The terms of social and psychological turbulence, as well as markers of turbulent thinking have been analyzed. Psychological characteristics of modern pupils and students, directly related to their inclusion in the virtual space, their ability to process and select a large amount of information, their inclination to make personalized choices and the need for an individual approach have been determined. In the practical research the Career Anchors methodology, aimed at identifying the structure of an individual’s career orientations associated with ideas of professional career and success, has been used. As well as the methodology analyzing individual ways of responding to stressful situations (coping strategies), with a predominance of rational or emotional components, avoiding a problem or social activity. The article reveals the features of communication between a professor and a future teacher of music, which can be realised in various forms. The study defines the concept of communication and substantiates the coherence and significance of this interaction. The specifics of interpersonal communication between the subjects of the educational process are revealed, and a great role is given to the teacher, because it is (s)he who should help students understand their abilities, believe in their strengths and talents, understand the goals and objectives of the entire educational process online as well as offline. In the given example of an online concert event, the teacher made a preliminary communicative prediction for future creative activity. It is proved that the process of preparation for the online concert allowed to intensify the independent activity of the event participants, to make it feasible and interesting for them and to unite them with a common idea. The article presents a model of psychological factors in the development of innovative management styles in managers of educational organizations. There are three groups of psychological factors: psychological characteristics of the organization (due to the peculiarities of the development of educational organizations); psychological characteristics of the manager (due to the peculiarities of the activities and behavior of managers of educational organizations); psychological characteristics of the interaction of the manager and the organization (due to the peculiarities of the interaction of managers with educationalorganizations). Each of the groups included «internal» factors related to the psychological characteristics of the organization and educational managers and “external” factors related to the organizational and functional characteristics of the organization and organizational-professional and socio-demographic characteristics of educational managers. It is proved that developments of the manager’s assistant’s activities fundamentals are based on the essential knowledge about text and its theory. In the frameworks of the theory of editing the text is, mainly, considered as a principal object of editing analysis. Text as a principal object of editing is stated to be main training body when the certain part of the discipline “Theory and Practice of Manager’s Assistant’s Activities” is delivered for thestudents of the specialty ”Informational, Librarian and Archival Activities”. For the future specialists the mentioned-above is considered to be the very important aspect of their professional activities. At present the problems of text ethics are becoming more significant and urgent. Political texts, initially, are considered to be similar in some aspects to advertising ones but that fact has been recently recognized.
