In this paper, we propose a scheme to manage the communication information of the train, which is suitable for the onboard-centered train control system. This scheme explains the parts that the train and ground equipment are responsible for in the process of managing the train's communication information, and how they work in each scenario by describing their message interaction flow. The features of the scheme are distributed management and data self-recovery after equipment failure. Then, a time automaton model is established with the train communication information management process in the train registration scenario as the object, and the function of the scheme is verified by the UPPAAL tool.
