The dynamic loading test on the bridge is one of the tools that can be used in assessing the performance of the bridge. This dynamic loading test offers convenience and speed as well as accuracy regarding the integrity of the bridge structure and has been commonly used in the operation of the Bridge Monitoring System. This study examines the standard method of implementing the dynamic test vibration data acquisition of the bridge before it is used in interpreting the behavior of the bridge structure. The results indicate that the filtering process must be applied in accelerometer data collection, because the filtering process can remove both frequencies smaller than 1 Hz and noise obtained from accelerometer readings. In addition, the behavior of the first integration shows the same tendency as the initial hypothesis, while the behavior of the second integration does not match the initial hypothesis proposed. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: bridge performance; dynamic loading test; bridge structural integrity; bridge monitoring system; dynamic test vibration data. \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Penilaian kinerja jembatan menjadi indikator utama yang dapat digunakan dalam penyusunan prioritas program pemeliharaan jembatan. Pengujian pembebanan dinamik pada jembatan merupakan salah satu alat yang dapat digunakan dalam menilai kinerja jembatan tersebut. Pengujian pembebanan dinamik ini menawarkan kemu-dahan dan kecepatan serta akurasi mengenai integritas struktur jembatan dan telah biasa digunakan dalam penyelenggaraan Sistem Monitoring Jembatan. Pada studi ini dikaji metode baku pelaksanaan akuisisi data vibrasi uji dinamik jembatan sebelum digunakan dalam melakukan interpretasi terhadap perilaku struktur jembatan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa proses filtering harus diterapkan dalam pengambilan data accelerometer, karena proses filtering tersebut dapat membuang frekuensi yang lebih kecil dari 1 Hz dan noise yang didapat dari hasil pembacaan accelerometer. The National Road Implementation Center VIII Surabaya has used this application, with the largest number of road damage reports. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the desire of road inspectors to use the Jalan Kita application, using the Technology Acceptance Model approach. The data analyzed in this study is the respondent's perception data, which was obtained through a survey using a questionnaire by a number of road inspectors at the VIII National Road Implementation Center. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling method to obtain the relationship between the factors that influence the contribution to the level of acceptance of the Jalan Kita application technology. This study reveals that technological factors and organizational support are 2 factors with major contributions, namely 47.6% and 46.2%, to the desire of road inspectors to use the Jalan Kita application. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: road inspector; national roads; road damage; road damage reporting. \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Aplikasi ‘Jalan Kita’ merupakan suatu perangkat lunak yang dioperasikan pada smartphone berbasis sistem operasi android dan IOS, yang digunakan oleh para penilik jalan dalam kegiatan pelaporan kerusakan jalan nasional. Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional VIII Surabaya telah menggunakan aplikasi ini, dengan jumlah pelaporan kerusakan jalan terbesar. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keinginan penilik jalan untuk menggunakan aplikasi Jalan Kita, dengan pendekatan Model Penerimaan Teknologi. Data yang dianalisis pada studi ini adalah data persepsi responden, yang diperoleh melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner sejumlah penilik jalan di Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional VIII. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling untuk mendapatkan hu-bungan antara faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dengan kontribusinya terhadap tingkat penerimaan teknologi aplikasi Jalan Kita. To reduce traffic problems on the bridge, it is necessary to replace the old bridge with a new one. The new bridge was planned to have 4 traffic lanes with a total length of 850 m. This study discusses the implementation technique of concrete bore pile construction as a deep foundation for the Sei Alalak Bridge. This paper describes specifically in detail the working method applied, using a rotary drilling system plus several innovations including a strict implementation control system, a stable working platform, the use of polymer modified bentonite and temporary casing for bore piles, and self-compacting concrete mixes. This study shows that the innovative work method applied to this project is able to optimize construction costs compared to other work methods. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: bridge; bridge foundation; concrete bore pile; work method innovation. \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Jembatan Sei Alalak adalah jembatan yang menghubungkan Kota Banjarmasin dengan Kabupaten Marabahan. Untuk mengurangi permasalahan lalu lintas di jembatan, dilakukan penggantian jembatan lama dengan jembatan yang baru. Jembatan baru direncanakan mempunyai 4 lajur lalu lintas dengan panjang total 850 m. Pada studi ini dibahas teknik pelaksanaan konstruksi tiang bor beton sebagai pondasi dalam untuk Jembatan Sei Alalak. Secara khusus pada makalah ini diuraikan dengan rinci metode kerja yang diterapkan, dengan menggunakan sistem rotary drilling ditambah beberapa inovasi yang meliputi sistem kontrol pelaksanaan yang ketat, landasan kerja yang stabil, penggunaan polymer modified bentonite dan selubung sementara tiang bor, serta campuran beton memadat sendiri. For this reason, a road pavement design method is needed to be applied in this road design process. The MDP 2017 and AASHTO 1993 road pavement design methods are methods that are often used in Indonesia to design concrete slab for pavement. This study uses both methods to determine the thickness of the concrete slab on the pavement of the Wonogiri Regency City Ring Road. The results of this study indicate that the concrete slab thickness for pavement calculated by MDP 2017 is 31 cm, while that calculated with AASHTO 1993 is 32.25 cm. The difference in the thickness of the concrete plates obtained from these two methods is relatively small. Keywords: road pavement, pavement design, concrete slab, road pavement thickness  Abstrak Jalan lingkar kota Kabupaten Wonogiri harus dibangun berdasarkan rancangan perkerasan jalan yang aman, nyaman, namun tetap ekonomis. Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu metode perancangan perkerasan jalan yang tepat untuk diterapkan pada proses perancangan jalan ini. Metode-metode perancangan perkerasan jalan MDP 2017 dan AASHTO 1993 merupakan metode-metode yang sering digunakan di Indonesia untuk perancangan tebal pelat beton untuk perkerasan jalan. Studi ini menggunakan kedua metode tersebut untuk menentukan tebal pelat beton pada perkerasan jalan lingkar kota Kabupaten Wonogiri. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa tebal pelat beton untuk perkerasan jalan yang dihitung dengan MDP 2017 adalah 31 cm, sedangkan yang dihitung dengan AASHTO 1993 adalah 32,25 cm. Indonesia will experience significant losses due to climate change, because Indonesia is an island-shaped country. The longer dry season will increase the frequency of extreme weather, and heavy rains are increasingly likely to increase flooding. The Green Road Program is a program that has the potential to reduce carbon emissions from the implementation of road construction. Currently the Green Road Rating Program has been held in Indonesia for 3 years, from 2015 until 2017. By looking at the results obtained in other countries, the Green Road Program has the potential to reduce carbon emissions starting at around 28%, for roads with rigid pavement, up to around 37%, for roads with flexible pavements. When linked to the planned road construction in the 2014-2019 Directorate General of Highways Strategic Plan, which is 2,650 km of non-toll national roads and 1,000 km of toll roads, the implementation of the Green Road Program has the potential to reduce carbon emissions between 1.5 million tons and 2.0 million tons of CO2 equivalent. Keywords: implementation of road construction, carbon emissions, green roads, green road ranking  Abstrak Dampak negatif yang berasal dari pelaksanaan konstruksi jalan, yaitu meningkatnya emisi karbon atau emisi Gas Rumah Kaca, perlu diperhitungkan, karena sangat berpengaruh terhadap perubahan iklim. Indonesia akan mengalami kerugian yang signifikan akibat perubahan iklim, karena Indonesia merupakan suatu negara yang berbentuk kepulauan. Musim kering yang semakin panjang akan meningkatkan frekuensi cuaca ekstrim, dan hujan lebat yang semakin sering berpeluang untuk meningkatkan terjadinya banjir. Program Jalan Hijau merupakan suatu program yang berpotensi untuk mengurangi emisi karbon yang berasal dari pelaksanaan konstruksi jalan. Saat ini Program Pemeringkatan Jalan Hijau telah diselenggarakan di Indonesia selama 3 tahun, yaitu pada tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2017. Dengan melihat hasil yang diperoleh di negara lain, Program Jalan Hijau berpotensi mengurangi emisi karbon mulai dari sekitar 28%, untuk jalan dengan perkerasan kaku, hingga sekitar 37%, untuk jalan dengan perkerasan lentur. In its implementation, a minimum service standard is needed to ensure the level of service expected road users. In this study, the process of preparing minimum service standards for national roads was discussed. The preparation is carried out through several stages so as to produce a list of indicators and parameters that can be implemented for national roads in Indonesia. The list of indicators and parameters was obtained through collecting data from previous studies, regulations, best practices on the implementation of minimum service standards in other countries, as well as discussions with road operators, academics, and road users. The list of indicators and parameters is then validated by distributing questionnaires back to road operators, academics, and road users to be assessed quantitatively on the level of importance and ease of implementation. Data from respondents were then analyzed using quadrant analysis to obtain priority indicators and parameters proposed to be used in minimum service standards of national roads. Keywords: road infrastructure, national roads, minimum service standards, level of service  Abstrak Infrastruktur jalan merupakan salah satu komponen dalam penyelenggaraan transportasi darat dan memiliki peranan penting untuk pergerakan orang dan barang serta pengembangan wilayah. Dalam penyelenggaraannya, diperlukan suatu standar pelayanan minimal untuk menjamin tingkat pelayanan yang diharapkan oleh pengguna jalan. Pada kajian ini dibahas proses penyusunan standar pelayanan minimal untuk jalan nasional nontol. Penyu-sunan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan sehingga menghasilkan daftar indikator dan parameter yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk jalan nasional di Indonesia. Daftar indikator dan parameter tersebut diperoleh melalui pengumpulan data dari studi terdahulu, peraturan, best practice penerapan standar pelayanan minimal di negara lain, serta diskusi dengan penyelenggara jalan, akademisi, dan pengguna jalan. Daftar indikator dan parameter tersebut kemudian divalidasi dengan penyebaran kuesioner kembali ke penyelenggara jalan, akademisi, dan pengguna jalan untuk dinilai secara kuantitatif tingkat kepentingan dan kemudahan implementasinya. This paper describes the determination of sustainable road indicators based on sustainable road indicators that have been proposed in previous studies. The step taken is to examine the proposed indicators that are appropriate to be applied in the stages of planning and implementation of road construction and to analyze the interests and ease of applying these indicators. The results of this study indicate that there are 14 sustainable road indicators that can be applied in the stages of construction planning and implementation. Keywords: sustainable development, sustainable roads, road planning, road construction, sustainable road indicators Abstrak Indikator jalan berkelanjutan merupakan salah satu perangkat evaluasi pembangunan jalan berkelanjutan, yang merupakan suatu upaya untuk mendukung kebijakan Pemerintah Indonesia dalam mengimplementasikan pem-bangunan berkelanjutan. Makalah ini menguraikan penentuan indikator jalan berkelanjutan berdasarkan indikator jalan berkelanjutan yang pernah diusulkan pada studi sebelumnya. Langkah yang dilakukan adalah memeriksa usulan indikator-indikator yang sesuai untuk diterapkan pada tahap-tahap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan konstruksi jalan dan melakukan analisis kepentingan dan kemudahan penerapan indikator-indikator tersebut. Efforts to realize the South Sulawesi Provincial Government program related to the implementation of the Mamminasata Bus Rapid Transit are very dependent on the services provided. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of service performance and its effect on the movement system in Corridor 3 of the Mamminasata Region. This research method uses descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that several service perfor-mance criteria are effective, such as service quality based on travel speed, level of fleet availability, vehicle age, low costs or affordable rates, safety or security and convenience, and timeliness of service based on travel time of each segment and service time. Whereas those that have not been effective include number of buses and fleet capacity, load factor, frequency, distance between stops, operating ratio, regularity, orderliness, accessibility, reliability, easily-accessed information, waiting time, headway, vehicle downtime, travel time, and circulation time. Keywords: Bus Rapid Transit, mass transit, service performance, movement system  Abstrak Bus Rapid Transit diharapkan menjadi angkutan massal yang melayani wilayah aglomerasi Mamminasata, yang meliputi Kota Makassar, Kabupaten Maros, Kabupaten Gowa, dan Kabupaten Takalar. Upaya mewujudkan program Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan terkait penerapan Bus Rapid Transit Mamminasata ini sangat bergantung pada pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas kinerja pelayanan dan pengaruhnya terhadap sistem pergerakan di Koridor 3 Kawasan Mamminasata. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beberapa kriteria kinerja pelayanan sudah efektif, seperti kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan kecepatan perjalanan, tingkat ketersediaan armada, umur kendaraan, biaya rendah atau tarif terjangkau, keselamatan atau keamanan dan kenyamanan, serta ketepatan waktu pelayanan berdasarkan waktu tempuh setiap segmen dan waktu pelayanan. However, traffic accidents involving motorbikes still dominate traffic accidents that occur. The proportion of traffic accidents involving motorbikes is still the highest compared to those of other traffic accidents, and reaches a maximum in 2015, which is 93% of the number of traffic accidents in the City of Bandung. In addition, the chance of death in motorcycle traffic accidents is still relatively high, which is between 9% and 21%. The high chance of death victims requires a more in-depth study to improve traffic safety, especially in motorcycle use. Keywords: traffic accidents, motorcycle traffic accidents, traffic accident victims, traffic safety  Abstrak Jumlah kecelakaan lalu lintas, termasuk kecelakaan lalu lintas sepeda motor di Kota Bandung pada tahun 2013–2017 cenderung mengalami penurunan. Walaupun demikian, kecelakaan lalu lintas yang melibatkan sepeda motor masih mendominasi kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi. Proporsi kecelakaan lalu lintas yang melibatkan sepeda motor masih yang terbesar dibandingkan dengan kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas yang lain, dan mencapai maksimum pada tahun 2015, yaitu 93% terhadap jumlah kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kota Bandung. Selain itu, peluang terjadinya korban meninggal dunia dalam kecelakaan lalu lintas sepeda motor masih relatif tinggi, yaitu antara 9% hingga 21%. The data used in this study are primary data from the Pavement Condition Index survey on a Yogyakarta–Magelang road segment Magelang, KM 10+000-KM 11+000, and secondary data, in the form of Surface Distress Index data, International Roughness Index data, and traffic data obtained from the National Road Planning and Supervision of the Special Province of Yogyakarta. The software used in this study is Borland Delphi 7.0 software. From this study, a software called Modrova was produced. This study shows that the Modrova software is valid to use because the resulting error is relatively small. Keywords: road surface conditions, road damage, road pavement, remaining life of road pavement  Abstrak Pada studi ini dikaji suatu pemodelan berbasis perangkat lunak yang dapat mengakomodir kebutuhan untuk menentukan kondisi permukaan perkerasan jalan, merencanakan penanganan kerusakan jalan, serta mempre-diksi sisa umur layanan perkerasan jalan. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer hasil survei Pavement Condition Index pada ruas jalan Yogyakarta-Magelang, KM 10+000-KM 11+000 dan data skunder, berupa data Surface Distress Index, data International Roughness Index, serta data lalu lintas yang diperoleh dari Perencanaan dan Pengawasan Jalan Nasional Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan pada studi ini adalah perangkat lunak Borland Delphi 7.0. Dari studi ini dihasilkan suatu perangkat lunak yang diberi nama Modrova.
