This method allows the construction of the bridge in stages, by attaching and sliding portions of the bridge structure into their final positions. This study describes the procedure for implementing the Incremental Launching Method for bridge construction. Apart from that, several examples of suspension bridges whose construction process used the Incremental Launching Method are also described. The examples of bridges and the Incremental Launching Method described in this study show that the construction of a bridge can be carried out efficiently, safely, and securely. Metode ini memungkinkan pembangunan jembatan secara bertahap, dengan melekatkan dan meluncurkan sebagian struktur jembatan ke posisinya akhir. Pada studi ini diuraikan prosedur penerapan Incremental Launching Method untuk pembangunan jembatan. Selain itu, diuraikan juga beberapa contoh jembatan gantung yang pada proses konstruksinya menggunakan Incremental Launching Method. Contoh-contoh jembatan dan Incremental Launching Method yang diuraikan pada kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan suatu jembatan dapat dilakukan secara efisien, aman, dan selamat. The market was developed with a total deve-lopment area of ​​9918 m2. This market is predicted to have very good future prospects, because it is located in a very strategic location. However, it is estimated that the impact of developing Tanete Market will be to increase the traffic load on the roads around the market. The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of the development of the Tanete Market, both during construction and post-operation, on the performance of Jalan Poros Bulukumba–Sinjai, where the market is located. Primary data was obtained by surveying vehicle volume, vehicle speed, and road characteristics. Meanwhile, secondary data is in the form of vehicle growth data. Traffic performance measurements were carried out using the 2017 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual. This study shows that the development of Tanete Market does not have a significant impact on traffic performance on the road where the market is located. Jalan Poros Bulukumba–Sinjai still has Service Level A, both during cons-truction and after the operation of Tanete Market. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: traffic; traffic performance; vehicle growth; service level \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Salah satu kegiatan pengembangan yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Bulukumba adalah melakukan renovasi Pasar Tanete yang terdapat di Kecamatan Bulukumpa, Kabupaten Bulukumba. Pasar tersebut dikembangkan dengan luas total pembangunan adalah 9918 m2. Pasar ini diperkirakan mempunyai prospek masa depan yang sangat baik, karena terletak di lokasi yang sangat strategis. Walaupun demikian, diperkirakan dampak pengembangan Pasar Tanete adalah menambah beban lalu lintas pada jalan di sekitar pasar tersebut. Tujuan studi ini adalah melakukan analisis pengaruh pengembangan Pasar Tanete, baik pada masa konstruksi maupun pascaoperasional, terhadap kinerja Jalan Poros Bulukumba–Sinjai, tempat pasar tersebut berada. Data primer diperoleh dengan melakukan survei volume kendaraan, kecepatan kendaraan, dan karakteristik jalan. Sedangkan data sekunder berupa data pertumbuhan kendaraan. Pengukuran kinerja lalu lintas dilakukan dengan menggunakan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 2017. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Pasar Tanete tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap kinerja lalu lintas di jalan tempat pasar tersebut berada. The nano-materials and biopolymers used in this research are nano-lime and nano-silica, with the biopolymer in the form of chitosan from shrimp shells. First, soil mixed with nano-materials with 1-5 matrix variations and 4 variations of biopolymer mixture (0.05%, 0.1%, 0.15%, and 0.2%) were tested in the laboratory to determine the effect of nano-materials and biopolymers on soft soil characteristics, which are expressed by the Atterberg Limit and California Bearing Ratio. Next, the data obtained was used to design road pavement. This study shows that the addition of nano-materials and biopolymers improves soil characteristics, both at the Atterberg Limit and the California Bearing Ratio of the soil. Nano-material dan biopolimer yang digunakan pada penilitian ini adalah nano-kapur dan nano-silika, dengan biopolimer berupa chitosan dari kulit udang. Pertama, tanah campuran nano-material dengan variasi matriks 1-5 dan 4 variasi campuran biopolimer (0,05%, 0,1%, 0,15%, dan 0,2%) diuji di labora-torium untuk mengetahui pengaruh nano-material dan biopolimer terhadap karakteristik tanah lunak, yang dinya-takan dengan Atterberg Limit dan California Bearing Ratio. Selanjutnya, data yang diperoleh digunakan untuk merancang perkerasan jalan. This research aims to determine the potential use of filler material derived from coral rock found in Taeno Village and the effect of coral filler material on the characteristics of the asbuton wearing-course asphalt concrete mixture. This research was carried out by adding filler material, with level content of 0%, 1%, 2%, and 3%, to asbuton wearing-course asphalt concrete with 3 variations of asphalt content, namely 5.0%; 5.5%, and 6.0%. Marshall tests were, then, carried out on the specimens made from the mixture. This research shows that the coral stone filler, which comes from Taeno Village, can be used as a filler for asbuton wearing-course asphalt concrete. From the analysis carried out, it was concluded that the asphalt content of the mixture influences the level of filler that can be added to the mixture. The higher the asphalt content value in a mixture, the higher the optimum filler content that can be added to the mixture. The optimum levels of filler that can be added to mixtures made with asphalt content of 5.0%, 5.5%, and 6.0% are 1.55%, 1.63%, and 1.75%, respectively. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: asphalt concrete; filler; wearing-course; asbuton; coral filler \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Batu karang gunung yang terdapat di Dusun Taeno, Ambon, tersedia melimpah dan berpotensi untuk digu-nakan sebagai bahan pengisi campuran beton aspal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan potensi penggunaan bahan pengisi yang berasal dari batu karang yang terdapat di Dusun Taneo dan pengaruh bahan pengisi batu karang tersebut terhadap karakteristik campuran beton aspal lapis aus Asbuton. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menambahkan bahan pengisi, dengan kadar 0%, 1%, 2%, dan 3%, kepada beton aspal lapis aus Asbuton (AC-WCAsb.) dengan 3 variasi kadar aspal, yaitu 5,0%; 5,5% dan 6,0%. Selanjutnya dilakukan pegujian Marshall terhadap benda-benda uji yang dibuat dari campuran tersebut. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan pengisi batu karang, yang berasal dari Dusun Taeno, dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pengisi untuk campuran lapis beton aspal lapis aus asbuton. Dari analisis yang dilakukan, disimpulkan bahwa kadar aspal campuran berpengaruh terdapat kadar bahan pengisi yang dapat ditambahkan dalam campuran. Semakin tinggi nilai kadar aspal pada suatu campuran, semakin tinggi pula kadar bahan pengisi optimum yang dapat ditambahkan pada campuran tersebut. In addition, the interaction between humans and road conditions makes a significant contribution to traffic accidents. Poor road surface conditions, inappropriate geometric design, and lack of road signs can also cause traffic accidents. Road safety inspections are needed to create safer roads, and are used to identify problems and prevent more costly road repairs. The research method used in this study includes the preparation stage, conducting research, and reporting research results. The primary data used was obtained through an inventory survey, while the secondary data required includes national road network data, previous research results, and relevant guidelines or regulations. The results of road safety inspections on 15 national roads in Jambi City show deficiencies in roads, road equipment and ancillary structures, both in quantity and quality. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: traffic accident; traffic infrastructure; road safety inspections; road deficiency \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Kecelakaan lalu lintas seringkali disebabkan oleh kondisi prasarana lalu lintas yang tidak memenuhi standar keselamatan. Selain itu, interaksi antara manusia dan kondisi jalan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap kecelakaan lalu lintas. Kondisi permukaan jalan yang buruk, desain geometrik yang tidak tepat, dan kurangnya perambuan di jalan juga dapat menjadi penyebab kecelakaan lalu lintas. Inspeksi keselamatan jalan diperlukan untuk menciptakan jalan yang lebih aman dan selamat, serta digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan mencegah perbaikan jalan dengan biaya yang lebih besar. Metode penelitian ini meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan penelitian, pelaporan hasil penelitian. Data primer yang digunakan diperoleh melalui survei inventarisasi, sedangkan data sekunder yang dibutuhkan mencakup data jaringan jalan nasional, hasil-hasil penelitian sebelumnya, dan pedoman atau regulasi yang relevan. Apart from that, road damages can also be caused by the quality of the materials used not complying with existing specifications, inadequate soil carrying capacity, and the presence of overloaded vehicles. The aim of this research is to analyze road damage that occurs on the Klaten–Jatinom Road section, which is caused by overloaded vehicles. This study shows that at the end of the next 10 years, the Klaten–Jatinom Road section will only have a remaining service life of 0.15%. This study also shows that the damage that occurred on the Klaten–Jatinom Road section was dominated by block cracking, which is 4.53%. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: road pavement; traffic load; overload; remaining service life; road damage \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Kemampuan suatu struktur perkerasan jalan akan mengalami penurunan dengan bertambahnya usia perkerasan jalan dan bertambahnya beban lalu lintas yang melintasi jalan tersebut. Selain itu, kerusakan pada jalan juga dapat disebabkan oleh kualitas bahan yang digunakan tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ada, daya dukung tanah yang tidak memadai, serta adanya kendaraan dengan muatan berlebih (overloading). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kerusakan jalan yang terjadi di Ruas Jalan Klaten–Jatinom, yang disebabkan oleh kendaraan-kendaraan dengan muatan berlebih. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada akhir 10 tahun mendatang, ruas Jalan Klaten–Jatinom hanya akan mempunyai sisa umur layan sebesar 0,15%. In this research, an analysis of the use of filler material, which comes from Mount Taeno coral rocks, was carried out on the Marshall characteristics of asphalt mixtures, with a type of Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course. Asphalt mixtures are made with different asphalt contents, namely 5.0%; 5.5%; and 6.0%, and the filler content given to each mixture is 0%, 1%, 2%, and 3%. Evaluation was carried out on these mixtures using the 2018 General Specifications of the Bina Marga. This research shows that the asphalt content of the mixture influences the value of the optimum filler content added to the mixture. The higher the mixed asphalt content, the higher the optimum filler content that can be added. The optimum filler content for mixtures with asphalt content of 5.0%, 5.5%, and 6.0% is 1.30%, 1.58%, and 1.79%, respectively. The asphalt content in the Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course observed in this study was limited to only 5.0%, 5.5%, and 6.0%. Pada penelitian dilakukan analisis penggunaan bahan pengisi, yang berasal dari batu karang Gunung Taeno, terhadap karakteristik Marshall campuran beraspal, jenis Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course. Campuran beraspal dibuat dengan kadar aspal yang berbeda-beda, yaitu 5,0%; 5,5%; dan 6,0%, dan kadar bahan pengisi yang diberikan kepada masing-masin campuran tersebut adalah 0%, 1%, 2%, dan 3%. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap campuran-campuran tersebut dengan menggunakan Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2018. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kadar aspal campuran berpengaruh terhadap nilai kadar bahan pengisi optimum yang ditambahkan pada campuran. Semakin tinggi nilai kadar aspal campuran, semakin tinggi pula kadar bahan pengisi optimum yang dapat ditambahkan. Kadar bahan pengisi optimum untuk campuran dengan kadar aspal 5,0%, 5,5%, dan 6,0%, berturut-turut adalah 1,30%, 1,58%, dan 1,79%. Meanwhile, bid prices with a value of less than 80% of the Owner Estimate (OE) continue to increase every year. Referring to the Regulations of the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Agency (LKPP), price fairness evaluation is only carried out for bids less than 80% of OE. This is interesting to study. The Sungai Pisang Suspension Bridge Construction Work, with an offer of 84.97% to the HPS, was used as the research sample. Data show that the tender winner resigned before the expiration of his bid guarantee period due to price increases which were influenced by global economic conditions. Based on an analysis of the main payment item (MPU), 3 items of work were found with bids of less than 80% of the OE, namely: (1) supply of steel piles, amounting to 76.81% of the OE, (2) supply of structural concrete Fc'25 MPa, of 72.34% of the OE, and (3) installation of steel frame bridges of 62.60% of the OE. This study shows that a bid of 84.97% of OE is declared unreasonable. Sementara itu, harga penawaran dengan nilai kurang dari 80% Harga Perkiraan Sendiri (HPS) terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Mengacu Peraturan Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP), evaluasi kewajaran harga hanya dilakukan untuk penawaran kurang dari 80% HPS. Hal ini menarik untuk dikaji. Pekerjaan Pembangunan Jembatan Gantung Sungai Pisang, dengan penawaran 84,97% terhadap HPS, digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa pemenang tender mengundurkan diri sebelum habis masa jaminan penawarannya akibat kenaikan harga yang dipengaruh oleh kondisi ekonomi global. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap mata pembayaran utama (MPU), ditemukan 3 item pekerjaan dengan penawarannya kurang dari 80% HPS, yaitu: (1) penyediaan tiang pancang baja, sebesar 76,81% HPS, (2) penyediaan beton struktur Fc’25 MPa, sebesar 72,34% terhadap HPS, dan (3) pemasangan jembatan rangka baja sebesaar 62,60% HPS. This soft soil has low bearing capacity, high compressibility, and low permeability. Soil improvement using soil replacement has been common for soft soil conditions that are not thick, and this soil improvement can increase the bearing capacity of the soil and reduce the thickness of compressible soil. This study aims to perform embankment modeling using PLAXIS 2D software version 22, by comparing 3 soil models, namely the Mohr Coulomb, Hardening Soil, and Soft Soil models. Based on the modeling results, the Advanced Soil Model has a better approach compared to the Mohr Coulomb Model, which is a simple model. The results show that the Hardening Soil Model produces a settlement value that is closest to the results of 1-dimensional Terzaghi calculations. In addition, the Hardening Soil Model is the most conservative soil model, because it provides the highest settlement value, highest excess pore water pressure, and the lowest safety factor. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: toll road; soil consistency; soft soil; soil replacement; soil model \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Tantangan dalam perancangan Jalan Tol Subang adalah pada kondisi tanah asli, dengan konsistensi tanah antara sangat lunak hingga lunak. Tanah lunak ini memiliki daya dukung yang rendah, kompresibilitas yang tinggi, dan permeabilitas yang rendah. Perbaikan tanah menggunakan soil replacement telah biasa dilakukan, untuk kondisi tanah lunak yang tidak tebal, dan perbaikan tanah ini dapat meningkatkan daya dukung tanah serta mengurangi tebal tanah kompresibel. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemodelan timbunan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak PLAXIS 2D versi 22, dengan membandingkan 3 soil model, yaitu model-model Mohr Coulomb, Hardening Soil, dan Soft Soil. Berdasarkan hasil pemodelan yang dilakukan, Advanced Soil Model merupakan pendekatan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan Mohr Coulomb Model, yang merupakan model sederhana. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Hardening Soil Model menghasilkan nilai penurunan yang paling mendekati hasil perhitungan 1 dimensi Terzaghi.
