To prevent and control electric bicycle traffic accidents and further explore accident characteristics, this paper screens all 1555 general accident data records involving electric bicycles in Shenzhen from 2016-2021, 19 main impact factors are counted, and divided into three categories: accident information, personnel information, and road and facility information. Data mining is performed on the full accident set and each of the three single-dimensional accident sets: fatal accidents, escape accidents and accidents caused by electric bicycles. The Apriori algorithm is used to calculate and explore association rules, and the ones with better support, confidence and lift indexes are selected from them. Congestion at an intersection will inevitably lead to a decrease in road capacity, and the congestion will spread to adjacent road sections and intersections, forming a congested area \"from points to surfaces\". Based on gap optimization, this paper adjusts the gap between the speed of the main road and the traffic flow and optimizes the speed of the secondary road to make it pass the intersection safely. The control method proposed in this paper is verified by VISSIM simulation, and the average value of delay and the number of vehicles stops at the traditional un-signaled intersection and the un-signaled intersection under the internet of vehicles environment are analyzed and compared. As the key technology to ensure the survival rate of UAV swarms and improve detection efficiency, mission planning technology is the basis for realizing the autonomous detection of UAV swarms in the future. This paper introduces the method of UAV distributed mission planning. The mainstream UAV planning methods are discussed. We focus on the improved artificial potential field (IAPF) approach. The modeling method of discrete rasterization of task space is adopted in complex scenes of multiple target types. From the perspective of the network, the concepts of airport weight value and airport SIR value are introduced by using formal concept analysis and propagation dynamics method. Combined with the characteristics of network topology, airport support resources and airport operation resources, 17 potential categorical features on airports are proposed. Taking the main coordination, auxiliary coordination and non-coordination airports currently classified in China as labels, a machine learning classification model is established by using the random forest algorithm. Finally, the classification effect is evaluated based on the accuracy of the model and the features are ranked by importance. The opening of the second line of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway will help ease the tight transportation capacity of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway. This paper mainly studies the assignment of passenger flow to the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and Beijing-Shanghai Second High-Speed Railway. The passenger flow is mainly generated in the cities along the Qingdao-Jinan Corridor and attracted to southern cities. Firstly, the volume of passengers in the cities along the Qingdao-Jinan Corridor is predicted according to the grey prediction method, and then the prediction results are applied to the gravity model to predict the OD passenger flow. After that, a high-speed railway network is established, and the k shortest path algorithm is used to find valid paths among each OD pair, taking travel time cost, fare and penalty cost into consideration of path impedance. The logit model is established to calculate the sharing rate of different paths, and the method of successive average is used to solve the passenger flow assignment model. Finally, this paper analyzes the impact of the fare rate level and travel time on the passenger flow assignment of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway second line. The existence of human factors or emergencies will inevitably affect the accuracy of the raw data on the spot, and then interfere with calculating the technical operation time standard of train. However, the traditional calculating process do not take this problem into account. Therefore, the paper proposes a new process to analyze the technical operation time standard of train. Firstly, the weakening buffer algorithm based on grey theory is used to stabilize the raw data series with large fluctuation. It can effectively reduce the detrimental effect of stochastic volatility in the raw data before determining the technical operation time standard. Then, the paper uses the CRITIC method to analyze the information value of each group of raw data. Therefore, the weights of corresponding parameters during the calculation can be determined. In this way, the rationality of calculating the technical operation time standard can be improved. Finally, taken the Guangzhou Railway Station as an example, the paper describes the process of analyzing technical operation time standard proposed.
