In order to ensure the safe operation of the tunnel and explore the hidden dangers of tunnel traffic operation, a traffic flow model is used to determine the variable speed limit value with the minimum delay time as the goal and speed, density, acceleration, weather environment, and human visual factors as constraints, and use simulation software to compare the emergencies in the tunnel, reduce the discreteness of vehicle speed when no emergencies occur, reduce the delay time of vehicles in the tunnel when emergencies occur, and control the stability of vehicle speed. In view of the prominent traffic safety problems of provincial trunk highways, according to the traffic accident statistics and traffic volume data of S325 provincial highway provided by a city, taking S325 provincial highway as a typical example, the spatio-temporal and cause characteristics of traffic accidents in this province are analyzed, and the traffic accident hotspots are identified by k-means clustering method. The results show that: from the time distribution characteristics, there is an obvious periodicity distribution in the time period of the province. In terms of spatial distribution characteristics, the number of traffic accidents on provincial roads is less at both ends, more in the middle, less in road sections of municipal districts, and more in road sections of township streets. According to the distribution characteristics of accident zones, the number and scale of accident spots located at intersections on provincial highways are far more than those located on road sections. The upper model takes the sum of the total travel time and VaR as the objective function, and the lower model uses the user equilibrium allocation model. The genetic algorithm with Monte Carlo simulation is used to solve the stochastic network optimization problem. The example analysis shows that: (1) The uncertainty of demand has a significant impact on the network construction scheme. In order to study the supplier’s environmental investment and retailer’s product pricing decision in the recycling channel, a Stackelberg game model is established to study the sustainable supply chain management problem. The results show that the retailer’s increase in resource recycling channels effectively improves the consumers’ utility and reduces the consumers’ purchase price. Supplier’s investment in environmental protection has an obvious spillover effect, which increases the profit of the product retailer. However, this kind of environmental protection investment may not improve the profits of supplier itself. Bus small parcel express is a passenger transport enterprise in which passenger station extension service like the residual capacity of passenger shuttle bus transportation is used to transport entrusted small items to passenger terminals and the destinations, which are finally delivered to the recipients. It can effectively solve problems including the waste of transportation and the low timeliness of transportation. Firstly, the calculation method of actual vehicles entering the parking area is proposed, and then the influence of different parameters on parking space demand is studied by using queuing theory. The research results show that the entry rate, design hourly traffic volume coefficient, turnover rate, system loss rate and parking space occupancy rate all have an impact on parking space demand. The higher the entry rate, the greater the design hourly traffic volume coefficient, the smaller the system loss rate and the lower the parking space occupancy rate, the greater the parking space demand. The method of calculating the number of parking spaces in the parking area proposed in this paper is applied to practical projects.
