Excessive destruction of red blood cells leads to anemia, reticulocytosis, hyperbilirubinemia (due to the indirect fraction) followed by cholelithiasis. The factor that aggravates the course of microspherocytosis is folate deficiency, which can appear both in people with limited nutrition and in pregnant women.","PeriodicalId":9821,"journal":{"name":"中国实用医药","volume":"10 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81999278","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Material and methods. The study group included 60 athletes of a youth football league aged 14–17 y. o. They were examined on a Biodex 4 Pro robotic complex, flexion and extension of knee joints alternately at a speed of 60 º/sec and 180 º/sec. Results. The greatest deficit between the lower extremities was found when the knee joint was extended at 60 °/sec and amounted to 19.33%. When the knee joint was flexed at 60 °/sec, the deficit between the limbs was 10.4, which is acceptable, but requires correction. When bending the knee joint at a speed of 180 °/sec, the deficit of muscle strength was 12%, which is also an additional risk factor for injury when working for «endurance». When bending at a speed of 180 °/sec, the deficit was minimal and amounted to 4.3%, which is a variant of the norm. Conclusion. In young football players, the maximum deficit of muscle strength was observed between the extremities with maximum muscle workout in extension by 60 °/sec and by 180 °/sec, which is an additional risk factor for getting muscle damage in the hip and injuries to the capsule-ligamentous apparatus of the knee joint, both when working in the gym and on the field when performing specific work. The research showed that this assessment method is objective and can be used to develop prophylaxis measures and in rehabilitation programs for football players.","PeriodicalId":9821,"journal":{"name":"中国实用医药","volume":"110 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82102494","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Material and methods. The study included 36 patients diagnosed with Crohn’s disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC) who had COVID-19 with lung damage. To identify the clinical symptoms characteristic of the post-COVID syndrome, we used a questionnaire as part of an in-depth medical examination for citizens who had had COVID-19 3, 6, 9 and 12 months before. All patients, 12 months after having COVID-19, underwent an assessment of the respiratory function (RF), echocardiography, and X-ray computed tomography of the chest organs (CT scan of the chest). Results. Complaints characteristic of post-COVID syndrome occurred more often and longer in patients with respiratory distress (RD). When assessing the respiratory function and echocardiography, minor changes were detected; in the group of patients with RD, the changes were more pronounced. When analyzing the parameters of the CT scan of the chest after 12 months, changes were detected only in the group of patients with RD during COVID-19. The maximum number of patients in exacerbation of IBD was noted 3-6 months after COVID-19. Conclusions. According to the results of the questionnaire used as part of the in-depth medical examination of patients after COVID-19, respiratory function, echocardiography, CT scan, it was found that the post-COVID syndrome was more severe and lasted longer in patients with lung damage and RD during COVID-19.","PeriodicalId":9821,"journal":{"name":"中国实用医药","volume":"475 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87109463","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Material and methods. The object of observation: patients (159 patients aged 40 to 90 years old) hospitalized in a repurposed infectious diseases hospital for the treating patients with COVID-19. Two groups were distinguished: patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who survived (group 1a) and died from COVID-19. The design of the work involved a comparative assessment of the initial clinical and metabolic parameters in patients of both groups. Results. There were no statistically significant differences in age, BMI, duration of the outpatient phase, cholesterol, troponin, APTT, PTT, fibrinogen between the study groups. Patients with type 2 diabetes who died from COVID-19 showed a higher level of glycemia, a three times higher area of lung damage, reduced saturation, a more pronounced inflammatory reaction, manifested as an increase in serum ferritin (2.7 times), C-reactive protein — 1.5 times and immune suppression. The level of D—dimer was 2.7 times higher, the aaactivity of liver enzymes was 1.5 times higher, the number of lymphocytes was reduced 2 times. Conclusion. A high level of mortality under the maximum fulfillment of the requirements for the quality of diagnosis and treatment indicates the comorbidity severity and the need to refine the treatment tactics of this category of patients.","PeriodicalId":9821,"journal":{"name":"中国实用医药","volume":"47 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79694324","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article presents a clinical case of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction with Q tooth of posterior basal, lateral localization in a 36-year-old patient with a newly diagnosed nephrotic syndrome. In the young patient without a history of cardiovascular risk factors, coronary angiography revealed signs of progressive atherosclerotic stenosis of the coronary arteries, and the cause of MI was thrombotic occlusion of the enveloping branch of the left coronary artery. The study group included 152 patients; the control group consisted of 689 healthy volunteers. The results showed the impact of the risk allele C of KIF1B (rs10492972) gene polymorphism on the progressive forms of MS development (especially on primary progressive MS), and the relationship of the T allele with an early onset and relapsing-remitting course. The risk allele C also showed an association with the lack of response to second-line DMD therapy. Prescription of combined oral contraceptives, menopausal hormone therapy drugs, intrauterine system with levonorgestrel, and ovulation induction may lead to an increase of mammary gland density (MGD). The latest research showed that the insulin-like growth factor is also a risk factor for mammary gland density. In the Republic of Tatarstan, out of 265,217 examined women, a high mammary gland density was diagnosed in 7%, including in patients older than 60 y. o. Notably, in the overwhelming majority of them the density did not decrease during 3 years of monitoring. This testifies to the need of prolonged monitoring of mammary glands in patients, combined with estimation and correction of risk factors for mammary gland density.","PeriodicalId":9821,"journal":{"name":"中国实用医药","volume":"31 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78851202","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This problem has become more urgent with the emergence of a new coronavirus infection (NCVI) and the need for vaccination against COVID-19. The purpose — to study the features of vaccination against COVID-19 in patients with immune-inflammatory diseases (IID). Material and methods. Conducting surveys and interviews with rheumatological and nephrological patients about vaccination against COVID-19. Results. The study included 225 patients with IID of the Nephrology and Rheumatology Departments of the Republic Clinical Hospital aged 18 to 82 years, among them 133 women and 92 men. Among the 133 women surveyed, 76 (57%) were vaccinated; the main reasons for refusing vaccination were high IID activity and previous NCVI. Among the 92 men surveyed, 59 (64%) were also vaccinated. Just like in women, the main reasons for refusal were high IID activity and previous NCVI. Conclusions. Rheumatological and nephrological patients in general have a rather high (59%) commitment to vaccination against COVID-19. Patients over 35 y.o. were more committed. The main reasons for refusing to be vaccinated were medical withdrawal due to a high activity of the underlying disease and a recent NCVI. In this group of patients, vaccination against COVID-19 was effective and safe; there were no cases of NCVI within 6 months after vaccination.","PeriodicalId":9821,"journal":{"name":"中国实用医药","volume":"447 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78264193","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
