The maturity and advancement of natural language models led to the birth of Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (ChatGPT), generating great potential for healthcare applications. This review summarized the possible application prospects of ChatGPT in healthcare, assessed the limitations that still exist, and suggested possible improvements. In conclusion, the current version of ChatGPT can provide accurate and practical information for doctors and patients, help healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat, promote medical education, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of the healthcare system, etc. However, ChatGPT still has some limitations, as issues such as the accuracy of the information, privacy of data, ethical and moral sentiments still need to be solved. ChatGPT is trained through reinforcement learning based on human feedback. There are advantages in the use of ChatGPT in Gastrointestinal Pathology, including but not limited to summarizing patients’ chart and potential application in Digital Pathology, education and research. The limitation of ChatGPT is the bias based on the datasets used in ChatGPT training, the requirement of sufficient input information, as well as risk of bias and transparency issues and negative consequence if generating inaccurate content. The use of ChatGPT and other language models in Gastrointestinal Pathology requires careful consideration to ensure not bypassing expert consultation in particular cases. Endoscopic ultrasound-guided gallbladder drainage (EUS-GBD) is a new method for the treatment of cholecystitis in patients with high surgical risk. The acute symptoms can be relieved by drainage of bile, and cholecystolithotomy or polyp resection can be performed through a stent or fistula.</p></div><div><h3>Aims</h3><p>This article introduced the technique of EUS-guided cholecystolithotomy and conducted a meta-analysis evaluating its feasibility and safety.</p></div><div><h3>Methods</h3><p>Four electronic databases including SinoMed, CNKI, Wanfang Data, and PubMed were researched from inception to June 2022. Two researchers independently carried out literature screening and the data relevant to success rate and safety of per-oral cholecystoscopy were extracted for further meta-analysis by R Programming Language.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>A total of 7 studies with 129 patients were included in the present analysis. The results showed that the technical success rate of endoscopic ultrasonography-guided cholecystolithotomy was 97% [95%CI (92%-99%)], the clinical success rate was 93% [95%CI (87%–96%)]. The total adverse event rates were 34% [95% CI (14%–63%)]. Subgroup analysis of four major individual adverse events was fever 11.91% [95% CI (2.05%–46.62%)], peritonitis 2.33% [95% CI (0.75%–6.96%)], bleeding 4.37% [95% CI (0.72%–22.34%)], and abdominal pain 0.91% [95% CI (0.02%–26.38%)]. The adverse events were mild and recovered after conservative treatment.</p></div><div><h3>Conclusion</h3><p>EUS-guided cholecystolithotomy is a safe and alternative treatment modality for patients with symptomatic cholecystolithiasis, with acceptable procedure related complications. This research aims to investigate the potential of chatbots in the field of gastroenterology nursing.</p></div><div><h3>Methods</h3><p>Two nurses compiled and categorized 20 relevant questions related to gastroenterology nursing, grouping them into four modules. Two chatbot-based AI language models were selected to answer all the questions. The satisfaction levels and satisfaction rates for each module were analyzed to evaluate the performance of the two chatbots.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>Chatbot A received an overall satisfaction rate of 85% (with 9 very satisfied, 8 satisfied, and 3 dissatisfied responses), while chatbot B had a lower satisfaction rate of 45% (with 0 very satisfied, 9 satisfied, and 11 dissatisfied responses). The satisfaction rates for module 1 (pre-hospital care) were 60% for chatbot A and 20% for chatbot B. In module 2 (health education during hospitalization), chatbot A's satisfaction rate was 100%, while chatbot B's satisfaction was only 60%. For module 3 (continuing care after discharge), chatbot A's satisfaction rate was 100%, while chatbot B's was 40%. Finally, in module 4 (nursing management), chatbot A received an 80% satisfaction rate, compared to chatbot B's 60% satisfaction rate.</p></div><div><h3>Conclusion</h3><p>The performance of chatbot in terms of health education and nursing management for patients during hospitalization is acceptable; Further optimization is needed in terms of pre hospitalization nursing interventions and post discharge continuity care. We believe that chatbots can improve efficiency and patient outcomes in these fields. However, it is important to acknowledge some challenges that need to be addressed, such as privacy concerns and emotional considerations. CC chemokines can modulate the infiltration of immune cells and affect the clinical outcome of cancer patients. However, the therapeutic potential and prognostic value of CC chemokines in PAAD have not yet been elucidated. To do this, we comprehensively explore and analyze large amounts of data base on ONCOMINE, UALCAN, GEPIA2, LinkedOmics, Kaplan-Meier Plotter, cBioPortal, GeneMANIA, DAVID 6.8, TRRUST, TIMER, TISIDB, DGIdb, and TTD. We found the transcriptional levels of CCL5/7/13/15/18/19/20 in PAAD tissues were remarkably increased, whereas the transcriptional level of CCL17 was decreased. CCL20 expression had significantly been correlated with the tumor stage of PAAD patients. High expressions of CCL5, CCL7, CCL13, CCL18, and CCL20 were notably correlated with the prognosis of patients. Moreover, patients with CCL18 and CCL19 alterations showed a poor prognosis in both overall survival (OS) and disease-specific survival (DSS). Patients with CCL5 and CCL15 alterations also presented a poor prognosis in OS. The key transcription factors for CC chemokines are RELA and NF-κB1. The functions of the differentially expressed CC chemokines were mainly correlated the chemokine signaling pathway, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, NF-kappa B signaling pathway, and so forth. We also discovered significant associations between the expression levels of CC chemokines and six infiltrating immune cells including, CD8<sup>+</sup> T cells, CD4<sup>+</sup> T cells, B cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells. The drug-gene interactions and related miRNAs of aberrant expression CC chemokines were also explored.
