All patients were stimulated by S1S1 for 2-5 times at a frequency of 30-50 times/minute faster than PSVT, and the initial voltage was 20 V. If the PSVT could not be stopped, the stimulation frequency, number of stimulation and output voltage could be increased properly for repeated S1S1 stimulation. If above methods could not work, RS2 stimulation should be used to terminate PSVT. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000PSVT in all patients were terminated by transesophageal atrial pacing. Of them, 28 cases were terminated after the stimulation of S1S1, and 3 cases were terminated after the stimulation of RS2, additionally. The clinical recovery rate was 100%. All the participants underwent high-frequency ultrasound examination. And the lower extremity vascular lesion site, lower extremity vascular lesion type, vascular media thickness, vessel inner diameter and blood flow velocity of the two groups were compared. The characteristics of lower extremity artery sonogram were analyzed. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000The lower extremity vascular lesion rate in the observation group was 90.38%(47/52), higher than the 34.62%(18/52) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were significant differences between the observation group and control group in the incidences of plaque (50.00% vs. 19.23%), stenosis (51.92% vs. 28.85%) and occlusion (28.85% vs. 0), P< 0.05. In the observation group, the film thickness was higher than that in the control group, and the blood vessel diameter and blood flow velocity was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000High-frequency ultrasound can be used in the early diagnosis of diabetic lower extremity vascular diseases. The patients were divided into misoprostol group and anilek group by the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The patients in misoprostol group were treated with misoprostol, the patients in anilek group were treated with intramuscular or intrauterine injection of anilek. All patients were treated by CABG but without carotid endarterectomy or carotid artery stent implantation at the same time. According to the results of preoperative color Doppler echocardiography, patients were divided into mild stenosis group (unilateral or bilateral internal carotid artery stenosis <50%, n=97) and moderate-severe stenosis group (unilateral or bilateral internal carotid artery stenosis ≥50%, n=27). The perioperative stroke incidences were compared between the two groups, and multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors for stroke during perioperative period. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000There was no significant difference in the general data between the two groups (P>0.05). The incidence of perioperative stroke in the moderate-severe stenosis group (18.5%, 5/27) was higher than that in the mild stenosis group (3.01%, 3/97), P<0.05. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that moderate-severe stenosis of the carotid artery was an independent risk factor for perioperative stroke in patients with CABG (P<0.05). \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000Moderate to severe stenosis in unilateral or bilateral carotid arteries can increase the risk of stroke during perioperative period of CABG. The incidence of pain within half a year after operation was recorded. The data of gender, age, body mass index, pathological type, operation mode, white blood cell (WBC), C-reactive protein (CRP), prosthesis type and activity time of hip joint were compared between pain group and non pain group. Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of hip pain after hip replacement. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000The incidence of hip pain after hip replacement was 36.79% (39/106). Age, prosthesis type, postoperative hip joint activity time, postoperative CRP level and postoperative WBC level had statistic difference between pain group and non pain group (P 0.05). The control group received general anesthesia, while the observation group underwent ultrasound-guided bilateral ESPB on the basis of general anesthesia. On 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours after operation, visual analogue scale (VAS) scores during rest and overturning, times of self analgesia, times of remedial analgesia and satisfaction of analgesia of the two groups were observed. The control group was treated with mesalazine, and the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine capsules and mesalazine. Clinical efficacy, inflammatory immune response and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000After treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group was 93.55% (58/62), higher the 79.03% (49/62) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Patients in one-step operation group were given cervical cold knife conization (CKC) for FSE; if patients were diagnosed as non-cancer by FSE, patients underwent total hysterectomy immediately. Patients in two-step group underwent CKC for FSE first; if patients were diagnosed as non-cancer by FSE, clinicians ended the surgery; then, patients experienced routine pathological examination; if the results of pathological examination proved not to be cancer, patients underwent total hysterectomy; if the FSE showed a cancer result, patients underwent the radical operation of cervical cancer. The hospital stay, treatment coast, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative complication, anxiety degree and inappropriate rate of operation were compared between the two groups. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000Compared to two-step group, one-step group had shorter hospital stay, less hospital coast, lower anxiety degree and shorter time for the first anal exhaust (P 0.05). \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusions \u0000Performing CKC and total hysterectomy at the same time has more advantages, however, it also has limited accuracy. Patients in the research group (n=47) were treated with thioctic acid and mecobalamin, and patients in the control group (n=47) were treated with vitamin B12.
