The traditional manual train inspection method can only judge whether there is a fault through the appearance state, which is time-consuming. However, ship cargo transportation has the characteristics of huge transportation network, complex and diverse types of goods and many uncertain factors, and there are potential safety hazards. Once an accident occurs, it may cause serious safety accidents and cargo damage. Therefore, it is of objective and practical significance to reveal the safety risks of ship cargo transportation from a macro perspective. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the safety of ship cargo transportation from the aspects of people, goods and environment. In the aspect of human factors, this paper discusses the related role of people in the process of cargo transportation and the potential factors affecting the safety of cargo transportation. In terms of cargo factors, the nature classification of goods and the influence of packaging methods on ship transportation are introduced in detail. In terms of environmental factors, the influence of maritime traffic environment and hydrometeorology on cargo transportation is analyzed. Given that the epidemic situation in China is basically stable, epidemic prevention and control of cold chain cargo handling operations in Chinese ports is one of the key points for the country. It is concluded that the main risk link that may cause the spread of the epidemic is the unpacking of cold chain cargo containers by analyzing the process and characteristics of port cold chain cargo handling. In order to prevent imported epidemics from abroad, Chinese ports have taken countermeasures such as virus detection and sterilization. At present, nucleic acid detection measures have been adopted for the virus detection on the surface of goods, but the sampling quantity and method are lack of unified regulations, and the detection takes a long time. The mobile cabin PCR laboratories are used in some areas to improve the timeliness, and the virus detection on the surface of goods needs more sensitive and rapid detection technology. In the process of comprehensive preventive disinfection of goods, it was found that the disinfection efficiency of common disinfectants in low-temperature environment was greatly reduced, and a variety of new low-temperature disinfectants were rapidly developed. The disinfection technology based on deep UV LED, UV catalysis, nuclear radiation and other physical technologies have brought a new revolution to the disinfection of the new coronavirus on the surface of low-temperature objects. Due to the global pandemic of novel coronavirus and its continuous variation, technical measures for epidemic prevention and control have developed rapidly. Maritime transport has become the main mode of transport in international trade with its advantages of low transport price, large transport volume and low environmental pollution. However, the rapid development of maritime transport is accompanied by the risk of maritime accidents. Studies show that ship collision accident has always been the main type of maritime accidents, and ship collision caused by human factors accounts for more than 90% of the total accidents. It has become a key issue in the research field of ship navigation safety to analyze the causes of ship collision and explore the mechanism of human factors. By analyzing the ship collision accident reports, this paper summarizing the main human factors of ship collision, and through analyzing the causal chain of ship collision accident to determine the Bayesian network structure. In this paper, we propose a scheme to manage the communication information of the train, which is suitable for the onboard-centered train control system. This scheme explains the parts that the train and ground equipment are responsible for in the process of managing the train's communication information, and how they work in each scenario by describing their message interaction flow. The features of the scheme are distributed management and data self-recovery after equipment failure. Then, a time automaton model is established with the train communication information management process in the train registration scenario as the object, and the function of the scheme is verified by the UPPAAL tool. On the one hand, the signal-controlled intersection is a typical mixed traffic environment where pedestrians crossing the street as well as vehicles, will constantly conflict and threaten road traffic safety. On the other hand, compared with other parts, the tail of pedestrian flow occupies a large amount of intersections’ space and time resources, which greatly hinders the passage of right-turning vehicles. Therefore, it is significant to study the characteristics of pedestrian crossing, especially the characteristics of the tail of pedestrian flow crossing at the intersections. It can not only enrich relevant research and provide reference for optimizing the timing of intersection signals, but also improve the pedestrian crossing environment and alleviating traffic congestion. In this paper, the video data of the intersection of Yanta North Road and Jianxi Street, the intersection of Xiaozhai West Road and Hanguang Road, as well as the intersection of Keji Second Road and Taibai South Road were collected by UAV. The track data of pedestrians and vehicles were extracted by OpenCV, YoloV3 and DeepSort. The pedestrian quantity-time curve was plotted for single one way and multiple two-way street crossings. It is found that there is a good fitting effect between the curve and one-dimensional Gaussian function. Based on this, the actual speed and average waiting time of right-turning vehicles passing the crosswalk are compared respectively under the long tail distribution of different significance degrees. To solve this problem, this paper analyzes the relationship among passenger demand, train timetables and price, tries to adjust the passenger demand distribution using a dynamic pricing strategy, and based on this, constructs a train timetable optimization model with the objective of minimizing the passengers’ waiting time at stations and designs a corresponding genetic algorithm to solve it. The practicality of the model and algorithm is verified by an example.
