阿尼力克治疗子宫惰性所致产后出血的疗效和安全性

目的探讨阿尼莱克治疗子宫惯性所致产后出血的疗效和安全性。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月在临汾市妇幼保健院住院的70例因子宫惯性所致产后出血患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为米索前列醇组和亚尼力克组，每组35例。米索前列醇组采用米索前列醇治疗，亚尼力组采用肌注或宫内注射亚尼力治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效，并记录分娩后2、24 h出血量及不良反应。结果阿尼列克组患者的总止血有效率(94.29%，33/35)显著高于米索前列醇组(82.86%，29/35)，P < 0.05。结论应用阿尼莱克治疗子宫惯性所致产后出血，临床效果好，可减少产后出血量，安全性高。关键词:子宫惯性;产后出血;Anilek;米索前列醇;功效;安全
