Based on the single-factor test, The Box-Behnken central combination design approach was employed to investigate the optimal production process of fairy tofu. According to the findings, there were substantial changes (P<0.05) in the qualitative attributes of tofu at varied material-to-liquid ratios, drying temperatures (the leaves of Premna microphylla Turcz) and grinding temperatures during the production process. The optimal process parameters were: material-to-liquid ratio of 1:60 (g:g), drying temperature of 20 °C and a grinding temperature of 90 °C. The yield of fairy tofu produced under this process parameter was 46.02 g/g, which was 55.33% higher than the yield of fairy tofu produced by the unoptimized process. It indicated that the optimized process conditions for the production of pure natural fairy tofu are feasible and can produce a high-yield and high-quality of fairy tofu. This study provides a theoretical basis for the reuse of the leaves of Premna microphylla Turcz. and lays the foundation for the large-scale production of fairy tofu.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"44 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"73591435","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The conditions for collecting such a tax from the EU will affect the interests of the EU itself for the next two decades remaining under the Green Deal until zero emissions. Apparently, the mechanism of tax collection will soon become clear, where and for what the collected funds will be directed. The issue of the impact of new taxes on Russian exports shifts the internal debate over the nature of such regulation to several urgent issues. This is the need for a more accurate, reliable and documented accounting of emissions in the country. And this is the choice of the option of adapting the country’s tax system to minimize the losses of companies, which began to be actively discussed, since the time factor begins to operate. An important aspect of the problem is the need for the simultaneous and rapid introduction of measures in the field of regulation, taxes, statistics in a complex, depending on the chosen response option. The new measures will not only affect the country’s climate programs, taxation and foreign trade, but will also have implications for economic strategy and even regional development.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"6 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85819240","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A person dissolves into virtual reality, the personality is split into two, i.e. realized and manifested at different levels in different ways in virtual and real reality, there is a transformation of consciousness and, as a consequence of legal consciousness. In our opinion, the above provision is an urgent problem and requires theoretical and legal analysis. It is noted that a decrease in patients’ attention to their health, as well as an untimely appeal to a specialized specialist for advice, can lead to the development of serious complications and even surgical intervention. The authors investigate in detail the features of common ENT diseases, possible symptoms, as well as complications that arise in the case of a chronic course of such diseases. At the same time, considerable emphasis is placed on the importance of the prevention of ENT diseases, among these measures are proper nutrition, a healthy lifestyle, regular medical examinations and following recommendations for the care of ENT organs. The paper emphasizes that timely diagnosis and treatment of ENT pathologies should be identified as key factors that ensure the necessary level of physical health of patients, for this reason, it is necessary to consult a specialist at the first symptoms of the disease. Investigating the methods of diagnosis of ENT diseases, the authors of the work also pay attention to the consideration of methods of treatment of ENT diseases, especially noting conservative therapy, since at the early stages of the development of the disease it allows to restore the patient’s health without resorting to surgical intervention. Based on the results of consideration of the problem, it should be concluded that timely referral to a specialist, diagnosis and treatment of ENT diseases are necessary conditions for maintaining and improving the physical health of patients and their quality of life.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"2 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"73309369","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

All modern methods of preservation and long-term storage of microorganism cultures are based on the transfer of cells to a state of anabiosis, in which metabolic processes are either completely or partially stopped. One of the mechanisms that are realized during the transition to the anabiotic state is a change in cell permeability. This can be achieved by modifying the culture medium. Thus, the search for preservatives that contribute to the long-term preservation of biomass is very relevant. The primary condition for the use of any preservative or a new component of the culture medium should be the absence of a toxic effect on the cell culture. Goal of the work: to determine the cytotoxic effect of some preservatives for the cell culture of Chlorella vulgaris GKO strain. The cytotoxicity of ascorbic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, acetic acid, sodium chloride and urotropin was analyzed for the cell culture of Chlorella vulgaris strain GKO. Due to the influence of selection, the nucleotides of Bifidobacterium animalis would not be presented with equal probability. Bifidobacterium animalis was frequently added to food because of its special metabolic pathway, which could catalyze fructose and lactic acid. This study analyzed industrial Bifidobacterium animalis and environmental Bifidobacterium animalis through strategies such as a phylogenetic tree, ENC, RSCU, PR2, neutral graph, and ENC top/bottom gene enrichment graph. The result was that the Bifidobacterium animalis as a whole is greatly affected by the environment, while the difference between the internal industrial bacteria and environmental bacteria was not apparent. This study could provide a reference for the screening of industrial strains from Bifidobacterium and the further development of Bifidobacterium.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"43 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82294233","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Stavrakaki, Thomi Doudoumi, I. Daskalakis, Despoina Bouza, K. Biniari","doi":"10.1051/bioconf/20235601023","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1051/bioconf/20235601023","url":null,"abstract":"In order to counteract the various effects of climate change on the physiology of the grapevine and on the quality of the grapes leading to the wine produced, many different approaches have been proposed. The aim of this study was to assess the effect of different cultivation techniques on the quantitative and qualitative characters of the grapes of cv Xinomavro, during the cultivation season 2019-2020. The experimental vineyard is located in Giannakochori, Naoussa (Greece), where the vines are trained in bilaterally cordon-trained (bilateral Royat) and plant density of 4000 vines/ha. The following viticultural techniques were evaluated on two different sub-plots of the vineyard: (i) the effect of two training systems (Lyre-shaped training system – bilateral Royat) on the southern side of the rows (vineyard orientation W-E), (ii) the effect of two planting densities (4000 and 10000 vines/ha). In all samples, the sugar content of the must was calculated using a refractometer, the active acidity (pH) using a pH meter and the total acidity using a sodium hydroxide solution (NaOH). Mechanical analysis of the grapes of all the samples under study was performed. The weight of thirty (30) berries, the weight of the grape and the length and width of the berries and the grapes of each sample were measured. The use of a spectrophotometer quantified the content of grape's skin in total anthocyanins, total phenolics, condensed tannins, total ortho-diphenols, total flavonoids, total flavanols, total flavonols and flavones and their antioxidant capacity with the use of FRAP and DPPH methods. The use of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) identified the most important anthocyanins and acids found in grapes. The measurements in the grape seeds were made on the same compounds as the skins, except for total and individual anthocyanins. Differences in sugars and active acidity of the must as well as in phenolic compounds were observed during the various treatments. The training systems also exhibited differences: the grapes originating from the Lyre-shaped training system showed higher concentration of total soluble solids and tannins, while those originating from the bilateral Royat recorded higher pH. The right side of the vines, which was more exposed to higher temperatures (due to southern wind), recorded higher concentrations in most phenolic compounds. Planting density recorded differences in almost all measurements and especially in total and individual anthocyanins. Moreover, the results showed increased concentration in skin tannins, in total soluble solids, pH, and higher concentration of total phenolics and flavonoids, thus making the wine coming from these grapes ideal for maturing and ageing.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"27 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82525510","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
