Many factors affect road reliability, such as heavier truck loads requiring trucks with more axles and the v/c ratio of roads which affect the ability of asphalt pavements to accept loads. In traffic congestions, the strain that occurs in asphalt pavement structures can increase up to 370 millimicrons, or about 3 times greater than the strain that occurs in normal conditions. Meanwhile, to increase the independence of road construction in Indonesia, the use of domestic products in the form of Buton natural asphalt (Asbuton) needs to be continuously developed. In its use, Asbuton with a maximum content of 5.5% in the mixture has produced an asphalt mixture that meets existing specifications. The availability of Asbuton in Indonesia, which reaches around 600 thousand tons, must be utilized as best as possible. The use of concrete waste can be carried out, using a maximum asphalt content of 6.5%, with all aggregates being substituted with concrete waste. While the use of substitute materials in the form of plastic can only replace aggregates on asphalt pavements as much as 6.15%. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: road construction; road quality; pavement strain; buton natural asphalt \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Tingginya pembangunan jalan di Indonesia harus disertai dengan peningkatan kualitas jalan, sehingga jalan lebih andal. Banyak faktor yang berpengaruh pada keandalan jalan, seperti muatan truk yang lebih berat memerlukan truk dengan gandar yang lebih banyak serta v/c ratio jalan yang memengaruhi kemampuan perkerasan beraspal jalan dalam menerima beban. Pada keaadan lalu lintas macet, regangan yang terjadi pada struktur perkerasan beraspal dapat meningkat sampa dengan 370 milimikron, atau sekitar 3 kali lipat lebih besar daripada regangan yang terjadi pada keadaan normal. Sementara itu, untuk meningkatkan kemandirian pembangunan jalan di Indonesia, pemakaian produk dalam negeri berupa aspal alam Buton (Asbuton) perlu terus dikembangkan. Dalam penggunaannya, Asbuton dengan kadar maksimum 5,5% dalam campuran telah menghasilkan campuran beraspal yang memenuhi spesifikasi yang ada. Ketersedian Asbuton di Indonesia, yang mencapai sekitar 600 ribu ton, harus dimanfaatkan sebaik mungkin. Penggunaan limbah beton dapat dilakukan, dengan menggunakan kadar aspal maksimum sebesar 6,5%, dengan semua aggregat dapat disubstitusi dengan limbah beton. This toll road section passes through 2 important ecosystems in northern Aceh, namely the Seulawah Ecosystem and the Ulu Masen Ecosystem. The ecosystem is home to protected animals, such as the Sumateran Tiger and Sumateran Elephant. As a result of the existence of toll roads that cross protected forests, the movement of wildlife in both ecosystems can be cut off or hampered. This study aims to examine the planning principles and development control components so that they can be implemented, as an effort to conserve nature and mitigate the negative impacts of development on wildlife. This study describes several criteria and development components that must be managed, in order to comply with planning principles or design proposals that meet all existing provisions. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: toll road; ecosystem; wild animal; conservation; impact mitigation \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Ruas Jalan Tol Aceh yang dikaji pada studi ini merupakan ruas jalan tol yang paling utara pada Jalan Tol Sumatera, dengan panjang ruas jalan tol ini adalah 74 km. Ruas jalan tol ini melalui 2 ekosistem penting di Aceh bagian utara, yaitu Ekosistem Seulawah dan Ekosistem Ulu Masen. Ekosistem merupakan rumah satwa yang dilindungi, seperti Harimau Sumatera dan Gajah Sumatera. Akibat adanya ruas jalan tol yang melintasi hutan lindung, pergerakan satwa liar di kedua ekosistem dapat terputus atau terhambat. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji prinsip perencanaan dan komponen pengendalian pembangunan agar dapat diimplementasikan, sebagai upaya untuk melakukan konservasi alam dan mitigasi dampak negatif pembangunan terhadap kehidupan satwa liar. However, it is very rare for bridges in rural areas or in sub-districts to be evaluated or screened. As a result, many bridges are prone to damage when seismic earthquakes occur, even though bridges are an important infrastructure for the village for the village's economic progress. This research was conducted with the aim of conducting a quick seismic inspection of the bridge and obtaining a priority order for bridge repair using the Seismic Vulnerability Index (SVI) method. The analysis was carried out on the sample, which consisted of 4 bridges located in Pati Regency. The results of the SVI analysis show that of the 4 observed bridges, the Tanjang Bridge has the highest Seismic Vulnerability Index, so it is recommended that this bridge get the first repair priority. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: earthquake; earthquake prone; bridge; Seismic Susceptibility Index; improvement priority \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Indonesia merupakan suatu negara yang mempunyai tingkat kerawanan terhadap gempa bumi yang sangat tinggi. Namun, sangat jarang jembatan-jembatan yang berada di perdesaan atau di kecamatan dievaluasi atau dilakukan screening. Akibatnya, banyak jembatan yang rawan rusak saat terjadi peristiwa gempa bumi seismik padahal jembatan merupakan suatu infrastruktur penting bagi desa untuk kemajuan ekonomi desa tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan seismik jembatan secara cepat dan mendapatkan urutan prioritas perbaikan jembatan dengan menggunakan metode Indeks Kerentanan Seismik (SVI). Analisis dilakukan terhadap sampel, yang terdiri atas 4 jembatan yang terletak di Kabupaten Pati. A pilot research project on corrosion hazards in Indonesia was carried out by employing maintenance technology using sacrificial anode cathodic protection and corrosion monitoring system based on wireless information and communication technology. This paper presents experimental studies on Zinc Cartridge as a concrete repair systems and utilization of Titanium Wire (Ti-Wire) Sensor as a reference electrode in the concrete repair system by applying them to chloride-contaminated concrete exposed to a dry-tropical climate environment. From the reported work, it can be concluded that Zinc Cartridge affords excellent corrosion protection in dry-tropical conditions, and that Ti-Wire Sensor is reliable to be used as a reference electrode for rebar corrosion monitoring in concrete. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Zinc Cartridge; Ti-Wire Sensor; cathodic protection; corrosion protection; corrosion monitoring \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000  \u0000Korosi baja tulangan pada struktur-struktur jembatan telah tumbuh menjadi suatu masalah di seluruh dunia. Suatu kajian awal tentang dampak korosi di Indonesia telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan sistem pemeliha-raan yang menggunakan teknologi proteksi katodik anode korban dengan dilengkapi teknologi pemantauan korosi berdasarkan sistem informasi dan komunikasi secara nirkabel. Makalah ini menyajikan suatu studi eksperimental tentang Zinc Cartridge sebagai sistem perbaikan beton dan pemanfaatan sensor Titanium Wire (Ti-Wire) sebagai elektrode referensi dalam sistem perbaikan beton, dengan menerapkannya pada beton terkontaminasi klorida yang terpapar lingkungan iklim tropis kering. This bridge is planned to have 4 traffic lanes with a total length of 971 m. This paper presents the experience of building the main deck of the Pulau Balang Bridge, starting from the challenges of work and optimization, so that the work sequence on this bridge is the fastest in Indonesia. Concrete job mix, equipment arrangement, form traveler design, and detailed calculations on the construction sequence are critical to the success of this project. This study shows that the optimization carried out in the construction of this bridge can shorten the work cycle, from 14 days to 9 days per segment. Keywords: bridge; cable-stayed; optimization; construction sequence; work cycle.  Abstrak Jembatan Pulau Balang merupakan jembatan stayed cable terpanjang kedua di Indonesia. Jembatan ini direncanakan mempunyai 4 lajur lalu lintas dengan panjang total 971 m. Pada makalah ini disajikan pengalaman pelaksanaan pengecoran main deck Jembatan Pulau Balang, dimulai dari tantangan pekerjaan dan optimasi yang dilakukan, sehingga menjadikannya siklus kerja di jembatan inni menjadi yang tercepat Indonesia. Job mix beton, penempatan alat, desain form traveler, dan perhitungan detail pada urutan konstruksi menjadi kunci suksesnya pekerjaan ini. This initiative applies the concept of a modern corridor, which divides Indonesia's territory into 6 economic corridors, according to the competitive advantages of each region. This study aims to compare whether the infrastructure planned and built by the Government for each economic corridor is in-line with the expectations of the people who live in that economic corridor. In this study, a survey was conducted to determine the public's perception of the infrastructure needed for the development of an economic corridor. The results are then compared with the infrastructure provision plan that has been and will be developed by the Government. The study shows that there are differences between the infrastructure provided by the Government and those needed by the people in each corridor. Kalimantan Corridor shows the best proportion of supply-demand suitability which provided 3 out of 5 required infrastructures.Overall, there are infrastructures, which are commonly needed to ensure the growth of economic corridor, namely a well-connected transportation backbone, availability of alternative transportation modes and their inter-modal facility, ports with good services, and the availability of high-speed internet networks. Corridors that can be selected as a model for corridor development are the Java and the Bali-NTB-NTT Corridors, because these corridors have a high number of infrastructure suitability and have all the infrastructure needed by each corri-dor. Keywords: economic corridor; infrastructure; infrastructure provision; infrastructure needs; public perception.  Abstrak Koridor Ekonomi Indonesia adalah 1 dari 3 pilar dalam Masterplan Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Indonesia 2011–2025. Prakarsa ini menerapkan konsep koridor modern, yang membagi wilayah Indonesia menjadi 6 koridor ekonomi, sesuai dengan keunggulan masing-masing wilayahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan apakah infrastruktur yang direncanakan dan dibangun oleh pemerintah untuk setiap koridor ekonomi sesuai dengan harapan oleh masyarakat yang ada di koridor ekonomi tersebut. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan survei untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat tentang infrasruktur yang dibutuhkan untuk pengembangan suatu koridor ekonomi. Hasil survei ini selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan rencana penyediaan infrastruktur yang telah dan akan dikembangkan oleh pemerintah. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara infrastruktur yang direncanakan oleh pemerintah dan yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat di setiap koridor. Proporsi kesesuaian antara pasokan dan permintaan terbaik terdapat di Koridor Kalimantan, yang mendapatkan pasokan pemerintah berupa 3 dari 5 infrastruktur yang dibutuhkan. Common perceptions regarding the basis for determining priorities for regency road management programs are essential so that the budgeting process is fast, directed, and transparent. This study begins with a questionnaire survey of government, community, and academic or researcher repre-sentatives regarding the importance and application levels of the criteria and sub-criteria in determining priorities in Kulon Progo Regency. Survey data, which were analyzed using Importance-Performance Analysis, resulted in criteria and sub-criteria that were modeled using Structural Equation Modeling. The resulting sub-criteria weights are then validated using the Delphi Method. This study produces a readiness criteria weight of 40% and a multicriteria weight of 60%. The weights of the multicriteria compilers are technical 34%, economic spatial 35%, and social geopolitical environment 31%. Keywords: road handling; program priority; regency roads; readiness criteria; multicriteria  Abstrak Proses penganggaran program penanganan jalan kabupaten dilakukan melalui serangkaian tahapan, mulai dari usulan sampai dengan penetapan anggaran. Penyamaan persepsi, mengenai dasar penentuan prioritas program penanganan jalan kabupaten, sangat diperlukan agar proses penetapan anggaran menjadi cepat, terarah, dan transparan. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan survei kuesioner terhadap perwakilan pemerintah, masyarakat, dan akademisi atau peneliti mengenai tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat penerapan kriteria dan subkriteria dalam penentuan prioritas di Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Data hasil survei, yang dianalisis menggunakan Importance-Performance Analysis, menghasilkan kriteria dan subkriteria yang dimodelkan dengan menggunakan Struc-tural Equation Modeling. Bobot subkriteria yang dihasilkan selanjutnya divalidasi dengan menggunakan Metode Delphi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bobot readiness criteria 40% dan bobot multicriteria 60%. Since the funds held by the government are not proportional to the length of the roads handled, comprehensive criteria are needed to be used in determining the priority of road management programs. The results of this study indicate that the criteria weights for determining the priority of the provincial road handling program in West Kalimantan Province, based on the validation results, are 45% and 55%, for readiness criteria and multicriteria, respectively. Keywords: road; road handling; program priorities; provincial road.  Abstrak Jalan dapat memperlancar distribusi barang dan jasa sehingga mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup masyarakat di wilayah yang dilewati atau dihubungkan oleh jalan tersebut. Karena dana yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah tidak sebanding dengan panjang jalan yang ditangani, diperlukan kriteria yang komprehensif untuk digunakan dalam penentuan prioritas program penanganan jalan. From an implementation perspective, it is very important to know the actual stress acting on the tendon, and elongation is generally used to verify the actual stress. However, the calculation of elongation using several assumptions causes differences between theoretical elongation and actual elongation measured in the field. This paper presents the elongation behavior for several types of tendons obtained from the construction of the Pulau Balang Bridge and the Teluk Kendari Bridge. This study shows that for tendons with measured elongations exceed the permitted elongation value, the actual force is verified by lift-off using a mono-jack. Keywords: prestressed concrete; theoretical elongation; measured elongations; bridge; tendon.  Abstrak Teknologi beton prategang telah semakin berkembang, baik dari sisi material maupun dari sisi teknologi alat. Dari sisi pelaksanaan, sangat penting untuk diketahui tegangan aktual yang bekerja pada tendon, dan elongasi umumnya digunakan untuk memverifikasi tegangan aktual tersebut. Tetapi perhitungan elongasi yang meng-gunakan beberapa asumsi menyebabkan sering terjadi perbedaan antara elongasi teoritis dan elongasi hasil pengukuran di lapangan. Makalah ini menyajikan perilaku elongasi untuk beberapa jenis tendon yang didapat dari pembangunan Jembatan Pulau Balang dan Jembatan Teluk Kendari.
