{"title":"ANALISIS LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA","authors":"Adie Irwan Kusumah","doi":"10.47685/exchall.v3i1.120","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47685/exchall.v3i1.120","url":null,"abstract":"The discomfort felt so far by employees of the Public Works Office and Cirebon City Space Stewards has a direct impact on the performance of employees who have not beenmaximized, so the author is interested in conducting research conducted in the form of thesis with Environmental Analysis of Work On The Performance of Employees of the Public Works Office and Cirebon City Space  Stewards. The research method used is  descriptive research analysis method,while the sampling technique used in this study is a simple random sampling  of 60 respondents. Data collection techniques are conducted using literature studies, observations, questionnaires and  documentation studies. Data analysis on the influence between free variables i.e. work environment with variables tied to employee performance. The result  is calculated t value  of 14,429 while in table t at df 60 is 1,671; so tcount  > table t  or 14,429 > 1,671. This means that H0  is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there isa significant influence on the performance of employees at the Cirebon Public Works And Space Stewardship Office, thus the hypothesis is proven. While  the correlation coefesien value is 0.884 while the determining coefesien value obtained is 0.782 or 78.20%. {"title":"Kontribusi Perilaku Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Kinerja Mengajar Guru Terhadap Mutu Proses Pembelajaran Di SMK Kota Cirebon","authors":"Eliyah Eliyah","doi":"10.47685/exchall.v3i1.123","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47685/exchall.v3i1.123","url":null,"abstract":"The focus of the problem in this study is how the contribution of the principal's leadership behavior and teacher teaching performance to the quality of the learning process in vocational high schools in Cirebon. This study aims to: (1). Know the real picture of the principal's leadership behavior towards the quality of the learning process at SMK Cirebon; (2). Knowing the real picture of the performance of teaching teachers to the quality of the learningprocess; (3). Knowing the magnitude of the contribution of the headmaster's leadership behavior and the performance of teaching teachers to the quality of the learning process at SMK Cirebon. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with quantitative approach, the research population is vocational school in Cirebon with the number of 17 vocational schools and the number of teachers as many as 609 respondents and sampled proportionally as many as 86 respondents. The data was netted through instruments in the form of research questionnaires distributed to 86 teachers in 17 vocational schools in Cirebon. The results of the study obtained that, (1). The principal's leadership behavior was correlated by 0.537 or 53.7% and contributed with a coefficient of determination of 0.288 or 28.8%, (2). Teacher teaching performance was correlated by 0.372 or 37.2% and contributed with a coefficient of determination of 0.138 or 13.8%, (3). The principal's leadership behavior and teacher teaching performance had a correlation of 0.291 or 29.1% and the remaining 70.9% was influenced by other factors not studied in this study, such as policy, organizational climate, innovation, monitoring, reward and punishment, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure and so on. The recommendations given are (1). The ideas and feelings of subordinates related to the development of the school must be respected, the desire of subordinates to be able to continue to a higher school should be supported and the assignment should be done equally, so that the school can develop optimally, (2). The allocation of time at the time of practice, carrying out learning evaluations and conducting class action research should be conducted regularly, (3). Pengunjung Villa Arraya sebelum terjadi Pandemi Covid19 dan Penerapan PSBB, cukup ramai, hampir setiap minggu, hari yang survey dan memesan villa banyak, tapi setelah diadakan penutupan tempat pariwisata , pengunjung dan penyewa villa mengalami penurunan malah sepi dalam kurun waktu beberapa bulan, itu dikarenakan masyarakat dihimbau untuk tidak keluar rumah oleh pemerintah. Adapun tujuan dari penilitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang harus di gunakan oleh pengelola Villa Arraya dalam upaya meningkatkan pengunjung villla. Manfat penelitian, peneliti berharap dapat membantu memecahkan masalah yang di hadapi pengelola villa pasca pemberlakuan PSBB di kabupaten sukabumi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT guna menentukan strategi apa yang harus di gunakan oleh pihak pengelola. Serta studi litelatur dan penyebaran angket kuesioner terhadap pengelola, pengunjung serta karyawan di villa arraya tersebut. Dimana hasil dari penelitian tersebut dan hasil perhitungan analisis yang peneliti lakukan tersebut bahwa untuk nilai IFAS adalah sebesar 3,13. Sedangkan Untuk Nilai IFAS adalah 3,13. Ini berati dapat di katakan Bahwa strategi pengelola Villa Arraya yang di terapkan saat ini memiliki kemampuan yang moderat (Sedang) dalam Mengelola Sumber daya Internalnya. Sedangkan Untuk Nilai EFAS sendiri adalah 3,15 ini juga berati Strategi yang diterapkan pengelola villa arraya saat ini memiliki kemapuan yang moderat (Sedang). Strategi yang harus di terapkan melihat dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk menghadapi kemungkinan  ancaman dari luar pemilik villa arraya harus dapat mengubah strategi, misalnya pembangunan sarana informasi atau promosi berbasis WEB agar capaian dan jangkauan penggunjung lebih luas. The data collection technique used is observation, library study and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a Pearson Product Moment Correlation, coefficient of determination, the simple linear regression,and t test. The results obtained from statistical calculations, obtained the value of the correlation coefficient between the direct budget to budget realization of 0.993. While the regression coefficient value was stated positive so that if the direct budget  increases then the budget realization will increase. Determination coefficient value was 0.985 which means the direct budget  gives an influence of 98,5% to budget realization.The problems in Biro Umum Sekretariat Provinsi Jawa Barat. This research is focused on selling products in the form of goods that can be done on credit. Credit sales made require financial feasibility responsibilities that provide sales guarantees because the credit sales policy is adopted to obtain an increase in sales volume and profits   so it is deemed necessary to be reviewed. Using the theory of finance which focuses on additional net benefits,this research was run. The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis which shows additional net benefits as a basis for determining whether or not the sales policy is feasible.This study shows that the sales policy is considered feasible if there are additional benefits or positive net benefits. Credit sales policy is deemed inappropriate if there is a decrease in net benefits or negative net benefits. Banyak perusahaan yang berdiri membuka perusahaan dibidang teknologi dan informasi. Dalam penelitian ini sebagai objek penelitian yaitu “ CV Mitra Indexindo Pratama Kota Cirebon ’’. Para konsumen mengingikan harga yang sangat rendah, oleh karena itu “ CV Mitra Indexindo Pratama Kota Cirebon ” harus menekankan harga pokok penjualan yang sangat rendah. Harga pokok penjualan yang rendah perusahaan bisa bersaing dan perusahaan bisa meningkatkan volume penjualan sehinga perusahaan mendapatkan laba yang diinginkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa kuat Pengaruh Harga Pokok Penjualan Terhadap Volume Penjualan Notebook Pada “ CV Mitra Indexindo Pratama Kota Cirebon ”. \u0000Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan assosiatif dengan variabel independen ( X ) Harga Pokok Penjualan dan variabel  dependen Volume Penjualan ( Y ). Teknik pengumpulan data yang diambil penulis adalah studi kepustakaan, observasi, populasi dan sampel, dokumentasi, dan data sekunder berupa data keuangan perusahaan. \u0000Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.732 antara harga pokok penjualan terhadap volume penjualan yang dapat diartikan mempunyai hubungan sangat kuat. Sedangkan dari hasil uji signifikan dapat dihasilkan t hitung sebesar 6,271 lebih besar dari t table sebesar 1,691 artinya membuktikan bahwa Ho ditolak, dan Ha diterima. Dalam pengujian koefisien determinasi di dapatkan hasil sebesar 53,63%  menunjukan harga pokok penjualan mempunyai pengaruh kuat terhadap volume penjualan, sedangkan 46,37% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the help of questionnaires and interviews. Resource persons are employees in Indonesia with various positions and types of work. Method :study uses a data source of 200 people. from various companies throughout Indonesia by random sampling. Result :The results of this study are that men and women in the division of time have different patterns. The more women get older, the more time they can divide their time between work and social life. Men have a more dynamic graph. Some types of work and some determinations can manage the time from home, but there are types of work that must be done directly. This research uses the method of literature study, namely the study of research objects in the form of literature works in the form of scientific journals, books, articles in the mass media, and statistical data. With Kampung Batok is able to absorb labor and reduce unemployment in Tanjung Sari Village. What still needs attention is that there has been no training from the Blitar city government in providing training in designing, promoting tourist attractions and also handicrafts in a sustainability way. Plunturan Village is geographically a mountainous area that has a good view and also has the potential for culture and mores which are still preserved until now, so it is very possible to be developed into a cultural tourism village. Unique and interesting cultural potential and strong traditions from the community are one of the basic assets to build a cultural tourism village in order to increase community income. Tourism development that is oriented towards the potential of local wisdom is now starting to be favored by tourists, therefore the empowerment of the people of Plunturan Village through approaches and community awareness is needed so that they can use and have access to control in the development of cultural tourism villages, so that it is hoped that they can bring in many local tourists and abroad in order to improve the economy of the village community in Plunturan. The population of this study were all of the people of Plunturan Village who were involved in traditional and cultural activities in the village of Plunturan, while the research sample was determined by purposive sampling, by determining the number of research samples as many as 100 respondents. Data obtained from distributing questionnaires and field observations. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that there was no management of tradition and culture as elements of cultural tourism villages, this was due to limited access, lack of knowledge and skills of the people of Plunturan Village, while in terms of natural potential as well as cultural wealth and traditions it was very supportive to be appointed as a cultural tourism village. When viewed from the point of view of the motivation and psychological readiness of the community based on the understanding of the principles of sustainability for tourism village development, it is very strong. Viewed from the government side, village policies are very supportive of the realization of a cultural tourism village, whereas from an institutional perspective, there are art and cultural studios.
