All these fire extinguishing means are united by the presence of a human operator. Portable fire extinguishing equipment is characterized by a small weight, which does not exceed 20 kilograms. Portable fire extinguishing equipment has a greater mass (up to 30 kilograms) and, as a result, a longer duration of extinguishing agent supply (up to 75 seconds). Such tools have improved ergonomic characteristics, and the possibility of using gel-forming substances as fire-extinguishing substances gives them new properties. It is noted that such fire-extinguishing substances provide record values of the coefficient of use. Mobile fire extinguishing equipment provides a longer duration of extinguishing agent supply and relieves the operator. All these fire extinguishing means are united by the fact that their operational capabilities are limited by the low speed of their movement, the value of which does not exceed 1.2 meters per second. The fourth stage of the evolution of autonomous mobile firefighting equipment is characterized by the placement of firefighting equipment on a mobile base. A segway can act as such a base, as a result of which the operational capabilities of the fire extinguishing agent are significantly expanded. It is noted that the speed of movement of such fire extinguishing means can reach 50 kilometers per hour with a radius of action of up to 50 kilometers. The mass of the fire-extinguishing substance in such fire-extinguishing means can reach (40-50) kilograms, and the duration of its supply is up to 40 seconds. It is shown that in mobile fire-extinguishing equipment, the task of matching the characteristics of the operator with the technical characteristics of the fire-extinguishing equipment is relevant. This is especially important for mobile fire extinguishing equipment. It is determined that increasing the efficiency of cargo transportation in international traffic is possible through the development and implementation of new information systems and the development of innovative software products to solve the problems of planning and operational management of the transport process. The purpose of this article is to develop an innovative integrated management decision support system for organizing and managing the delivery of goods in international traffic based on the combination of cloud technologies for centralized management of real-time information exchange between participants in the transportation process. The exchange of information between participants in the process of cargo delivery in international traffic using a software product allows to improve the provision of transportation services to the client, increase the level of information exchange, implement real-time management of the cargo transportation process, improve the efficiency of decision-making and immediately respond to any changes in the process.\u0000The article develops an integrated management decision support system for organizing and managing the delivery of goods in international traffic, based on the approach of combining cloud technologies for centralized management of real-time information exchange between participants in the transportation process. The degree of twisting of the air flow inside the air duct, as well as the uniformity of air suction along the length of the long suction, were determined. A number of factors affecting the dust removal process have been established, such as suction torch long suction; coefficient of local suction resistance; forces of inertia and viscosity on the resistance of local suction. The dependence of the ratio of the width of the entrance hole to the diameter of the air duct on the local suction resistance, the dependence of the ratio of the areas of the entrance gap and the cross section of the transitional air duct on the local suction resistance, as well as the effect of the length of the entrance slot on the coefficient of local suction resistance were determined. The efficiency of suction of dust particles with an extended suction unit with tangential air entry has been proven.\u0000For a more accurate analysis of the distance at which an extended extractor with tangential air intake can be placed relative to the dust source, it is necessary to conduct a dispersed dust analysis. For effective capture of specific dust, calculations should be based on the size of the dust, which occupies a larger share in the distribution of fractions. The smaller the dust particle, the further the suction device can be located.\u0000To visualize the experimentally obtained results, simulation was performed in the FlowVision software in accordance with the mathematically calculated initial data.\u0000During the simulation of the movement of dusty air in an extended extractor with a tangential entry into the system, the occurrence of swirling of the air flow has been proven. Due to this formation, the largest fractions of dust will move along the walls of the air duct. Ways to increase environmental safety on the basis of sustainable development through a well-founded complex selection of innovative solutions are proposed. Based on the method of analysis of hierarchies (MAI), a methodical approach for determining the priority innovative ecological solutions. The developed approach makes it possible to involve experts in environmental, urban planning, social, and economic direction of municipal management bodies of a specific settlement, industrial, residential, and military facilities.\u0000According to the developed approach, criteria formulated as influencing groups of factors. Relevant experts, relying on various types of information on the specific purpose and innovative ecological solutions, give their own judgments regarding the priority of the advantages of the specified criteria. Expert judgments are processed according to the formal procedure of the MAI, which is implemented on a computer, and is the basis for decision-making when choosing the innovative ecological solutions in specific conditions. The criteria hierarchical structure of innovative ecological solutions is represented by a sequence of actions that include the following stages: development of elements of a methodical approach; verification of the consistency of the proposed hierarchical structure for determining priority technologies based on the input data of several objects of settlements; obtaining data on the priority of innovative ecological solutions for implementation on these objects. The advantages of the proposed methodical approach should include the possibility to link to a single algorithm for the justification of the required decision data that differ both in their content and in the form of presentation. It is possible to single out the main problems of a legal nature – the Law provides for two types of value that must be determined during the procedure of redemption for public needs: estimated purchase price and purchase price. The following stages of the procedure for the purchase of a plot of land for public needs in Ukraine are distinguished: planning and decision-making, notification of all interested parties, assessment and negotiations regarding compensation, purchase and sale agreement and payment of compensation, entry into ownership, return. The issues of buying or exchanging land plots from owners for public needs have always been problematic and conflictual. it was established that the legislation of Ukraine meets the international requirements for the regulation of relations in the field of forced purchase of land for public purposes, but it does not regulate: the type of value and methods of assessment of land plots (parts of them); calculation of damages related to environmental degradation and standard allowance. An expert study was conducted to determine the type of cost and compensation in case of forced expropriation, approaches to calculating possible damages. The total number of experts participating in the survey was 75. Estimated average work experience for experts is 10 years. The interviewees' awareness of the questions was conditionally considered equal. 97% of the respondents noted that there should be additional compensation and reimbursement for losses to the owners of real estate (except land plots) in case of redemption for public needs. Experts determined that additional compensation and compensation for losses to land plot owners should be within 30-50% of the value of the land plot and real estate objects located on it. Many years of operating experience has shown that they have insufficient durability. One of the reasons is the uneven distribution of the load between the rollers in the bearings, caused by the design features of the wagon bogies.\u0000One of the possible ways to equalize the distribution of loads between the rolling elements can be the creation of a box housing with variable stiffness. The article provides a detailed analysis of existing design solutions. It has been established that the use of aluminum alloys for the manufacture of axle box housings, despite the low specific density of the alloy, is impractical due to their high cost, increased wear of the bearing surfaces, and insufficient service life. The use of rubber as gaskets to create variable stiffness also proved to be impractical. The reason is the inability of rubber to operate at low temperatures in winter. As a result, the destruction of the rubber required additional (unscheduled) axle box repairs.\u0000The manufacture of axle box bodies with cavities or grooves of various configurations in order to change the rigidity of the elements of the upper part of the axle box body turned out to be unpromising. The reason was the technological complexity of manufacturing, the difficulty of providing the necessary strength under dynamic loading conditions.\u0000The most successful was the design of the box body with two rectangular tides along the edges of the upper part in the roller loading zone. These lugs are located along the entire length of the hull and are the supporting surfaces for transferring the load from the side frame.\u0000A promising direction in the 70s of the XX century was the rejection of traditional massive axle boxes and the transition to the use of adapters (half axle boxes). However, this option had to be abandoned at that time due to the impossibility of ensuring reliable sealing of the bearings.\u0000At the same time, the modern experience of American railways shows that one of the promising areas for improving the design of roller axle boxes is the use of adapters in freight bogies of wheelsets equipped with cassette bearings. The adapter redistributes the load from the bogie to the cassette bearing, acts as a supporting part of a conventional axle box and limits the longitudinal, transverse and angular shifts of the wheel set relative to the bogie frame. In addition, the adapter allows you to reduce the tare weight of the car. Such a generalized mathematical model takes into account the probability of the appearance of a combustible medium and an ignition source. It is shown that for the appearance of a combustible medium in the hydrogen storage and supply system, it is necessary and sufficient the simultaneous appearance of a combustible substance and an oxidizer. When determining the probability of an ignition source, an exponential dependence is used, the time constant of which is proportional to the value of the minimum ignition energy of the combustible medium. For the purpose of assessing the level of fire safety of systems for saving and supplying water, the control system is victorious, the functioning of which is characterized by the ability to operate without a driver. This allows you to win against the fluctuations of the health of the systems of saving and supplying water in the fire-safe and fire-safe camps, as well as to gain the counter for the fluctuations of the deaths of the first and other births. The presence of these viruses allows to induce a virus, which reflects the reliability of the functioning of such a water system. It has been wised up for some time to improve the reliability of the functioning of the system for saving and supplying water. Taking this condition into account makes it possible to formulate requirements for the control system, in particular, for the probability of its failure-free operation or for the intensity of its failures. For illustration of these minds, there were some graphical fallows, which allow to again an express assessment of the indicators of reliability and control of water supply systems. It is shown that with total control of this efficiency, which does not seem to be ideal, with an integral indicator of 0,5 and equal to the fire safety of the system for saving and supplying water 0,01, the efficiency of the controllers robotic system is more than 0,995. The purpose of the study is to determine the cause-and-effect relationships between the number of students in higher education institutions and the regional development indicator.\u0000To achieve the goal, the following tasks are solved:\u0000 characteristics of mathematical tools to ensure the educational process;\u0000 development of a mathematical model of the influence of the gross regional product index on the number of students in higher education institutions.\u0000Proposed directions Mathematical modeling is implemented through the prism of the relevant stages: formation of information and analytical support regarding the factor of formation of the contingent of students by region and the integral indicator of regional development; application of mathematical modeling methods in relation to establishing the influence of the factor on the integral indicator; development of mathematical models of the influence of the factor on the integral indicator of regional development; determination of criteria for the adequacy of mathematical models; interpretation of the obtained results.\u0000The ways of assessing the integral indicator of regional development are determined: determination of local factors of regional development; formation of general indicators of regional development; construction of a multi-level system of integrated assessment indicators; assessment of local factors using quantitative and qualitative methods; development of mathematical models for the assessment of generalizing factors; assessment of generalizing factors using the geometric mean method; construction of an integral model of assessment of regional development; determination of weight coefficients taking into account the corresponding stimulants; assessment of the integral indicator of regional development.\u0000As a result of the study, it was determined that the gross regional product index causes a change in the number of students in higher education institutions by 68%. It should be noted that other factors negatively affect the number of applicants. In the study, a mathematical toolkit is proposed, which allows you to form a quantitative basis for making management decisions. The value of these frequency characteristics of the operator of the mobile fire apparatus is used as initial data. \u0000Using the exponent and trigonometric form of the expression for the complex transfer function of the operator of the mobile fire apparatus, the functional dependence between its phase-frequency characteristic and dynamic parameters - the delay time and the operator's time constant - was obtained. This functional dependence is given in the form of two additive components, one of which is represented by a trigonometric function, the argument of which is the value of the phase-frequency characteristic of the operator and its delay time. The second additive component is a function of the time constant of the operator. The constructed functional dependence is used to determine the delay time of the operator of the mobile fire apparatus, provided that another dynamic parameter - the time constant - is determined using the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the operator and the normative value of its transmission coefficient. A graphical interpretation is given for the constructed functional dependence, which can be used as a component of the algorithm when determining the dynamic parameters of the operator of a mobile fire extinguisher.\u0000The algorithm for determining the dynamic parameters of the operator of a mobile fire installation is presented, which is presented in verbal form. The developed algorithm for determining the dynamic parameters of the operator of the mobile fire apparatus during its implementation involves the use of a graphical interpretation of the functional dependence between the delay time and the time constant of the operator of the mobile fire apparatus.\u0000The presented algorithm differs from the known ones by the simplicity of its implementation, which is ensured by reducing the number of a priori frequencies used to determine the values of the frequency characteristics by four times. The proposed solution creates all the grounds for increasing the energy efficiency of electric cars and, in general, the entire metro. Taking into account that the subway is one of the most used types of urban transport in large cities of Ukraine and at the same time consumes a significant part of electricity, therefore, in the conditions of rising prices for energy resources, these issues become the most urgent. It is shown that the methods of regulation of subway engines are not covered widely enough in scientific research, but the methods of increasing the energy efficiency of drives generally accepted in industrial spheres are a developed direction. This reveals the possibilities of integrating the developed methods for application on subway cars. The use of a frequency converter, which changes the frequency of rotation of the motor rotor by changing the frequency and amplitude of the supply voltage using vector and scalar control, is a generally accepted method of motor regulation. There are a number of conflicting findings in research regarding the use of scalar or vector control, with some favoring the induction vector control system. However, a clear regulation is not required to regulate the operation of metro engines. Therefore, the article considers scalar control, which has not lost its importance due to the ease of implementation and adjustment and is used in various areas of industry and transport. The parameters of the STDa 280-4B-UK type STDa 280-4B-UK traction asynchronous traction motor with a capacity of 180 kW, manufactured by the EMIT Cantoni Motors company, which are installed on subway cars of the 81-7036/7037 series, were used for the study. The parameters of the T-substitution scheme of the asynchronous electric drive and the numerical values of the vectors of the asynchronous motor were calculated. To analyze the operation of an asynchronous motor, the article uses the mechanical characteristic of the dependence of the motor torque on slippage at certain frequency values. It has been established that an asynchronous motor can operate stably only in a limited slip range, when the moment reaches its maximum value and the motor stops, as it has a load limit. The main reason for this is the increase in the influence of the active resistance of the stator winding when the supply voltage frequency decreases. The solution to this problem is the introduction of IR-compensation into the control system of the electric drive, which provides positive feedback on the stator current acting in the voltage channel. To demonstrate the effect of IR compensation, a comparison of mechanical characteristics was made before and after its introduction into the control system.
