The described phenomenon seems significant, because, in the language, there is a tendency for suffixes to actualize derivatives, the semantics of which represents a certain type of proposition. The creative development of a young pupil is related to his or her mental abilities and manifests itself in children's imagination, fantasy, creative thinking, a particular view of the world, his or her own point of view on the surrounding reality. Successful creative development of younger pupils is based on the method of pedagogical support. The process of pedagogical support includes content-target, functional-activity, spatial and managerial components. When organising pedagogical support, various methods and forms of work are applied: exercises, assignments, educational situations, collaborative creative activities, projects, success situations, emotional and moral experiences, encouragement, competition, role-playing games, practices and trials.\u0000 Актуальность исследования данной проблемы обусловлена необходимостью выявления сущности и поиска новых методов творческого развития младших школьников. Творческое развитие младшего школьника связано с его умственными способностями и проявляется в детской фантазии, воображении, творческом мышлении, особом видении мира, своей точке зрения на окружающую действительность. Важным условием успешного творческого развития младших школьников является использование метода педагогического сопровождения. Процесс педагогического сопровождения включает содержательно-целевой, функционально-деятельностный, пространственный и управленческий компоненты. Материалом послужили статьи и интервью из немецких СМИ, посвященные саммиту В. Путина и Д. Трампа в Хельсинки в 2018 году и В. Путина и Д. Байдена в Женеве в 2021 году. В работе проанализированы толкования понятия «доверия» в работах ученых различных научных направлений и предложено свое понимание анализируемого явления. Даны дефиниции базовых понятий «когнитивная стратегия», «тактика», «когнитивный механизм». Использование методов лингвистического наблюдения и описания, а также приемов контекстуального и лингвостилистического анализа позволило установить, что когнитивная стратегия формирования доверия к политику в медиадискурсе реализуется через тактики манифестации доверия, критики оппонентов, отсутствия минуса. Когнитивная стратегия формирования дефицита доверия реализуется тактиками манифестации недоверия, провокации, обвинения и игры. Новизна исследования заключается в выявлении и анализе специфики выбора когнитивных стратегий и тактик в зависимости от прагматической цели адресанта в процессе формирования доверия или дефицита доверия к политику. Теоретическая значимость исследования заключается в расширении представлений о когнитивных механизмах воздействия в процессе языковой актуализации образа политика в медиадискурсе. Результаты проведенного исследования могут найти применение в вузовских курсах когнитивной лингвистики, медиалингвистики, политической лингвистики, в практике преподавания немецкого языка как иностранного.\u0000 The purpose of the paper is to provide a systematic description of cognitive strategies and tactics for formation of trust or trust deficit in the politician in modern German-speaking media discourse. The study analyzes articles and interviews dedicated to the summit of V. Putin and D. Trump in Helsinki in 2018 and V. Putin and J. Biden in Geneva in 2021 and published in German mass media in the period from 2018 to 2021. The paper deals with various interpretations of the concept \"trust\" given by the scientists and the authors provide their own understanding of this phenomenon. The definitions of the basic concepts of \"cognitive strategy\", \"tactics\", \"cognitive mechanism\" are given. The research methods embrace the method of linguistic observation and description, which includes comparison, analysis and interpretation of the facts obtained, as well as methods of contextual analysis. The relevance of the topic is explained by the fact that there is a need to describe and analyse linguistic tools used in the framework of cognitive strategies of formation trust or deficiency of trust in the politician. This linguistic mechanism is one of the current issues of modern cognitive linguistics. Для решения этого вопроса были проведены измерения уровня владения студентами базовыми переводческими компетенциями при работе с правовыми текстами. При составлении анкеты использован опыт ведущих российских и зарубежных ученых-переводчиков в отношении формирования лингвистических, социокультурных и информационно-технических компетенций. Выявлен ряд трудностей, препятствующих успешному переводу юридического текста, и обозначены пути решения проблем переводческих компетенций. Даны рекомендации по устранению барьеров в формировании компонентов лингвистической и социокультурной компетенций.\u0000 The purpose of the article is to determine the optimal ways in translation competence formation among law students. In order to solve the problem some surveys defining the students’ proficiency level of the competencies have been conducted. When compiling the questionnaire, the author drew on the experience of key Russian and foreign scholars in respect of linguistic, sociocultural and information technology competencies. The author focused on the difficulties impeding a successful translation of legal text and identified the ways to resolve translation competence problems. Основной метод исследования – анализ ошибок.\u0000 The author focuses on the interference of the Russian language in the English written speech of students who learn English as a foreign language at college. Interference, found in over 85 % of respondents, is most common in grammar, less common in punctuation and spelling. Пьюзо «Крестный отец». В данной статье рассматриваются такие термины, как «прецедентный феномен», «прецедентное имя», особенности их происхождения, способы перевода на русский язык. Задачи исследования: выделить прецедентные феномены в романе М. Пьюзо «Крестный отец»; определить основные модели их перевода, охарактеризовать специфику употребления прецедентных феноменов; объяснить роль прецедентных феноменов в сюжете романа. Исследование проведено с использованием метода сплошной выборки, методов компонентного и контекстуального анализа. Практическая значимость статьи состоит в возможности использования полученных результатов в лексикографической практике. В результате были получены выводы об основных приемах перевода прецедентных феноменов, подкрепленные иллюстративным материалом.\u0000 The purpose of this article is to study the precedent phenomena, the features of their construction, use and the difficulties that arise when translating them in M. Puzo’s novel “The Godfather”. This article discusses such terms as “precedent phenomenon”, “precedent name”, features of their origin, and methods of translation into Russian. Research objectives: highlight the precedent phenomena in M. Puzo’s novel “The Godfather”; determine the main models of their translation, characterize the specifics of the use of precedent phenomena; explain the role of precedent phenomena in the plot of the novel. The study was conducted using the method of continuous sampling, component and contextual analysis. The practical significance of the article lies in the possibility of using the obtained results in lexicographic practice. Это может способствовать повышению качества и скорости извлечения синонимов в процессе речепорождения на иностранном языке. Речепорождение играет первостепенную роль в переводе с родного языка на иностранный. Выявлены психолингвистические факторы, создающие препятствия для адекватного и оперативного извлечения синонимов в иноязычной речи. Предлагается организовать работу с синонимами в три этапа с учетом формирования психолингвистических предпосылок. Для каждого этапа даны рекомендации относительно целей, задач и принципов работы и предложены соответствующие упражнения.\u0000 The article examines the impact of psycholinguistic factors on the retrieval of synonyms in speech production in a foreign language (L2). The issue has significant implications for translationoriented language teaching as L2 speech production is an essential process in translation into a foreign language (L2 translation). We have identified a number of psycholinguistic factors, which can potentially hinder the successful retrieval of synonyms in L2 speech production, and described their negative impact on this process. It has been concluded that these factors should be taken into consideration when designing and implementing learning activities for teaching synonyms to translation students. It has been suggested that to make the psycholinguistic preconditions that can ensure the successful retrieval of L2 synonyms, the practice of synonyms should include three stages. The study provides a description of each stage in terms of aims, learning activities as well as recommendations and guidelines for their implementation. The theoretical contribution of the study lies in the fact that it can advance the understanding of the challenges faced by learners in the acquisition and use of L2 synonyms.
