By screening the car-to-car accident data in China, key factors such as offset situation, vehicle speed distribution and accident severity have been analyzed and counted. Subsequently, the corresponding weights have been reasonably determined. Finally, a scientific AEB car-to-car assessment method has been obtained, forming the relevant part of the C-NCAP 2021 Edition. The results of the research show that there are different degrees of congestion in the seven freight corridors of the highway network in Shandong Province, and the main sources and destinations of truck flows on the congested sections are located in cities such as Jinan, Zibo and Weifang, as well as some regions outside Shandong Province, indicating that freight transport between major cities in Shandong Province and cross-provincial freight transport are the causes of highway congestion. However, at present, less consideration is given to bike-sharing in urban planning, which leads to insufficient supply in bike-sharing during the peak period and serious accumulation after the peak period. Seriously hindered the development of slow bus integration. In order to better develop green transportation and promote the healthy and sustainability of travelers. By fusing GPS data and credit card data, this paper puts forward a bus stop derivation rule based on development of urban ground transportation system, supplements the bus stop information, and identifies the transfer behavior between bus and bike-sharing based on the transfer model. Finally, taking Beiguan North Station and Beitan Station of Jinan Beiyuan Street as examples, the influence of built environment on the transfer between public transport and bike-sharing is analyzed. We introduce and analyze fault detection, fault diagnosis, and fault prediction functions to explore the architecture of fault prediction and health management systems. This experiment studies the fault prediction method based on solder joint-built in self-test (SJ-BIST). According to the actual monitoring circuit experiments, we adjusted the temperature of the circuit board to 50℃, 100℃, and 150℃ for the circuit board heating treatment for 10 seconds, verified the effectiveness of the SJ-BIST method, and are in line with the law of linear change. Water transportation is an important part of transportation. Jilin Province is rich in water transportation resources, and the demand for water transportation has been increasing in recent years. This paper studies the development plan of waterway transportation in Jilin Province. On the basis of summarizing the current situation of waterway transportation, it summarizes the development characteristics, analyzes the economic situation and transportation demand that have a greater impact on waterway transportation, and predicts the passenger and freight volume of various types of goods. The future development trend predicts the representative ship type. Based on the above research, this paper proposes the port and waterway layout planning, clarifies the overall planning objectives of Jilin Province's waterway transportation development, and proposes the waterway layout and port layout planning. According to the research, important regional ports include Changchun Port, Jilin Port, Baicheng Port, Songyuan Port and Siping Port; general ports include Tonghua Port, Baishan Port and Yanbian Port. The overall layout of the waterway is to build the main skeleton of \"one vertical, three horizontal and one waterway\". Taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (JingJinJi) as the research object, the structure of the coupling system between express logistics industry and regional economy is analyzed, and the evaluation index system of the coupling between express logistics industry and regional economy is established. Combining with the evaluation index system, the coupling and coordination relationship between JingJinJi express logistics industry and regional economy is evaluated. The results show that affected by the adjustment of industrial structure, the comprehensive development level of regional economic sub-systems in Tianjin has shown a sudden drop trend, returning to slight imbalance from the original primary coordination; And the coupling and coordinated development level of logistics industry subsystem and the regional economic subsystem in Beijing and Hebei province has experienced a leap from imbalance to coordination. Regional logistics is a significant booster for the development of regional economic integration. Therefore, in-depth discussion of the relevance between logistics industry and regional economy in Gansu Province, and quantitative analysis of the contribution of logistics to economic growth, are particularly important for enhancing Gansu's economic strength. Firstly, based on the situation analysis of logistics and economic growth in Gansu, this paper quantitatively selects five logistics indicators, including freight volume, cargo turnover, logistics mileage, logistics added value and the number of logistics employees, and one typical economic indicators GDP. Then, with the help of econometric theory and eviews10 software, the stationarity test and cointegration test of the selected indicators are carried out, which points out that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between various logistics indicators and economic indicators. And the Logistic model is further constructed to measure the contribution of freight volume to GDP. Based on the GT-Power software platform, a one-dimensional engine performance optimization and supercharger matching simulation model was constructed, and the predicted performance improvement of the matching supercharger system under high engine speed conditions was carried out. The diesel engine was tested and verified after the re-matching of the supercharger. The test results showed that after matching the new supercharger to the diesel engine through simulation calculations, the maximum speed of the diesel engine was increased from 2800r/min to 3300r/min, the calibrated power was increased by 22%, and the maximum torque was increased by 20%. The model is divided into three sub-models: traffic flow model of the connection area, traffic flow prediction model of the connection area and optimized coordinated control model of the connection area, respectively. The case simulation shows that, compared with the fixed-cycle control model, the optimized coordinated control model coupled with the traffic flow prediction model of the connection area optimizes the queue length of the on-ramp, the average queue length of the east entrance and others of the upstream intersection, and the average delay of the connection area by 31.58%, 40.14% (11.63%), and 27.04%, respectively. Compared with the optimized coordinated control model not coupled with the traffic flow prediction model of the connection area, the model is optimized by 13.33%, 26.09% (8.43%), and 3.96%, respectively.
