In order to ensure the safe operation of the tunnel and explore the hidden dangers of tunnel traffic operation, a traffic flow model is used to determine the variable speed limit value with the minimum delay time as the goal and speed, density, acceleration, weather environment, and human visual factors as constraints, and use simulation software to compare the emergencies in the tunnel, reduce the discreteness of vehicle speed when no emergencies occur, reduce the delay time of vehicles in the tunnel when emergencies occur, and control the stability of vehicle speed. 摘要

由于高速公路隧道运行环境的特殊性,当隧道内发生突发事件时,人员救援和疏散难度较大,严重影响了隧道及相关高速公路的安全、高效运行。为保证隧道安全运行,挖掘隧道交通运行隐患,采用交通流模型,以最小延迟时间为目标,以速度、密度、加速度、天气环境、人为视觉因素为约束条件,确定可变限速值,并利用仿真软件对隧道内突发事件进行对比,降低无突发事件时车速的离散性。减少突发事件发生时车辆在隧道内的延误时间,控制车速的稳定性。研究表明,针对隧道交通中通行车辆的安全性和运行效率,构建行车速度动态引导智能控制策略,可以有效提高交通运行效率,确保隧道交通安全。
