The Covid-19 pandemic accelerates its escalation. Companies are required to have the speed to make changes, innovate to continue to survive. This study tries to identify the impact of Covid-19 on performance. Researchers also include K3 as a moderating relationship between Covid-19 and performance, in the sense that companies implementing K3 in accordance with WHO standards related to Covid-19 will reduce the transmission of Covid-19, affecting performance. This research is divided into 2 stages, literature review, and explanatory quantitative approach. Primary data is the type used in this study, which is obtained directly from companies and respondents. Companies that are the object of this research are companies operating in the Makassar city from various industries. Companies are selected based on the application of K3 in the work environment. Data collection was carried out using a survey method using a questionnaire. The data obtained from the respondents were processed using a structural equation model (SEM) with a partial least squares (PLS). The majority of respondents own participation in national scale companies (single country) as much as 75% and 25%, respectively. Measurement of validity and reliability shows results that meet the category. The test results show an R-square value of 0.644 or 64.4% which can be categorized as having a moderate model. Hypothesis 1 The positive influence of the Covid-19 impact on company performance is supported. The impact of covid19 on company performance can be strengthened or weakened by the implementation of K3. In practice, this research contributes to the company's understanding of how influential Covid-19 is on company performance. In theory, this research contributes to the gaps in the understanding of researchers related to the covid19 pandemic, this study also confirms that the covid19 pandemic has a very large influence on the company's performance in general in terms of reducing productivity, quality and can cause costs to be incurred by the company. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Covid-19; Occupational Health and Safety; Performance; Moderating \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Perubahan merupakan fenomena mutlak kita jumpai di era revolusi industri 4.0. This study examines the effect of tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness, and service quality on taxpayer compliance in fulfilling tax obligations. The research sample comes from individual taxpayers who have met the requirements in the Taxpayer provisions. Respondents comprise 150 taxpayers spread over several Bandung, West Java Province areas. The quantitative data the researchers obtained from the respondents were then processed using a different statistical approach with multiple linear regression analysis models. Quantitative data processing uses SPSS version 23 statistical data processing application. The results show that, first, tax knowledge affects taxpayer compliance. Second, the taxpayer's understanding of tax provisions affects taxpayer compliance. Responden terdiri dari 150 wajib pajak yang tersebar pada beberapa wilayah di kota Bandung, Propinsi Jawa Barat. Data kuantitatif yang berhasil peneliti peroleh dari para responden selanjutnya diolah menggunakan pendekatan statistik diferensial dengan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengolahan data kuantitatif menggunakan aplikasi pengolahan data statistik SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertama, pengetahuan perpajakan memberi pengaruh pada ketaatan Wajib Pajak. This research uses a quantitative descriptive study design, in which researchers describe the level of technostress among banking workers as a result of the use of information technology and digitalization during the pandemic. The level of technostress is identified through the variables Techno-Overload, Techno-Invasion, Techno-Complexity, Techno-Insecurity and Techno-Uncertainty. Based on the results of the research and analysis, it can be concluded that the levels of technostress experienced by banking sector workers in Palembang during the pandemic were in the medium and high categories. Based on the results of interviews, stress levels were in both the medium and high categories experienced by young people (24-29 years and 35-39 years). By identifying the level of technostress based on gender, it is known that both in the medium and high categories the level of stress as a result of using technology is experienced more by women both in the Techno-Overload, Techno-Invasion, Techno-Complexity, Techno-Insecurity and Techno-Uncertainty variables. Companies must be aware of the factors that can influence employee motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine employee motivation in terms of two Herzberg motivation theories, using the parameters of hygiene factors and motivational factors. This study is a quantitative descriptive study. Employees of PT PLN Punagaya's work partners were studied, including PT 911 Celebes Security (74 employees), PT PLN Tarakan (139 employees), PT Cahaya Abadi Performance (57 employees), and PT Bumi Jasa Utama (5 employees). The sample in this study represents approximately 80% of the total employees of PT PLN Punagaya's partners. The research instrument is a questionnaire based on Herzberg's two factors motivation theory. The results showed that on hygiene factors which include company and administrative policies, supervision/supervisor techniques, interpersonal relationships, salary, position, working conditions, feeling of security at work/job security, and overall personal life, the results are relatively (quite) satisfied employees. On the motivational factors which include the success of completing the task, the work itself, rewards/recognition, responsibility, the possibility to develop oneself and the opportunity to advance, the overall result is that employees are relatively (quite) satisfied. So management must focus on ensuring the adequacy of hygiene factors in order to avoid employee dissatisfaction at work. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Employee Satisfaction,  Hygiene, Motivation \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Kinerja pegawai sangat dipengaruhi oleh motivasi. Perusahaan harus menyadari faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui motivasi karyawan ditinjau dengan dua teori motivasi dari Herzberg melalui parameter faktor higienis dan faktor motivasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan mitra kerja PT PLN Punagaya yaitu : PT 911 Celebes Pengamanan 74 karyawan, PT PLN Tarakan 139 karyawan, PT Kinerja Cahaya Abadi 57 karyawan, dan PT Bumi Jasa Utama 5 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sekitar 80 % dari total karyawan mitra kerja PT PLN Punagaya. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner  berdasarkan Herzberg’s two factors motivation theory. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada faktor higienis yang mencakup kebijaksanaan perusahaan dan administrasi, teknik pengawasan/penyelia, hubungan antar pribadi, gaji, jabatan, kondisi kerja, perasaan  aman  dalam  bekerja/jaminan kerja, dan kehidupan pribadi secara keseluruhan hasilnya karyawan  cukup puas. Pada faktor motivasi yang mencakup keberhasilan menyelesaikan tugas, pekerjaan itu sendiri, penghargaan/pengakuan, tanggung jawab, kemungkinan untuk mengembangkan diri dan kesempatan untuk maju, secara keseluruhan hasilnya karyawan  cukup puas. The population in this study were students of the University of Bina Darma Palembang in the first semester of the Management Department. The sample in this study amounted to 65 people. The results obtained by the multiple linear regression equation Y= 0,669+0,338X1+0,123X2+0,199X3+0,197X4. From the results of the t-test (partial) shows that advertising (0.942>0.05) and public relations (0.153> 0.05) shows that partially there is no significant effect on consumer decisions (Y) in purchasing Simpati cards, while sales promotion (0.024<0.05) and individual sales (0.009<0.05) partially significant effect on consumer decisions (Y) in purchasing a Simpati starter pack card. This study was conducted on employees of MSMEs of processed culinary products in the city of Palembang, totalling 127 respondents. The sample was carried out by purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the survey collected the data through a questionnaire using a Likert scale with multiple regression analysis approaches, with a significance level of 5% to analyze data. The results showed that Person-Organization Fit (P-O fit) did not positively affect employee job satisfaction, with a value of 0.063 with a probability > 0.05. Extra role performance positively affected job satisfaction, with a value of 0.000, meaning that the value was less than <0.005. The ANOVA or F test results obtained an F count of 35.414 with a probability of 0.000. Because the probability value is less than 0.05, the regression model can be used to predict job satisfaction. Responden penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan UMKM produk olahan kuliner di kota Palembang berjumlah 127 responden. Purposive sampling digunakan dalam sampel penelitian ini, dengan dilakukan survey untuk pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert dan pendekatan analisis regresi berganda, tingkat signifikansi 5 % untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Person-Organization Fit (P-O fit) tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan  nilai 0,063 dengan probabilitas > 0,05, kinerja extra role  berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja nilai 0,000 artinya nilai tersebut kurang dari   <0,005. Acquisition activities in Indonesia in 2019-2020 have increased because of the types of transactions and the scope of transactions. Acquisition activities carried out will be reflected in the company’s performance, namely financial and market performance. This study aims to determine the company's financial performance and market performance before and after the acquisition. This study uses a different test analysis technique: the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and the Paired T-Test. The results of this study are that the financial performance described by CR, DER, TATO, NPM, ROA, EPS and PER there is no significant difference before and after the acquisition and market performance as described by Tobin’s Q there is no significant difference before and after the acquisition. \u0000Keywords: acquisition; financial performances; market performances \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Persaingan antar perusahaan pada era globalisasi ini diperlukan strategi yang tepat untuk guna memenuhi tujuan yang diinginkan perusahaan, yaitu akuisisi. Kegiatan akuisisi di Indonesia pada tahun 2019-2020 mengalami peningkatan karena jenis transaksi dan ruang lingkup transaksi mengalami peningkatan. Kegiatan akuisisi yang dilakukan akan tercermin pada kondisi kinerja keuangan dan kinerja pasar. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan kinerja keuangan dan kinerja pasar perusahaan sebelum dan sesudah akuisisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test serta Uji Paired T-Test. The study aims: (1) To test and analyze the influence of brand awareness on purchase decisions in Jawa Barat. (2) To test and analyze the influence of brand image to purchase decisions in Jawa Barat. (3) To test and analyze the influence of brand awareness and brand image to purchase decisions in Jawa Barat. The kind of this research is explanatory research. The population of this research are the consumer of Teh Botol Sosro, with a total sample were 200 consumers of Teh Botol Sosro in Jawa Barat. Technique elected sampling used the purposive sampling technique. The survey by questionnaire collected data that was already tested using validity and reliability tests.  The data analysis technique used assumption classic tests, simple regression and multiple regression. This research showed that: (1) Brand awareness influences purchase decisions in Jawa Barat. (2) Brand image influences purchase decisions in Jawa Barat. (3) Brand awareness and brand image affect the purchase decisions in Jawa Barat. \u0000 Keyword: Brand awareness, Brand Image, and Purchase Decision. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Industri teh dalam kemasan semakin diminati oleh berbagai merek yang menjadi pesaing merek Teh Botol Sosro. Penelitian bertujuan (1) Menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran merek pada keputusan pembelian konsumen Teh Botol Sosro di Jawa Barat. (2) Menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh citra merek pada keputusan pembelian konsumen Teh Botol Sosro di Jawa Barat. Menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran merek dan citra merek pada keputusan pembelian konsumen Teh Botol Sosro di Jawa Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian merupakan konsumen minuman ringan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 orang yang termasuk konsumen Teh Botol Sosro di Jawa Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang  digunakan berupa purposive sampling. Teknik survey dengan kuesioner dilakukan untuk pengumpulan data. Uji instrumen yang dipilih berupa uji validitas, reliablitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh kesadaran merek pada keputusan pembelian Teh Botol Sosro di Jawa Barat. (2) Terdapat pengaruh citra merek pada keputusan  pembelian Teh Botol Sosro di Jawa Barat. Although employee job satisfaction has been studied extensively, the intervening role of employee job satisfaction in the relationship between management characteristics and employee creativity is yet sparsely been researched. The present study analyses the relationships between supervisor humility and abusive supervision and employee creativity mediated by employee job satisfaction. This study was conducted using an online survey disseminated in May – June 2022, where 180 employees of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries located in Jakarta were selected with a purposive sampling method. The Structural Equation Model was utilized as an inferential analysis tool. The results of this study indicated that supervisor humility has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction.In contrast, supervision affects employee job satisfaction negatively. Third, employee job satisfaction has a positive impact on employee creativity. Lastly, employee job satisfaction mediates the relationship between the supervisor's humility and abusive supervision toward employee creativity. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Abusive Supervisor, Employee Creativity, Employee Job Satisfaction, Supervisor Humility. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Hambatan yang memisahkan karyawan dengan rekan kerja atau karyawan dengan atasannya memegang peranan penting dalam menjaga kelangsungan hidup suatu organisasi karena mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan dan kreativitas karyawan. Meskipun kepuasan kerja karyawan telah dipelajari secara ekstensif, peran intervensi kepuasan kerja karyawan dalam hubungan antara karakteristik manajemen dan kreativitas karyawan belum banyak diteliti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kerendahan hati penyelia dan pengawasan yang kasar dan kreativitas karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan survei online yang disebar pada bulan Mei – Juni 2022 dimana 180 pegawai Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan yang berada di Jakarta dipilih dengan metode Purposive Sampling dan Structural Equation Model digunakan sebagai alat analisa inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kerendahan hati penyelia berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kedua, pengawasan yang kasar berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Ketiga, kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap kreativitas karyawan. The type of research used is quantitative with descriptive analysis research methods. The kind of data used is primary data, with data collection in the form of questionnaires distributed by researchers to bank customers in Batam City. The sample obtained from the results of the questionnaire distribution was 375 respondents using purposive sampling with Slovin's formula. The data analysis method uses a structural equation model with validity and reliability tests using the Smart PLS 3 application. The results of this study prove that there is a significant influence on investment decisions by financial literacy, financial knowledge, overconfidence, financial behaviour, risk aversion and risk perception, but the moderating variable does not have a significant effect. \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Investment Decision, Behavioral Finance, Financial Literacy \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari literasi keuangan, pengetahuan keuangan, sikap terlalu percaya diri, perilaku keuangan, aversi risiko dan persepsi risiko terhadap keputusan investasi dengan persepsi risiko sebagai variabel moderasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian analisis deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner yang disebarkan oleh peneliti kepada kalangan nasabah bank di Kota Batam. Sampel yang didapatkan dari hasil penyebaran kuisioner adalah sebanyak 375 responden menggunakan purposive sampling dengan formula slovin. Metode analisis data menggunakan model persamaan structural dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan bantuan applikasi Smart PLS 3.
