Based on the results of the study, it was found that Marbel Budaya Nusantara in multicultural-based language learning could improve students' speaking and reading skills. The Marbel application also prepares teachers, students and parents to meet the demands of online learning. Thus the Marbel Budaya Nusantara application can be used as a multicultural-based language learning medium. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. The research subjects are lecturers and students. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, literature study, documentation, interviews, and assessment questionnaires. The stages in this research start from assessing potential and problems, collecting data, making product designs, validating product designs, revising products, and testing products. As a result, the textbooks developed were to support lectures and become a handbook for lecturers and students for academic purposes. The results and conclusions in this study, Indonesian language textbooks are good for college students to use. Meanwhile, e-portfolio regards as one of the method to achieve students’ active contribution in assessing their own translation works since it not only functions to collect the works electronically but can also function to show the sequence of works improvement. The aim of this study is to investigate students’ perception on e-portfolio for assessing their translation skill. It was also intended to discover application preference to apply the e-portfolio method of assessment. The participants of the study are 49 English Department students enrolled in the third year. The data was collected by using questionnaire in the form of closed and open questionnaires. The results indicate that the participants generally prefer to be evaluated by the e-portfolio assessment. Mr. Joko Widodo, the President of Republic of Indonesia, has instructed all Indonesian citizens to practice social and physical distance. To reduce the spread of COVID-19, the Indonesian government implemented certain preventive measures. Mr. Nadiem Anwar Makarim, Indonesia’s Minister of Education and Culture, has instructed all students, including University students to study from home. A descriptive qualitative research was used to conduct this study. The study’s findings show that in the event in the event of a pandemic, the E-learning system is the only possible teaching learning approach. Teachers and students simply connected to the internet from their homes and were connected to an approved E-learning program by the institutions or lecturers.  However, there were undeniable challenges in implementing E-learning, such as a lack of internet access or WIFI, learners getting unmotivated and insufficient levels of student engagement. Affective domains appeared to be minimized in E-learning systems due to a lack of actual social and psychological interactions between teacher and students. Data collection was carried out by interviewing with the help of an interview guide conducted with 6 students of SMK Amal Ikhlas Kampar. This study purposed to determine that the using Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL) through Hangman Game as one of the games could significantly gave the effect for English Foreign Language (EFL) learners in Indonesia context to master the vocabulary. The participants of this study were the 10th grades students of SMA Negeri 1 Tebing Tinggi Kab. Serdang Bedagai in academic year 2018/2019 that consist of 20 students.  The technique of analysis of that was used at this study were the analysis of qualitative data and the quantitative data. The qualitative data was taken from interview, observation of students’ learning process, researcher’s note. While, the quantitative data was collected from the mean score of test that given to the learners in Pre-Cycle, Cycle I and Cycle II. The findings of this study found that Hangman Game gave the new achievement for the EFL learners when they were doing the activities of learning process in the class. So this situation made the learners had good motivation during the language teaching and learning process and they also actively and enthusiastically in the class. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from field findings, participant data, and researcher reflections. Sources of data obtained from direct experience, the results of interviews, observations, and documentation from lecturers who are in charge of the Praktik Jurnalistik Media Televisi course at the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat. Based on the findings, the kinemaster application helps students in producing news videos. After the data, news scripts, and voices that have been recorded are complete, they take advantage of this application to combine video, sound and images. This application provides a fairly complete video editing feature and can directly edit it on the spot without having to move to another application. This is done in order to meet what EFL learners needs for writing course, and what should be planned and written in the syllabus. The purpose of this research is to analyze EFL learners’ needs for writing course especially in terms of learning materials, learning strategies, learning supports, and mastery of writing aspects. The design of this research was descriptive research. 50 EFL learners in Universitas Lancang Kuning were involved in this study as respondents of this research. To collect the data, a questionnaire was used with 20 statements available. The data from the questionnaire was analyzed descriptively by giving deep explanation towards the data. The result showed that most EFL learners were chosen response “agree” from the questionnaire. It means that the EFL learners very need good and acceptable learning materials, learning strategies, learning supports, and good competence in terms of writing aspects. This quantitative research method used a pre-experimental design. The technique of collecting the data used total sampling. It took one class; the eighth grade as an experimental class that consisted of 12 students. The researcher administered one time of pre-test, six times of treatments, and one time of post-test. Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was used to analyzed the data and the hypothesis testing was analyzed by using SPSS version 20.00 at the significant level of p<0.05. The mean score increased from 43.42 up to 60.92. The result of hypothesis testing showed that the significant (2-tailed) is p value=0.003 and the level of significance is if p value<0.05. In writing process, there are general problem that occur such error from the interlanguage. This problem certainly getting worse during this Covid -19 pandemic era where the students only have limited direct or face to face English learning for one hour per week. Interlanguage is language used by second or foreign language when prosess of learning the target language. Data collected through documentation technique. The sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. There were five students as the sample. The framework of interlanguage and error analysis was applied in the process of data analysis.
