The article analyzes modern innovative designs of personal respiratory protective equipment, which increase the level of protection of users during their operation. The method of morphological analysis is applied. This method based on the selection of possible solutions for assessing the manufacturability of PPE models (if there is a system of criteria) and making a rational decision regarding the features of their application in production conditions. As a result, it was established that in order to ensure the appropriate duration of the protective action of gas and dust filters and to avoid both poisoning of workers due to the ingress of harmful aerosols into the sub-mask space of the filter respirator, and excessive physical exhaustion due to the increase in pressure drop above the standard substances, it is recommended to equip the filters with special indicators for determining air pollution and pressure drop values. It was determined that in order to increase the reliability of the protection of workers, it is necessary to equip filter respirators with the functions of operational control of breathing resistance, place a headrest to control the occurrence of possible gaps behind the obturation band when performing various production operations, and establish the real term of the protective effect of the filters. The practical value of the work is innovative solutions to improve the designs of existing filter respirators, which will allow control over technological parameters during operation. In particular, the density along the obturation strip and the magnitude of the tension force of the respirator headgear. It is very important to be able to diagnose the real general behavior of beam-to-column connections based on their geometric and mechanical properties. Therefore, the analysis of steel structures at the modern level requires a specialist to have a thorough understanding of their work, as well as the calculation provisions laid down in current design codes. In contrast to Eurocode 3 design codes, the current Ukrainian state building regulations do not contain clear instructions on the beam to column joint calculation and do not even give a clear definition of the concept of steel joint and steel connection. It should be noted that the beam to column connection is the most responsible area that requires special attention, as it significantly affects the design scheme of the structure, as well as its economic efficiency.\u0000 By using the semi-rigid connection concept, weight savings of up to 20% can be achieved. In the presented article, a simplified mathematical model of the t-stub component of the tensile zone of the semi-rigid bolted connection of the beam to the column was developed using the component method. In the given solution of the connection in the tension zone, the following components were distinguished: the flange in bending, the end of the column in bending, and the bolts in tension. All these elements were modeled from two t- stub components connected through an end plate with the help of bolts. A design scheme for determining the stress-strain state was proposed. The analysis of the exhaustion of the bearing capacity of the t- stub component was performed according to three scenarios depending on the size of its individual elements (end plate thickness, bolt diameter). The influence of the heat carrier temperature in the district distribution heating network on the heat transfer surface of the heat exchangers that are installed in the individual heat station schemes for hot water supplying was analyzed. Estimates were made for single-stage connection of the heat exchangers to the heating systems. When determining the heat transfer surface, known criterion equations for plate heat exchangers of heat supply systems were used. The range of changes in the heat transfer surface of hot water heaters and the consumption of network water is determined depending on the selected temperature chart of the distribution heat network. The proposed recommendations can be useful in developing a heat supply quality control schedule for a district buildings heating systems in a district when the building thermal insulation process is completed.\u0000Possible approaches to the thermal design of heat exchangers of the hot water supply system for insulated buildings individual heating stations are considered when changing the temperature chart of the district heating supply system of the residential urban districts.\u0000Estimates were made to understand the influence of the reduced temperature chart for heat supply of the districts on the network water consumption for hot water heating and the surface of heat exchangers of insulated buildings heaters. Recently, there has been a growing trend of using UAVs with various sensors and other digital technologies. Dangers that can be caused by the drones themselves have been identified.\u0000Efficient deployment of drones for security review will require further research, better understanding of how this technology can be deployed for the operation of a security management system.\u0000In this report, an assessment of the number of drones for security checks is presented. The method of work is to develop recommendations on how to check the safety of drones for re-checking the safety and assigning the role of drones for the establishment of administrative tasks of the system for managing the security work on re-checking the safety, revealing that correcting the shortcomings, and protecting the accidents.\u0000There is a risk of unintended physical interaction between UAVs and other objects, potentially leading to accidents or injuries. These injuries can occur from several sources, such as:technical errors: hardware or software errors;human errors: errors in navigation; environmental factors (weather conditions); cyber-attacks: hacking of a UAV with a nefarious purpose. Consequently, UAVs may create hazardous conditions such as the inability to stop, deviate from the planned flight path, fly at uncontrolled speeds or make sudden movements, which may cause the UAV to collide or fall and cause unintended physical contact. UAVs can be a source of distraction or preoccupation. The sight or sound of UAVs can distract workers. It is known that drivers were distracted by drones, which led to accidents.\u0000The application of advanced technologies in the field of occupational health and safety can provide a practical means for the occupational health and safety service to monitor and control the operation of the OSH. The work was carried out on the basis of the analysis of scientific periodicals, experimental studies of scientists from the European Union, the USA, China and other countries, the results of which were presented in scientific publications, conferences and reports. Conclusions. An analysis of scientific publications devoted to the use of compression foam in firefighting and increasing its fire-fighting efficiency was carried out. It was found that the majority of research is aimed at studying the fire-extinguishing effectiveness of compression foam when extinguishing flammable liquids. In turn, there are studies devoted to increasing the fire-fighting efficiency of compression foam by varying the multiplicity and concentration of the aqueous solution of the foaming agent, changing the ratio of air/foaming agent solution, and the use of various types of foaming agents when extinguishing fires of solid combustible materials. To date, there are no studies aimed at increasing the efficiency of compression foam by adding modified additives to its composition. The result of the research is the identification of ways to increase the efficiency of compression foam today, due to which the direction of further research aimed at increasing the fire-extinguishing efficiency of the foam in other ways is revealed. The practical value lies in solving the actual problem of fire safety, namely increasing the efficiency of extinguishing fires of solid combustible substances, due to the use of compression foam. Thanks to the results of the analysis of further development, effective use of compression foam is acquired, the fire-extinguishing capacity of which can be increased by using modified additives in its composition. Volodina","doi":"10.33042/2522-1809-2023-1-175-196-201","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33042/2522-1809-2023-1-175-196-201","url":null,"abstract":"The employment of persons with permanent functional changes in health state is a difficult issue taking into account the fact that, in addition to objective risks caused by the presence of equipment, vehicles and other sources of potential hazards in the production environment, there are subjective risks related to psychophysiological features of a person. The vulnerability of persons with disabilities, compared to other workers, leads to discrimination in employment on the workplaces, because employers tend to consider them as a potential direct or indirect source of increasing the level of injuries or accidents in the company. The lack of qualified specialists in most Ukrainian enterprises capable to assess the risks and implement the principle of reasonable adaptation of equipment and technological processes to the special needs of persons with disabilities determines the need to develop risk assessment methods that will allow effective management decisions to be made to ensure safety at employees' workplaces.\u0000The article proposes a method that allows assessing the risks of manual transferring of loads and takes into account the limitations of the life activities of persons with disabilities who, according to the conclusions of the medical and social expert commission, can do this work. The risk assessment methodology was developed on the basis of the international standard EN 1005-2 Safety of machinery – Human physical performance and adapted taking into account the peculiarities of the national legal framework. At the calculation of the risk, it is suggested to use a coefficient that depends on the degree of severity of life restrictions in relation to loads on the musculoskeletal system, established by the medical and social expert commission. This allows making the effective preventive decisions. In general, the fire hazards associated with the use of FCEVs can be divided into the hazards associated with accidental hydrogen leakage and electric shock.\u0000Hazards associated with hydrogen arise from the depressurization of mains, which leads to the accidental release of hydrogen into the environment. The release of hydrogen can be long-term or instantaneous as a result of an explosion. Let's analyze the hydrogen supply system used in the FCEV. In general, it can be divided into the hydrogen storage subsystem, the supply subsystem to the fuel cell, and the fuel cell subsystem itself. The hydrogen supply subsystem to the fuel cell carries a greater fire hazard than the fuel cell subsystem. When the line is depressurized, the mechanism for covering the supply of hydrogen from the tank is activated, and the leak stops. However, in the event of ignition, the hydrogen contained in the lines will be sufficient to become a source of ignition for other materials of the vehicle.\u0000The hydrogen storage system carries the greatest fire hazard. To prevent an explosion due to heating of a hydrogen cylinder, a pressure valve is used, which is triggered by a thermal sensor when the temperature exceeds 90 ºС. Accidental handling of hydrogen can be accompanied by combustion. And with a faulty attitude valve, the worst situation from the point of view of fire danger can occur - an explosion.\u0000Usually, the pressure release valve is placed under the bottom of the car perpendicularly down, or at an angle of 45º. With a hole diameter of 4.2 mm and a hydrogen pressure of 70 MPa, the length of the flame torch when hydrogen leaks in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the earth will be 6.4 m when it leaks at an angle of 45º - 8.8 m, and under the condition of unobstructed combustion, i.e. the car overturned - 10.2 m. When the diameter of the opening increases, the length of the flame torch increases.\u0000The heat flow, which is formed due to the burning of hydrogen coming out of the car tank, can be 20 kW/m2 or more at a distance of 2-3 meters from the point of emission.\u0000With a heat flow of 1.6 kW/m2, during long-term exposure, there are no painful effects. When the heat flow increases to 4-5 kW/m2, a person who has no means of protection will get a 1st degree burn in 20 seconds; under the action of a heat flow of 9.5 kW/m2, a 2nd degree burn is formed after 20 seconds; 12.5-15 kW/m2 of heat radiation causes a 3rd degree burn. The most dangerous event that can happen for safety reasons is an explosion of a hydrogen tank. The purpose of the article is to systematize modern technical means, namely geo-information systems for military purposes, which significantly affect the outcome of hostilities. An important task is the use of the latest technical and organizational developments. The authors consider in detail the advantages of using geographic information systems with up-to-date databases of attributive information and their use by both command and rank-and-file members of the Armed Forces. This will be facilitated by the spread of specialized applications that can be installed on an ordinary smartphone. In turn, the speed of making an informed decision will be influenced not by the availability of relevant information but also by the speed of decision-making. The solution to this problem will be facilitated by the developed interface of the latest software tools. The authors of this study solve the following tasks: they analyses the features of modern military operations and the conduct of hostilities with the help of modern technology and software tools. The authors systematize the features of attracting additional resources when conducting hostilities in modern conditions. The article proposes a general scheme for the use of human resources in modern warfare, as well as the collection, and processing of information, the formation of a database, and further use of data with the help of military GIS. The problems and prospects of countries digitization are becoming relevant at the current stage of the technological sphere development of mankind was proved. Digitization is becoming the most important factor in the economic growth of any country and is generally a modern trend in its development. Untimely elimination of digitalization problems can cause negative consequences in the scale of the entire country's economy. Therefore, the prospects of the digital development of countries and the corresponding models of identification and forecasting of their digitalization status require special research. It will reveal the factors of digital growth. In addition, the work shows that the justification based on the system approach and assessment of the sustainable digital development of countries using modern methods of system analysis and multidimensional analysis Data Science, as one of the most effective in performing mathematical modeling of the researched processes status, has not received sufficient development in scientific works and needs further development. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to improve the complex of mathematical models for estimation and analyzing countries digitalization status in world, which, unlike others, will be built on the basis of intellectual analysis methods of multidimensional objects. Based on the set purpose, the distribution of the world countries by clusters on the basis of spatial and dynamic data sampling is carried out and analyzed in the article. Using the methods of multidimensional analysis and Data Science, the positioning of Ukraine in relation to the countries of the world was found. It has been established that Ukraine belongs to the countries with an average status of digitization and at the same time below average rates of socio-economic development. In order to predict the status of countries digitization, experiments were conducted on the construction of various types of classification tree models and the best model was obtained. The chosen topic is quite relevant because developing supplies to European countries have a real perspective according to last tendencies in the international perishable goods market. This fact is additionally justified by increasing delivery volumes of milk and meat products, and animal fats every year. One of the directions for supply logistics cost reduction is an efficient use of transport resources (vehicles, warehouses). The scientific projects and their results have shown that a well-developed market for transport services with appropriate operators and infrastructure allows effective logistics implementation for perishable goods delivery in international traffic to costs reducing for all supply chain participants. A structural model has been designed for the sequential interaction of logistics participants during perishable goods supply on routes from Ukraine to Poland, which is formed from certain participants implementing relevant operations. The sequence is designed based on order analysis of transport enterprises by cargo order volumes, transportation distances, operations cost, operations time, as well as statistical data of corresponding parameters. Three alternative options for the logistics of perishable goods delivery were formed, using road transport with various load capacities and warehouses. The designed schemes consider opportunities for using a consolidation warehouse in Ukrainian territory for a possible combination of products and involving a perishable cargo distribution warehouse in Poland territory. The operation costs of relevant supply logistics variants are selected as a criterion for evaluating proposed solutions. These costs are affected by: operations cost; the volume of perishable goods batch; transportation distances; shippers (consignees) quantity; operation time parameters.
