Eye movement and visual features are considered to be affected by driver fatigue. In this paper, a 120min driving simulation test was designed, and the Stanford Sleepiness Scale (SSS) subjective fatigue values and eye characteristics of 16 drivers were collected. Subjective fatigue values were divided into three grades: awake, awake-fatigue and fatigue. From the perspective of visual characteristics, the differences in saccade, blink, and fixation between awake and fatigue states were analyzed. Finally, saccade, blink, fixation, and combination methods to discriminate driver fatigue were compared according to the classification accuracy. The results show that whether drivers are awake or fatigued, their fixation duration is longer than blink duration, and blink duration is longer than saccade duration. Under driver fatigue, saccade duration and fixation duration decreased significantly, while blink duration increased significantly. The classification accuracy of the proposed method in this paper is more than 80%, indicating that visual features have a certain application value in the detection of driver fatigue. In order to evaluate the effectiveness level of cooperative vehicle infrastructure system (CVIS) information interaction with closed field test comprehensively and objectively, the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy theory are used to study the effectiveness level of CVIS information interaction. By analyzing the key factors that affect the effect of CVIS information interaction, an effectiveness evaluation index system for the CVIS information interaction is established. And then, the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the influence of different factors on the result of CVIS. By constructing the membership matrix, the fuzzy evaluation model is used to evaluate the effectiveness of CIVS. Finally, the method was experimentally verified by building an CVIS test system on a closed road with a networked vehicle, on-board unit (OBU), roadside unit (RSU) and wireless communication module. The effectiveness level of CVIS information interaction was obtained. To present the transit speed fluctuation characteristics caused by various traffic factors, a model to calculate the dynamic factor is built based on weighted moving average time series method. With the introduction of dynamic factor, a time-varying adaptive Kalman filter model is established to predict bus travel time. This model is compared with other classical ones in experiment. The results show that the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of prediction is 2.52%, which is better than the basic Kalman filter model and time series model. To improve the evaluation accuracy of land trip generation rate, mobile phone signaling data is processed with an equal time interval algorithm to improve the accuracy of location information of individual users. By applying a stagnation point oscillation algorithm, hierarchical clustering analysis is conducted to extract information on individual OD chains. Based on this, the land trip generation rates under different land properties during peak hours are evaluated by space coupling and combining urban land use information databases. It can be summarized that the equal time interval algorithm and stagnation point oscillation algorithm can solve the time window problem and improve the accuracy of extracting users’ OD information. The mobile phone signaling data has the advantages of low collection cost, wide user coverage, and strong real-time performance in the 4G/5G networking environment. However, it is difficult to mine the travel characteristics effectively from the mobile phone signaling data with a large proportion of noise data to identify the travel purpose. This paper relies on the mobile phone signaling data of residents in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, China, to obtain individual travel segments, and then combines residents' travel survey data and POI data to mine individual travel information. The Bayesian network is preliminarily constructed through the constraint-based Bayesian network structure learning theory. This article takes the travel purpose as the deductive reasoning object, prunes the Bayesian network and achieves travel purpose identification. In order to accommodate growing demand for rail-sea multimodal transportation and provide customers with better logistics services. China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. need to scientifically plan the RAIL-SEA EXPRESS RS network. This paper uses the research method of intelligent logistics to design assembly points of RAIL-SEA EXPRESS RS. First of all, this paper sorts out the operation of RAIL-SEA EXPRESS RS and build a railway topology network. After that, this paper designs three evaluation indicators. These indicators are network connectivity level, economic development level, RAIL-SEA EXPRESS RS development level. Finally, this paper uses TOPSIS method to calculate the comprehensive score of each candidate city and analyzes their respective radiation range. Airport pavement under the long-term action of aircraft load and environmental load which makes various problems such as structural damage and performance degradation. As a preventive maintenance measure, the fog seal has timeliness. There is the best period for fog seal and the maintenance performance will be brought into full play. There is no specification of fog seal used in airport. Since many conventional performance evaluation indexes (PCI, etc.) of airport pavement without obvious change during use fog seal. This paper proposed a single pavement performance index to determine the appropriate use time of fog seal from the aspects of pavement service life, pavement relaxation, texture depth and water permeability coefficient. And the appropriate ranges of different indexes are studied according to the treatment purpose of fog seal.
