FinTech is a technology-based financial service that allows financial transactions to be made quickly, anywhere, and anytime. FinTech has given MSMEs advantages, from capital financing to easy transaction processes to boost MSMEs' growth. This research aims to see how the adoption of FinTech and financial literacy affect the development of Indonesia's MSMEs. Data were used online questionnaires while samples were selected using a convenience sampling technique with 125 business owners participating in this research. Data were then analyzed using the OLS regression method. The data was processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The sample period starts from January 2001 to December 2022, with a prediction period from July 2009 to December 2022 that accommodates the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. The results showed that sample skewness was able to predict market excess returns one month in advance. This ability emerged, especially when the COVID-19 pandemic crisis hit. This finding indicates that investors tend to look for securities that have lottery-like characteristics, which causes the price of these securities to experience mispricing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sample skewness mampu memprediksi excess return pasar satu bulan ke depan. Kemampuan ini muncul khususnya saat krisis pandemi Covid-19 melanda. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa investor cenderung mencari sekuritas yang memiliki karakteristik seperti lotere yang menyebabkan harga sekuritas ini mengalami mispricing. The informants in this interview are MSME actors, employees, and customers. Data processing is carried out using the balanced scorecard (BSC) method, which uses four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business, and growth mindsets, and learning as a measurement of MSME performance. The results of this study indicate that the MSME actors have a high entrepreneurial orientation marked by the implementation of entrepreneurial orientation indicators. In terms of product diversification, it has also diversified its products and produced eight new products within five years. Still, it could have been more optimal due to the constraints of the quality of human resources, tools or machines, and marketing strategies that need attention. This study also found the inhibiting factors for the development of MSMEs, including aspects of capital, aspects of human resources, aspects of production and equipment, aspects of governance and institutions, and aspects of product competitors, the factor of the Covid-19 pandemic. And the supporting factors for the development of MSMEs include easy access to raw materials, guidance and assistance for the Department of Trade and Industry and SMEs in Demak Regency, product quality that can compete, unique values, originality, and authenticity of products. Then the results of the study also found the potential development in the SMEs, including the prospect of developing innovation and product diversification, increasing the brand image of the SMEs as souvenirs typical of Demak, and expanding market share. This study aims to analyze the effect of Live Selling which is a live broadcast where sellers make sales by displaying products to buyers at the same time online in increasing purchasing in adolescents. This research use a quantitative research. The sampling technique used is a randomized sampling technique where 388 respondents have been collected to be measured. Data processing is carried out and provided the following result : (1) Interaction variable has an effect on psychological distance, but has an influence on social presence and trust, (2) Professionalization variable has an effect on social presence, psychological distance, and spread, (3) There is no influence between spread and presence social, and (4) Visualization affects social presence, dissemination, and psychological distance. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that with sellers who have professionalism, good interaction, displaying products with attractive visualizations can increase purchasing in adolescents so that if they do not have these three things, they will reduce purchasing intentions. Setelah melakukan penelitian dan pembahasan kasus yang menyebabkan turunnya jumlah mahasiswa baru pada program studi pendidikan olahraga diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor yang paling dominan yang menyebabkan adalah karena program studi pendidikan olahraga tidak populer bagi siswa yang akan melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. This examination measures Disclosure CSR by Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 2021. This research used 5 (five) variable control: firm size, leverage, sales growth, NI and company age. Data used in this research is derived from annual reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. By using purposive sampling, there are 128 company samples. The analysis methodology for this research was a regression test. The results show that CSRD significantly affects earning management negatively, as well as family ownership. Moderation of family ownership has reinforced the negative effect on the relationship between CSRD and earning management. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: CSRD, Earning Management, Family Ownership \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami hubungan pengungkapan CSR terhadap earning management yang dimoderasi oleh kepemilikan keluarga. Pengungkapan CSR untuk penelitian ini diukur dengan indeks Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 2021. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan tahunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2021, dan sampel sebanyak 128 perusahaan diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi. Akibatnya, ditemukan bahwa CSRD memiliki efek negatif pada earning management. Kepemilikan keluarga berpengaruh negatif terhadap earning management. The phenomenon that appears in OKU Regency today is that there are still many farmers who sell their rubber to middlemen around the rubber factory. This is of course interesting to study, because of that factories were established aimed at helping rubber farmers in terms of marketing rubber. The problem raised in this study is what factors affect farmers around the factory, especially those who sell their rubber to middlemen, not rubber processing factories. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence farmers to sell their rubber to middlemen around the rubber factory in OKU Regency. In Lubuk Raja District there is a rubber processing factory and it is the only rubber processing factory in OKU Regency. The research was carried out in February 2022. The research method used is a case study method where Lubuk Raja District is the only location for a rubber processing factory in OKU and is considered a case unit. The sampling method used is the multistage sampling method. From a population of 257 rubber farmers in Lubuk Raja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, 120 farmers were sampled using the Slovin formula. The research data collection was carried out using a questionnaire containing a list of questions addressed to rubber farmers in Lubuk Raja District, OKU Regency. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of research and analysis conducted, it is certain that the factors that determine farmers selling their rubber to middlemen are bokar prices (X1), kinship relations (X2), and loan funds from middlemen (X3). Based on the results of the analysis, it is certain that the local government will continue to motivate farmers to try to sell their rubber at a rubber processing factory as a means of marketing rubber in OKU Regency. \u0000 \u0000Keywords:determination, rubber farmers, middleman \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penduduk di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) rata-rata memiliki mata pencaharian sebagai petani karet. Fenomena yang muncul di Kabupaten OKU saat ini adalah masih banyaknya petani yang menjual karetnya pada tengkulak di sekitar pabrik karet. Hal ini tentu saja menarik untuk diteliti, karena didirikannya pabrik olah karet ditujukan untuk membantu petani karet dalam hal pemasaran karet. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi petani karet di sekitar pabrik, mayoritas menjual karetnya justru kepada tengkulak, bukan ke pabrik pengolahan karet.
