It cannot be categorically stated that social networks bring only benefit or only harm. There are both narrow social networks that can be useful for work, and multiplayer with great functionality that provides both business goals and entertainment. Many of the potential risks of social media impact on young people’s mental health go unnoticed by parents, teachers, and young people themselves. The article discusses the features of conducting interactive lectures. It is shown that the interactive form of the lecture contributes to the improvement of the quality of education of future masters of pharmacy at the National Medical University named after A.A. Bogomolets. The possibili-ties of various types of interactive lectures are presented, the advantages they have in comparison with the classical lecture are described. Volovik","doi":"10.38014/osvita.2020.87.02","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.38014/osvita.2020.87.02","url":null,"abstract":"The article is devoted to comparative analysis of the results of twoyear introduction of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination OSCE-1 for dental students of the third course at the Bogomolets National Medical University. Exam OSCE-1 consisted of 10 stations, two of which concerned general medical training of dental students, eight - special competencies in five dental disciplines. OSCE -1 in 2017/2018 189 students (78.4%) successfully passed, but 52 students (21.6%) did not. In 2018/2019 313 students of the third course of the Dental Faculty were passing to OSCE-1. It was 29.9% more than in the previous year. On the first attempt, 251 students (80.2%) passed the exam successfully, 62 students (19.8%) failed.Comparing the results of the OSCE-1 Dentistry for two years, it should be noted that students showed positive dynamics and achieved the higher level of success. In 2018/2019 with a minimum pass level of 80%, the success rate was 80.2%, and in the previous 2017/2018 year with a minimum pass level of 60% - 78.4%. Ukrainian students demonstrated a better result this year - 89.9%, which is almost 5% higher than last year. Also identifies the main principles on the basis of which a model of professional development and the technology of its support were developed. The levels, components and forms of psychological and pedagogical support have been determined. The stages of the experimental study of the effectiveness of the technology of psychological and pedagogical support are described: ascertaining, formative, control. The analysis of a sample of respondents is carried out, the results of a pilot study are presented. The formative stage of the experiment is described in detail at which in the system of continuing education of teachers, such forms of professional development as: distance courses of in-depth study of psychology for preschool teachers, primary school teachers, middle and senior-school teachers, trainings, seminars, workshops, master classes were used. Generalized analysis of the concept and structureof rhetorical culture made it possible to conclude that formed rhetorical culture helps to ensure high level of professional and pedagogical activity of the future teacher, which is presented in the teacher’s ability to create and pronounce the text of a certain genre, using a variety means of artistic representation and rhetorical devices. Author of the article notes the role of metaphor in the formation of rhetorical culture future teacher. Analysis of works on the nature study of metaphor allows us to consider it as a tool for understanding reality, which is associated with operations for the processing of knowledge, their assimilation, transformation, storage and transmission of information, in addition a metaphor expresses the assessment of a particular phenomenon and the overall assessment of the system values of society. Distance learning has both positive aspects, such as saving time, the ability to educate more people, and disadvantages, namely the lack of practical skills, the inferiority of the emotional component of education. Aspects and issues of distance learning of students of the international faculty, classes which are conducted in a foreign language, are analyzed. The main differences between the education of students of international faculties and students of domestic faculties are noted. The issues of communicative relations, psychological aspects of distance relations, language issues, logistics of distance learning and methodological problems are described in detail. The most important feature is that a modern Ukrainian migrant is a person who has a higher or professional education, speaks foreign languages, can work with modern computer technology and apply innovative methodologies.
