Therefore, the objectives of the study were: to diagnose the 12th graders' attitudes toward using the computer. And knowing the statistically significant differences in students’ attitudes towards computer use due to their computer experiences, and receiving a previous course in it. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method. The study population consisted of (953) twelfth-grade students. The researcher chose a intended sample of (40) students. Then developed a questionnaire consisting of (44) items distributed in four fields. The data analyses were: a descriptive analysis was used to extract the averages, and (T) test to determine the significance of the differences between the averages, and Pearson correlation coefficient was used for reliability. The findings revealed that: Student attitudes toward computer use have been positive at a high level. This paper examines the nationhood process and effort in the Gambia between 1994 and 2015. It focuses on national development efforts both in the first and second republics. The paper investigates how human, material and ecological resources are harnessed and deployed towards this noble goal, availing enabling policy-thrusts for effective implementation and goal attainments that attract sustainable socio-economic and political development. The paper beams searchlights on the redoubled efforts under the Yahya Jammeh regime and the pragmatic approaches taken to achieve more meaningfully goal-oriented national development strides that pave ways for practical development giants and strides. An inductive and deductive methods of research that are descriptive and fact-finding are employed for empirical and critical explorations. The problem arises; in many problems that arise over the judges’ role in observing the work of arbitrators, as the Omani and Emirati legislator followed judicial oversight of both previous and subsequent arbitrators’ work, with measures that permits the two laws to judicially interfere with the arbitrators’ actions, whether that intervention is complementary, or for the judiciary to be obligated to intervene in cases approved by the legislator, which were brought in exclusively after the award of the arbitration. The research objectives are: to discuss the legal controls that govern the interference of the judiciary in forming the arbitration board. And a statement of the legal system that governs the response of members of the arbitral tribunal, and the extent of the judiciary’s authority in the arbitration board’s participation in the arbitration litigation procedures. The comparative descriptive analytical method was adopted. The findings revealed that: The Omani and Emirati legislators granted freedom to the parties to arbitration, in the formation of the arbitration panel, to choose the arbitrator to separate the discounts. The arbitration panel has a specific privacy provision within the framework of the arbitration law. The problem emerges from the presence of many individual variables that affect the student's professional choice, including the student's knowledge of himself and his capabilities and his ability to make the right professional decision, in light of variables: gender, educational level of the father, family income level, age of the father. Therefore, the aim of the study was to discuss the effect of variables (gender, educational level of the father, level of family income, age of the father) in finding statistically significant differences in occupational awareness among twelfth grade students and their parents. I followed the descriptive analytical research methodology. The study population consisted of all 12th graders in the region. They are (6125) male and female students, distributed among (37) schools in six states. The sample consisted of (312) students. The number of males (152) and females (160). These students meet their parents (312). A unified scale for occupational awareness for students and parents was designed, it included (47) items distributed in six areas: the field of vocational guidance activities, the direction towards work, professional inclinations and capabilities, professional decision-making, professional attention, and vocational planning. Statistical treatment: Descriptive analysis, (T) test, and ANOVA (One-Way) test were used. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in occupational awareness among twelfth grade students according to the gender variable and in favor of females. The problem has found in the results of the joint study between the Ministry and the Federation of New Zealand Educational Organizations (2017) in applying the principles of governance in Oman and promoting the improvement of the quality of education. The study team recommended that the Ministry of Education adapt and amend the current governance systems. Therefore, this study aimed at examining the reality of applying the principles of governance (partnership, transparency, justice, accountability) in the rehabilitation sector of the Ministry of Education, and diagnosing the challenges facing the Ministry of Education in applying the principles of governance. The study adopted the descriptive analytical method. The study population consisted of (2008) students. A stratified random sample was selected (322) individuals. A questionnaire was built at (49) paragraphs distributed in four dimensions of the governance. The study adopted the descriptive analysis. The problem emerged; that 44.5% of students were assaulted during their childhood, of which 48% were beaten, 19% sexually abused, 18% verbally insulted. And that 765 Omani children who were juvenile offenders were aged (9-17) years. An analytical descriptive approach was used, data was collected through a questionnaire, designed in three axes: Laws and Regulations axis, Curriculum axis, and School building axis. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of 17 Male and female principals of a second cycle school in the Wilayat of Saham in the Sultanate of Oman. The findings of the statistical analysis showed that: the axis of laws and regulations got the highest arithmetic mean, while the axis of the building got the lowest arithmetic mean. Ahmed","doi":"10.18769/ijasos.616051","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18769/ijasos.616051","url":null,"abstract":"This quantitative study discusses the level of behavioral problems of the hearing impaired from the viewpoint of their teachers in the Sultanate of Oman, and the problem lies in the loss of this category of hearing sense or its presence in a simple manner, which leads to difficulty in communication and interaction with those around the hearing impaired; this affects their behavior and makes it socially unacceptable , Which requires finding proposals or solutions that help the hearing impaired in harmony and integration with their normal teachers and peers. The study aimed to diagnose the behavioral problems of hearing impaired students (deaf, hard of hearing, cochlear implant) from the viewpoint of their teachers, as well as to analyze the factors that lead to reducing the behavioral problems of the hearing impaired. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach. The study population consisted of all the teachers and hearing impaired teachers, who numbered (266) teachers. The study sample included all members of the study community. The researcher used a questionnaire comprising (32) expressions of behavioral problems for the disabled: the problem of aggression (9 phrases), the problem of excessive activity (6) phrases, the problem of abuse (7) phrases, the problem of lying (6) phrases, and the problem of social withdrawal (4) phrases. The results showed that the level of behavioral problems of students ranged between medium and low, first came the problem of excessive activity, then the problem of aggression, followed by the problem of social withdrawal, the problem of lying, and finally the problem of abuse. As the global governance indicators indicated by the World Bank in (2017) pointed to the ranking of the Sultanate of Oman in the ranks (61 to 81) in indicators: political stability and absence of violence, rule of law, government efficiency, organizational quality, and control of corruption. Therefore, the study aims to diagnose the degree of application of the principles of governance in the state’s administrative apparatus, in light of Oman’s vision (2040). The descriptive approach was used, and the sample size reached (400) employees from the administrative apparatus in the Sultanate of Oman. The researcher adopted a questionnaire consisting of (28) phrases distributed in (5) axes. The problem is that the Career Guidance Center, which aims to help students in identifying their preferences and intelligence, uses the inclinations measures only, therefore, this study aims to identify the students' intelligence. The research adopted the descriptive and analytical method, a random sample consisted of (700) students was chosen. The study adopted (Shearer, 2004) Multiple Intelligence Scale, which consists of (119) phrases distributed in eight sub-scales: musical, physical, motor, logical, mathematical, spatial, verbal, linguistic, social, subjective and natural. The data were analyzed according to the descriptive analysis, to calculate the frequencies and percentages to determine the most available intelligence, the Kay square to find out the significance of the differences between the frequencies, and Spearman correlation coefficient for the extent of compatibility between the grades according to the variables of specialization and gender, and calculate the Pearson correlation coefficient. The findings revealed that: the most available intelligence among the members of the sample are: the subjective and social intelligence, while musical intelligence came in the last place. There are also statistically significant differences in logical mathematical intelligence in favor of males, and there are statistically significant differences in verbal linguistic intelligence in favor of females. This is in addition to the lack of awareness among students and their parents of vocational education. Therefore, the aim of the study is to reveal the level of students' attitudes towards vocational education. Knowing their attitudes towards vocational education and its relationship to professional awareness. And reveal the responses of male and female students according to the scale of attitudes towards vocational education. The study adopted the descriptive, relational approach. A random sample of 393 students was chosen from the study population, and 387 students from all six states. Three measures were used: the measure of the trend towards vocational education (30) statements, the scale of occupational awareness (30) statements, the scale of occupational interests (24) statements.
