Abstract

The article considers the main motivating factors to achieve high quality education of engineers toward to European standards of higher education based on the analysis of the educational process on fundamental discipline “Chemistry” of students - future engineers at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The principles of the educational process at the university are analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of the modern system of education of future engineers are determined, the motivating factors of improving the quality of education are offered and the basic approaches to formation and development of the required set of professional competencies of graduates are determined.
引进激励因素的问题,以确保高质量的工程师在乌克兰高等教育机构的培训
本文通过对伊戈尔西科斯基基辅理工学院未来工程师基础学科“化学”教育过程的分析,探讨了实现面向欧洲高等教育标准的高质量工程师教育的主要激励因素。分析了大学教育过程的原则,确定了现代未来工程师教育体系的优缺点,提出了提高教育质量的激励因素,确定了毕业生形成和发展所需专业能力的基本途径。
