Loginov","doi":"10.1051/bioconf/20236614010","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1051/bioconf/20236614010","url":null,"abstract":"Ensuring food security is one of the key areas in the management of economic security. Today, Russia's food security is sufficiently strengthened. However, a reasonable question arises about the promising directions of its development. The article explores the possibility of using digital platforms to improve the efficiency of national food security management. It is established that currently many countries of the world are betting on increasing the level of self-sufficiency in food as a fundamental condition for ensuring national food security. At the same time, the importance of criteria such as food quality and compliance of the domestic food market with the requirements of healthy nutrition is rapidly increasing. Using the example of the dairy market, it is shown that the Russian food market is quite stable and is characterized by the predominance of domestic production over imports in resources. There is an increase in exports. At the same time, there are no signs of active import substitution, the growth of domestic consumption lags behind the growth of production. To solve the current problems of food security, it is proposed to implement digital platforms in the agro-industrial complex at the stages of production of agricultural raw materials, its processing, consumption control and implementation of social policy to support the nutrition of socially vulnerable segments of the population. The use of digital platforms is aimed at improving the efficiency of national food security management.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"258 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76216966","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To determine the prognosis of cerebral strokes in the near future, a “Register of cerebral strokes” was conducted in the desert-steppe zones of Uzbekistan – using the example of the Khorezm region for 2019. The conducted register of strokes in 2019 in the desert-steppe zones of Uzbekistan revealed 3569 cases of stroke, of which 1967 (55.1%) in men and 1602 (44.9%) in women. The population aged 20 years and older was 1,150,135 people, of which 565,722 men (49.2%) and 584,413 women (50.8%). The mean age of patients with stroke was 63.85±0.2 years, in men - 62.9±0.3 years, in women - 65.1±0.3 years. The incidence of cerebral strokes corresponded to 194.43 cases per 100,000 population. The incidence of cerebral strokes at the age of 20 and older was 310.32 cases per 100,000 populationThe main risk factors for stroke are: arterial hypertension (62.3%), atherosclerosis (19.5%), coronary heart disease (7.5%), diabetes mellitus (3.8%). Seasonality of strokes in the region - ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes prevailed in winter (28.1% and 29.7%) and spring (31.7% and 25.0%) months, respectively. Subarachnoid hemorrhages prevailed in summer (36.8%) months. In winter and spring, the “spastic” type of heart is a provoking meteorological risk factor for the development of ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes. In summer - “hypoxic”, and in autumn - “unstable weather with the transition from indifferent to” spastic “weather types are provoking meteorological factors for the development of subarachnoid hemorrhages.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"30 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76239351","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The cultivation was performed for 30 days on MS medium supplemented with 4.0 mg/L BAP. The regimes of cultivation included 15 min. immersion every 4, 8 and 12 hours. The highest amount of accumulated dry biomass (ADB = 10.86 ± 0.02 g/L) was reached at 15 min. immersion at every 8 hours, whereas the lowest (ADB = 4.65 ± 0.26 g/L) was recorded when 15 min. immersion on every 4 hours was used. HPLC analyses showed that the higher polyphenol content was achieved when shoots were cultivated by using 15 min. immersion on every 12 hours. At this conditions, the shoots produced maximal amounts of chlorogenic acid (164.82±32.36ug/g DW), caffeic acid (26,90±6,80μg/g DW), rutin (891,67±122,29μg/g DW) and rosmarinic acid (559,19±19,85μg/g DW). The observed antioxidant activity (DPPH, ABTS, CUPRAC and FRAP) was following the accumulation of total phenolic. The study demonstrates that TIS are effective for cultivation of Gardenia jasminoides shoots.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"34 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87141034","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The strain was given a codename BG28. It was revealed that the isolate is capable of using high concentrations of sodium benzoate (up to 15 g/l) as a substrate. At the same time, the rate and division constants of a culture that grows at 5 g/l, 10 g/l, and 15 g/l do not differ. However, the mean and specific increment of BG28 at the end of the logarithmic growth phase is significantly higher in the variant with 5 g/l. It was testified, that with the shortest duration of the logarithmic growth phase on a medium with 5 g/l, the substrate loss constant is higher than in other variants. The difference in the kinetic parameters of the culture at 5 g/l and 10 g/l sodium benzoate is insignificant. With an increase of the substrate concentration to 15 g/l, the duration of the logarithmic growth phase increased significantly, but the sodium benzoate decrease constant was found to be the lowest. During the study of the individual properties of BG28, it was revealed that the strain is capable of growing on benzoic acid. On this basis, it can be assumed that the culture contributes to the degradation of plant residues during vermicomposting. Besides, the isolate grows on a mineral nutrient medium with polyethylene glycol 6000 and liquid paraffin. In the process of the individual properties estimation, it was revealed that the strain is capable of local suppression of the Alternaria brassicicola VKM F-1864 mold growth when co-cultivated on agar nutrient medium.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"120 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87765603","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is believed that the working bodies fixed with elastic struts make intense vibrations, which leads to an improvement in the quality of soil crumbling and a decrease in traction resistance similar to the vibrations of a vibrator. However, the paws on the elastic rack when working receive a deviation from the set processing depth by 10-15% more than with a rigid suspension and do not maintain the optimal cutting geometry. It is established that elastic displacements depend on the configuration of spring struts.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"31 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88335170","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

While some contend that its cultivation began in France, others assert that it originated in Italy around a thousand years ago. French farmers discovered in the 17th century that champignons thrived not just on manure-fertilized lawns but also in dark, damp quarters, a method that is still used today. Champignon was cultivated on dedicated farms on royal estates when European kings ruled the continent because it was a costly and uncommon delicacy. The objective of this study was to analyze the composition of the common mushroom using mass spectrometry with a Chromatek-Crystal 5000 spectrometer. The study aimed to extract and quantitatively determine the compounds present in the common fungus. A technology for obtaining the drug was developed through experiments, which involved extracting plant materials with absolute alcohol. The methodology employed can be used to further explore the properties of the common mushroom, and contribute to the development of effective pharmaceutical products.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"9 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88431225","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
