This paper investigates how patterns of production and trade in main wine producing regions respond to changes in climate and policy interventions. An approach based on a combination of Ricardian trade and climate models suggests that higher temperatures in the main producing regions of wine benefit both production and trade of wine. A gravity-based analysis shows that the effects of policy interventions on the global trade of wine are heterogeneous and dependent on the specific objective of the intervention.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"12 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90632252","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Strains of nodule bacteria Sinorhizobium meliloti were used as inoculants: SHM1-105, 415, A-1, A-5, and a control variant without inoculation. As a result of research, it was revealed that the minimum length of stems in 2021 was fixed in the Pastbischnaya 88 + 415 variant, and amounted to 12.5 cm, in 2022 — Taisia with A1 and SHM1-105, 8.8 cm each. The maximum length of stems in 2021 was marked by a hybrid 506 in a combination of A1 and SHM1-105 strains, the indicator was 40.4 and 40.3, respectively, in 2022 — Agnia VIC + A5, 28 cm. In 2021, the Pastbischnaya 88 variety with the strain SHM1-105 turned out to be the most competitive, its share prevailed over the unseeded admixture, and reached 54.8%, in 2022 variant Agnia VIC + 415 was distinguished with this indicator, with a mass fraction of 65.45%. The positive effect of inoculation was revealed, the best symbiotic varietal microbial systems were determined. The strain of nodule bacteria 415 is marked by a complex effect on all varieties of variegated alfalfa. According to the yield of dry weight (3.3 t/ha on average), the Taisia variety and the SGP hybrid were distinguished.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"21 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77326336","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The increasing relevance of methods for achieving sustainable development of the world economy is due to several factors. The fuel and energy complex is not only the backbone of the Russian economy, but also one of the most important elements in ensuring (taking into account climatic conditions) the country’s energy security. The geopolitical factor today forms the energy reality, and this trend implies the growing importance of developing an optimal mechanism for managing all processes in this area. Particular attention in public administration should be given to updating the priority tasks of the state energy policy and energy strategies of the Russian Federation, taking into account the goals of sustainable development. The strategic task today is to protect Russia’s interests in the dynamic system of regulation of world energy markets.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"5 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90672389","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Anxiety, depression, insomnia, and other psychological symptoms ensued. And if appropriate measures are not taken in a timely manner, the “psychological crisis pandemic” will erode people more than COVID-19. To date, many experts have proposed interventions centred on maintaining the mental health of the population. Considering some special populations and the specificity of the epidemic period, researchers have given a variety of references, encompassing traditional psychological treatment methods and emerging online therapies. This paper reviews and summarizes the psychological problems that emerged in the population during the COVID-19 pandemic, and proposes appropriate interventions for different populations, providing feasible solutions for maintaining the mental health of the population, which will help people have a clearer understanding of mental health and prevent mental illness in time.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"49 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90771405","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

From a methodological point of view, the “face” of a cluster, its specialization and name are formed by the cluster core companies, and this is of fundamental importance. Companies that belong to one cluster core cannot access the core of another cluster, but can participate in another cluster at the second or third level of the cluster structure. As the companies in the cluster core produce the same type of products, competition between them will continue. A key feature of the cluster core is the competition between the companies that make it up, i.e. there is both competition and collaboration in the cluster core. As a result authors, proposals were made to improve the efficiency of clusters in Uzbekistan.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"75 3 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89983569","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem of environmental protection and rational nature management is complex, interdisciplinary and multifaceted. This nature of the problem is determined, first of all, by the complexity of the structure of the managed object. The most important components of the ecological-socio-economic system are nature, man, society and production. All these elements are closely interconnected. Thus, human well-being depends on the socio-economic level of development, the level of manufacturability of production and the state of the natural environment. The development of production depends on the number of workers, the level of their education and training, the state of health and the interest of people in the development of production. At the same time, production depends on the scale and intensity of the use of natural resources. In turn, the state of ecological systems to a decisive extent depends on the scale of production and the nature of production technologies, the results of their impact on nature.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"6 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89530446","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, these new varieties have appeared recently and only few studies have been conducted to check the quality of the wine that they produce. In this study, wines originated from hybrids were chemically characterized (polyphenols, tannins, anthocyanins, and color analysis). Results show that their oenological parameters were close to those of the Vitis vinifera wines. The wines made from Vinifera (100%), with Vidoc, and all the resistant Bouquets studied are malvidin-3 glucoside dominant, and all the others hybrids varieties are cyanidin dominant. Furthermore, the hybrid wines had a higher concentration in condensed tannins and a lower one in molecular tannins compared with the Vitis vinifera wines, except for the Vidoc wines. As far as the anthocyanin content is concerned, the samples contained anthocyanin diglucosides, with the malvidin-3,5-diglucoside (malvin) the most abundant one. Also, their concentration in molecular anthocyanins were higher than the concentration in normal wines. The Vidoc wines do not contain any malvin. For the other wines, malvin co-eluted with cyanidin-3-O-glucoside and in this case, the cyanidin’s concentration was impressively higher than the Vidoc wines. The current OIV method gives different results for malvidol diglucoside compared to the use of an HPLC chromatography method (HPLC-DAD-QQQ). The current OIV method does not appear reliable in comparison with the HPLC method for detecting malvin. Finally, the hybrid wines had a darker blue/purplish color than the Vitis vinifera wines.","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":"1999 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89656706","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
