This requires a study to ensure the smooth traffic circulation at the airport. This study uses an approach based on road performance, using the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual 1997 method, and simulating traffic movements according to the origin and destination of these movements. This study shows that the existing weaving segment can still serve traffic needs, while the modeling carried out provides a performance indicators of Delay Average 36.45 seconds, Stop Average 1.97 vehicles per hour, Speed Average 47.84 km/hour, and Total Travel Time 2,392,331 seconds. Keywords: road capacity; access system; traffic circulation; road performance; weaving.  Abstrak Jalan Tol Jasamarga Kunciran-Cengkareng menyebabkan perubahan konfigurasi sistem akses menuju Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Hal ini memerlukan suatu kajian untuk menjamin kelancaran sirkulasi lalu lintas di bandara. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan yang didasarkan pada kinerja jalan, dengan menggunakan metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997, dan simulasi pergerakan lalu lintas yang sesuai dengan asal dan tujuan pergerakan tersebut. The impact of this economic growth is the accelerated development of activity centers and trip generation in this province. The trip generation can affect the performance of existing roads. Therefore, an analysis of the traffic impact due to additional trip generation needs to be carried out, to minimize the negative impact of the additional trip generation on existing roads, especially on national roads. This study is carried out on several national roads that have been prioritized to be handled, so that handling proposals can be made, and an estimate of the performance improvement of these road sections due to the proposed measures can be determined. After handling several national roads, this study shows that the biggest increase in performance occurred on Jalan Raya Denpasar-Tuban. However, there are also road sections that have not experienced a significant increase in performance, which means that the proposed treatment for these road sections needs to be supported by additional road capacity, to improve the performance of these road sections. Keywords: traffic impact analysis; trip generation; national roads; road segment performance.  Abstrak Provinsi Bali merupakan suatu provinsi di Indonesia dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang pesat. Dampak pertumbuhan ekonomi tersebut adalah terjadinya percepatan pembangunan pusat-pusat kegiatan dan bangkitan perjalanan di provinsi ini. Bangkitan perjalanan tersebut dapat memengaruhi kinerja ruas jalan yang ada. Karena itu, analisis dampak lalu lintas akibat tambahan bangkitan perjalanan perlu dilakukan, untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif akibat tambahan bangkitan perjalanan pada jalan-jalan yang ada, khususnya pada jalan-jalan nasional. Studi ini dilakukan terhadap beberapa ruas jalan nasional yang mendapat prioritas untuk ditangani, sehingga dapat dibuat usulan penanganannya, serta dapat diperkirakan peningkatan kinerja ruas-ruas jalan tersebut akibat penanganan yang diusulkan. Setelah dilakukan penanganan terhadap beberapa ruas jalan nasional, studi ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja terbesar terjadi pada ruas Jalan Raya Denpasar-Tuban. The use of a tack coat is very important to support the ability of the road pavement, thereby improving road performance. This study was conducted to analyze the shear strength at the interface of the AC-WC pavement layer and the AC-BC pavement layer due to the use of rubber tire powder and variations in the dosage of CRS-1 and CRS-1P tack coats. In this study, the dosage of tack coat used varied from 0.25 l/m² to 0.35 l/m². Shear strength was measured using the Leutner Shear Test. This study shows that the use of rubber tire powder does not increase the shear strength of the lack coat for both types of mixtures AC-WC and AC-BC. The biggest shear strength is actually produced by mixtures that do not use rubber tire powder. For the AC-WC asphalt mixture, the largest shear strength was produced by the AC-WC asphalt mixture with a distribution of 0.3 l/m2 of tack coat, while for the AC-BC asphalt mixture, the largest shear strength was also found in the mixture with 0.3 l/m2 tack coat distribution. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: road pavement; tack coat; shear strength; interfaces; rubber tire powder; asphalt mixture \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Kondisi lekatan antarlapisan yang tidak ideal pada suatu struktur perkerasan, tidak akan menghasilkan kinerja perkerasan yang optimal, karena perkerasan tidak berperilaku sebagai suatu struktur perkerasan yang mo-nolitik. Penggunaan lapis perekat sangat penting untuk mendukung kemampuan perkerasan jalan, sehingga meningkatkan kinerja jalan. Studi ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis kuat geser pada interface lapisan perkerasan AC-WC dan lapisan perkerasan AC-BC akibat penggunaan serbuk ban karet dan variasi takaran lapis perekat CRS-1 dan CRS-1P. Pada studi ini takaran lapis perekat yang digunakan bervariasi, mulai dari 0,25 l/m² hingga 0,35 l/m². Kuat geser diukur dengan menggunakan alat Leutner Shear Test. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan serbuk ban karet tidak meningkatkan kuat geser pada penggunaan lapis perekat untuk kedua jenis campuran beraspal AC-WC dan AC-BC. Kuat geser terbesar justru dihasilkan oleh campuran-campuran yang tidak menggunakan serbuk ban karet. This study aims to review the road safety aspect from the results of the road function worthiness test and is carried out using a qualitative method based on the procedures for implementing the road function worthiness test, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works Number 11/PRT/M/2010. The data obtained from the test results and field surveys are processed to obtain roadworthiness categories, with reference to the 6 technical components of the road, namely road geometry, road pavement structures, complementary buildings, road sections, traffic engineering management, and road equipment. The Manado-Tomohon City Boundary National Road was chosen as the object observed in this study. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of road function worthiness and the repairs needed to make the road feasible based on the criteria contained in the Road Functional Worthiness Test. This study shows that the observed road section, namely the Manado City-Tomohon City Boundary road section is included in the conditional function-worthy category, which requires some technical improvements. Technical improvements that must be fulfilled include routine maintenance and procurement of road components that do not yet exist, so that the Manado City-Tomohon City Boundary road can actually become a functional road. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: road; road technical standards; road geometry; road pavement; traffic \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Kondisi suatu ruas jalan yang memenuhi persyaratan teknis dan persyaratan administratif menunjukkan bahwa ruas jalan tersebut memenuhi kriteria laik fungsi jalan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meninjau aspek keselamatan jalan dari hasil uji laik fungsi jalan dan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif berdasarkan tata cara pelaksanaan uji laik fungsi jalan, sesuai Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 11/PRT/M/2010. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil uji dan survei lapangan diolah untuk mendapatkan kategori kelaikan jalan, dengan mengacu pada 6 komponen teknis jalan, yaitu geometrik jalan, struktur perkerasan jalan, bangunan pelengkap, bagian jalan, manajemen rekasaya lalu lintas, dan perlengkapan jalan. Ruas Jalan Nasional Batas Kota Manado-Kota Tomohon dipilih sebagai obyek yang dikaji pada penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kelaikan fungsi jalan serta perbaikan yang diperlukan agar jalan menjadi laik berdasarkan kriteria yang terdapat pada Uji Laik Fungsi Jalan. Roads as transportation infrastructure must meet humanistic aspects, with one of the humanistic elements being safety for road users. The available data shows that several roads in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province, are deficient, which affects road performance, so that the roads are unable to meet the humanistic aspects. Examples of deficiencies in road infrastructure are road damage and lack of facilities for road users. This study aims to identify and evaluate accident-prone locations and characteristics of traffic accidents that occur on the Banjarharjo–Ngemplak Road Section, which is located in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. Primary data used are in the form of photo recordings, using drones at the research location, as well as direct observations of pavement damage and observations of locations that have the potential to be prone to traffic accidents. Meanwhile, secondary data are in the form of traffic accident data in 2019-2020 and road technical data. This study shows that the dominant factors causing traffic accident-prone locations on the observed roads are pavement damage and lack of facilities for road users, such as lighting, pedestrian facilities, absence of road markings, lack of traffic speed limit signs, and lack of traffic warning signs. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: traffic safety; traffic accidents; road deficiency; accident prone locations \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Pertumbuhan lalu lintas di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, yang mana hal ini menimbulkan permasalahan di jaringan jalan yang ada. Jalan sebagai prasarana transportasi harus memenuhi aspek humanistis, dengan salah satu unsur humanistis tersebut ialah adanya keselamatan bagi pengguna jalan. Data yang ada menunjukkan bahwa beberapa ruas jalan di Kabupaten Sleman, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, mengalami defisiensi, yang memengaruhi kinerja jalan-jalan tersebut, sehingga jalan tidak mampu memenuhi aspek humanistis. Contoh defisiensi pada infrastruktur jalan tersebut ialah kerusakan jalan dan kurangnya fasilitas bagi pengguna jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi lokasi rawan kecelakaan serta menentukan karakteristik kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi pada Ruas Jalan Banjarharjo–Ngemplak, yang terletak di Kabupaten Sleman, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. In this study, the Jambi West Ring Road, which is a primary arterial road in Jambi Province, with a high traffic density, is planned to be increased in capacity. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of service of the Jambi West Ring Road and the cost reduction experienced by road users when the road capacity is increased. This study focuses on calculating the ratio of traffic volume to road capacity, vehicle operating costs, and the time value of road users using the Jambi West Ring Road at peak hours. The methods used are the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual Method, the 1997 Jasa Marga Vehicle Operating Cost Calculation Method, and the income approach to calculate the time value. This study shows that if the capacity of the Jambi West Ring Road is increased, the level of service determined based on the ratio of traffic volume to road capacity will increase, from level of service E to level of service C. In addition, there will be cost savings for road users when widening the Jambi West Ring Road is carried out in accordance with Law No. 2 of 2022 and Government Regulation No. 34 of 2006 and the minimum lane width is determined based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 19 of 2011. The savings for road users is estimated at Rp9,212,633,00 per peak hour or about 8.6% saving. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: traffic jam; vehicle operating costs; time value; road user costs \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Kemacetan lalu lintas di suatu jalan adalah suatu situasi pada saat arus lalu lintas bergerak dengan kecepatan yang lebih rendah daripada kecepatan desain di jalan tersebut, sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya antrean. Pada studi ini, Jalan Lingkar Barat Jambi, yang merupakan suatu jalan arteri primer di Provinsi Jambi, dengan tingkat kepadatan lalu lintas yang tinggi, direncanakan untuk ditingkatkan kapasitasnya. Tujuan studi ini adalah menentukan tingkat pelayanan Jalan Lingkar Barat Jambi dan penurunan biaya yang dialami oleh pengguna jalan bila kapasitas jalan tersebut ditingkatkan. Studi ini difokuskan pada perhitungan rasio volume lalu lintas terhadap kapasitas jalan, biaya operasi kendaraan, dan nilai waktu pengguna jalan yang melintasi Jalan Lingkar Barat Jambi pada jam puncak. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997, metode Perhitungan Biaya Operasi Kendaraan Jasa Marga 1997, dan income approach untuk menghitung nilai waktu. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa bila kapasitas Jalan Lingkar Barat Jambi ditingkatkan, tingkat pelayanan jalan yang ditentukan berdasarkan rasio volume lalu lintas terhadap kapasitas jalan akan meningkat, dari tingkat pelayanan E menjadi tingkat pelayanan C. This bridge consists of 2 units of a series of steel tub girders on pier 37-pier 38-pier 39, which crosses the Cikeas river, with the lengths of the bridges being 57 m and 65 m, respectively. This study discusses the basis for choosing the method of installing a steel tub girder bridge using the incremental launching method. This method is used to overcome the limitations of field conditions, due to the presence of high-voltage overhead lines, gas pipeline crossings, and river crossings on the bridge installation route. Pada studi ini dibahas dasar pemilihan metode pemasangan jembatan steel tub girder menggunakan incremental launching method. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengatasi batasan kondisi lapangan, karena adanya saluran udara tegangan tinggi, crossing pipa gas, dan crossing sungai pada jalur pemasangan jembatan. Traffic congestion is a major challenge faced by Makassar City, due to the mixing of urban traffic flows with regional traffic flows. Modernization of the road network is carried out by building toll roads, which connect airports, ports, industrial areas, and access to the city center, one of which is the Pettarani Flyover. Kemacetan lalu lintas merupakan suatu tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh Kota Makassar, karena berbaurnya arus lalu lintas perkotaan dengan arus lalu lintas regional. Modernisasi jaringan jalan dilakukan dengan membangun jalan tol, yang menghubungkan bandara, pelabuhan, kawasan industri, dan akses ke pusat kota, yang salah satunya adalah Jalan Layang Pettarani. Analysis of the material properties gives the value of the modulus of elasticity, with the input data in the form of deflection of the results of the Falling Weight Deflectometer test. The back calculation in this study was carried out with the support of the ELMOD 6.0 computer program, and resulted in the root means square and backcalculated moduli values. As a case study, the Janti (Yogyakarta)-Prambanan (Central Java Province Boundary) road section was selected. The results obtained indicate that the modulus of elasticity in the north section for the Hot Mix Asphalt layer is 1401.31 MPa, for the base layer is 597.75 MPa, for the subbase layer is 116.79 MPa, and for the subgrade layer is 96.15 MPa. While in the south section, the modulus of elasticity for the Hot Mix Asphalt layer, base layer, subbase layer, and subgrade layer are 976.80 MPa, 128.22 MPa, 104.59 MPa, and 75.68 MPa, respectively.   Keywords: back-calculation; road pavement; material properties; deflection; modulus of elasticity     Abstrak   Perhitungan balik merupakan suatu metode analisis material properties suatu perkerasan jalan, yang didukung dengan pengujian lapangan berupa Non-Destructive Testing menggunakan alat Falling Weight Deflectometer. Analisis terhadap material properties memberikan nilai modulus elastisitas, dengan input data berupa lendutan hasil pengujian Falling Weight Deflectometer. Perhitungan balik pada studi ini dilakukan dengan bantuan program komputer ELMOD 6.0, dan menghasilkan nilai root means square dan backcalculated moduli. Sebagai studi kasus dipilih ruas Jalan Janti (Yogyakarta)-Prambanan (Batas Provinsi Jawa Tengah). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa nilai modulus elastisitas pada ruas utara untuk lapis Hot Mix Asphalt sebesar 1401,31MPa, untuk lapis base sebesar 597,75 MPa, untuk lapis subbase sebesar 116,79 MPa, dan untuk lapis subgrade sebesar 96,15 MPa. As a result, visitors use the road as a parking lot, which will cause transportation problems, such as traffic jams. Toko Semeru is a modern shop that is required to provide adequate parking space. The purpose of this study is to analyze the parking characteristics at the Toko Semeru and determine the capacity and demand for parking spaces due to the development of the Toko Semeru. This study uses primary data, by conducting a parking space inventory survey, a parking patrol survey, and a cordon parking survey, by counting vehicles parked in the study area and simultaneously counting vehicles entering and leaving the store. While the secondary data used is in the form of a site plan for the development of the Toko Semeru. This study shows that the highest parking volume during 7 hours of observa-tion was 652 vehicles, the highest average parking duration for cars was 16 minutes/vehicle and for motorcycles was 52 minutes/vehicle, the highest accumulation of motorcycles was 85 vehicles and the largest number of cars was 17 vehicles, and the parking index value for cars or motorcycles is between 17% to 98%. The parking space that needs to be prepared by the owner of the Toko Semeru is 126 Parking Space Units. This study shows that the parking space planned to be provided by the shop owner is not sufficient, with short of 7 parking spaces for motorcycles and short of 1 parking space for cars. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: parking; parking characteristics; parking needs; parking volume; parking space \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Permasalahan parkir di Kota Makassar merupakan suatu hal yang perlu mendapat perhatian, karena beberapa daerah komersial menyiapkan lahan parkir yang tidak sesuai dengan kapasitas pengunjung. Akibatnya, pengunjung menggunakan badan jalan sebagai tempat parkir, yang akan menimbulkan permasalahan trans-portasi, seperti terjadinya kemacetan lalu lintas. Toko Semeru merupakan suatu toko modern yang wajib menyediakan ruang parkir yang memadai. Tujuan studi ini adalah melakukan analisis karakteristik parkir di Toko Semeru serta menentukan kapasitas dan kebutuhan ruang parkir akibat pengembangan Toko Semeru. Studi ini menggunakan data primer, dengan melakukan survei inventarisasi ruang parkir, survei patrol parkir, dan survei parkir kordon, dengan menghitung kendaraan yang parkir di daerah kajian dan serentak menghitung kendaraan yang keluar masuk toko.
