with the specifications used. Asphalt pavement layers with thickness and density according to standards tend to reach the design service life. This study aims to identify the effect of the density level of the asphalt mixture on the damage to the asphalt surface layer during the service period, taking into account the voids in the mixture and the level of road damage, which were determined using the Pavement Condition Index method. This study shows that the voids in the mix of pavement surface layer increase after 2 years of service, and the increase exceeds the required value. Changes in the voids in the mixture affect the Pavement Condition Index of the pavement. Pada pelaksanaan pembangunan atau peningkatan jalan, sering ditemukan kuantitas maupun kualitas campuran beraspal yang tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang digunakan. Lapis perkerasan beraspal dengan ketebalan dan tingkat kepadatan yang sesuai standar cenderung dapat mencapai masa pelayanan rencana. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penga-ruh tingkat kepadatan campuran beraspal terhadap kerusakan lapis permukaan beraspal selama masa pelayanan, dengan memperhitungkan rongga dalam campuran dan tingkat kerusakan jalan, yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Pavement Condition Index. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa rongga dalam campuran lapis permukaan perkerasan meningkat setelah 2 tahun masa pelayanan, dan peningkatan tersebut melebihi nilai yang disyaratkan. Perubahan rongga dalam campuran tersebut memengaruhi Pavement Condition Index perke-rasan jalan. The proportion of roads in a good condition at the East Nusa Tenggara National Road Implementation Center has consistently increased from 2016 to 2020, increasing by 6.63% over a period of 4 years. Kondisi jalan yang mantap tersebut akan berpengaruh pada kualitas perjalanan, kenyamanan berkendara, dan kecepatan tempuh yang dapat dicapai. Pada studi ini dikaji capaian kemantapan jalan berdasarkan alokasi anggaran yang ada di Balai Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Nusa Tenggara Timur. Proporsi jalan dengan kondisi mantap di Balai Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Nusa Tenggara Timur terlihat konsisten meningkat dari tahun 2016 hingga tahun 2020, yaitu meningkat sebesar 6,63% dalam kurun waktu 4 tahun. The relationship between the performance of road infrastructure provision and the improvement of economic performance is a very important aspect to understand. The magnitude of this relationship can be used as the basis for making decisions on road infrastructure development. The road infrastructure index is a parameter that can be used to measure road infrastructure services to the economy. The road infrastructure index used in this study is a comparison of road length with area and population. This infrastructure index is then analyzed in relation to economic indicators, such as Gross Regional Domestic Product and poverty index. This study shows that an increase in the area index helps improve socioeconomic indicators, such as an increase in GRDP and a decrease in the poverty index. Meanwhile, the increase in the value of the population index has a negative relationship with the growth of socioeconomic indicators, which means that the larger the population index, the worse the socioeconomic indicators. An increase in the population infrastructure index causes a decrease in the GRDP indicator and an increase in the poverty index, which means that longer roads are needed to serve the population. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: road; infrastructure performance; road infrastructure index; economic indicators. \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Jalan dan jembatan merupakan suatu infrastruktur utama dalam mendukung terwujudnya peningkatan pembangunan ekonomi. Hubungan antara kinerja penyediaan infrastruktur jalan dengan peningkatan kinerja ekonomi merupakan aspek yang sangat penting untuk dimengerti. Besaran hubungan ini dapat dijadikan dasar untuk pengambilan keputusan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan. Indeks infrastruktur jalan merupakan parameter yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur layanan infrastruktur jalan terhadap ekonomi. Indeks infrastruktur jalan yang digunakan pada studi ini adalah perbandingan panjang jalan dengan luas wilayah dan jumlah penduduk. Indeks infrastruktur ini kemudian dianalisis keterkaitannya dengan indikator ekonomi, seperti Produk Domestik Regional Bruto dan indeks kemiskinan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan indeks luas wilayah membantu perbaikan indikator sosioekonomi, seperti kenaikan PDRB dan penurunan indeks kemiskinan. Sedangkan kenaikan nilai indeks penduduk memiliki hubungan negatif dengan pertumbuhan indikator sosioekonomi, yang berarti semakin besar indeks penduduk, indikator sosioekonomi memburuk. The functional condition of the road pavement can be predicted to estimate the potential damage that will occur. The road section of Sleman City Border–Yogyakarta City Border is a national road section that is the main route for the distribution of goods and people from Central Java Province to Special Region of Yogyakarta Province, and vice versa. The road segment must always be in a stable condition. This study aims to predict the functional condition of the pavement on the Sleman City Border–Yogyakarta City Border, using HDM-4 software. Prediction is done using 3 scenarios, namely: (1) do-nothing, (2) do-minimum, and (3) do-something. Ruas Jalan Batas Kota Sleman–Batas Kota Yogyakarta, merupakan ruas jalan nasional yang menjadi jalur utama distribusi barang maupun orang dari Provinsi Jawa Tengah ke Provinsi DI Yogyakarta, dan sebaliknya. Ruas Jalan tersebut harus selalu diupayakan berada dalam kondisi mantap. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melakukan prediksi kondisi fungsional perkerasan jalan pada Ruas Jalan Batas Kota Sleman–Batas Kota Yogyakarta, dengan menggunakan software HDM-4. Prediksi dilakukan dengan menggu-nakan 3 skenario, yaitu: (1) do-nothing, (2) do-minimum, dan (3) do-something. This study aims to determine and predict the Present Serviceability Index value during the pavement design life. The amount of the structural response due to loading was analyzed using an empirical mechanistic method with the help of KENPAVE software. The results of the structural response are used to calculate the magnitude of cracking and rutting damages, which are then used to predict the value of the International Roughness Index. The predicted International Roughness Index values were then statistically tested with the results of field measurements for the last 4 years. Furthermore, the Present Serviceability Index value was analyzed based on the prediction results of the International Roughness Index values. This study shows that the pavement has reached terminal serviceability in year 5.2 and requires strengthening. The prediction results of the Present Serviceability Index value with the implementation of overlays as thick as 10 cm in the 5.2nd year show that the terminal serviceability is achieved in the 9.5th year, thus increasing the service life of the road by 4.3 years. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: pavement performance; cracking; routines; Present Serviceability Index; serviceability terminals. \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Present Serviceability Index merupakan suatu ukuran kinerja perkerasan jalan dan dapat digunakan sebagai indikator penentuan waktu dan kebutuhan pemeliharaan. Studi ini bertujuan menentukan dan memprediksi nilai Present Serviceability Index selama umur rencana. Besarnya respons struktur akibat pembebanan dianalisis menggunakan metode mekanistik empiris dengan bantuan software KENPAVE. Hasil respons struktur digunakan untuk menghitung besarnya kerusakan-kerusakan cracking dan rutting, yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk memprediksi nilai International Roughness Index. Nilai International Roughness Index hasil prediksi kemudian diuji statistika dengan hasil pengukuran lapangan selama 4 tahun terakhir. Selanjutnya, nilai Present Serviceability Index dianalisis berdasarkan hasil prediksi nilai International Roughness Index. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa perkerasan telah mencapai terminal serviceability pada tahun ke-5,2 dan memerlukan penguatan.
