Also identifies the main principles on the basis of which a model of professional development and the technology of its support were developed. The levels, components and forms of psychological and pedagogical support have been determined. The stages of the experimental study of the effectiveness of the technology of psychological and pedagogical support are described: ascertaining, formative, control. The analysis of a sample of respondents is carried out, the results of a pilot study are presented. The formative stage of the experiment is described in detail at which in the system of continuing education of teachers, such forms of professional development as: distance courses of in-depth study of psychology for preschool teachers, primary school teachers, middle and senior-school teachers, trainings, seminars, workshops, master classes were used. 摘要

本文阐述了教师专业发展的心理和教学支持技术。还确定了制定专业发展模式及其支助技术所依据的主要原则。已经确定了心理和教学支助的水平、组成部分和形式。描述了心理和教学支持技术有效性实验研究的三个阶段:确定阶段、形成阶段和控制阶段。对受访者样本进行了分析,并提出了一项试点研究的结果。详细描述了实验的形成阶段,在教师继续教育体系中,采用了幼儿园教师、小学教师、初高中教师的心理学深度学习远程课程、培训、研讨会、工作坊、大师班等专业发展形式。本文还对继续教育系统中实施心理支持技术和教学支持技术的有效性进行了实证研究。
