Although linguists agree on this fact in language acquisition, they differ in their views on the acquisition process. Every opinion is based on a theory towards the nature of language. This research aims to explain and evaluate the linguistic theory in Arabic heritage. The researcher reads deeply the references, After a comprehensive understanding is formed on the object of the research, the researcher analyzes and realizes this information. The results of this research indicate that the Arabic heritage took place in the various theories presented by Arab linguists, namely “analysis” and “classification”. The various assumptions and theories used by the Arab linguistic heritage to classify the language and to describe it can be combined in an interference group of circles representing the general structure of the linguistic classification theory, as the various assumptions define and visualize their location from each other. So, the Arabic lesson needs to be reviewed and described as taxonomic rather than a standard lesson. \u0000Keywords: Linguistic theory, Arabic Heritage, Evaluation.","PeriodicalId":8040,"journal":{"name":"Applied Medical Informaticvs","volume":"4 1","pages":"151-172"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88017520","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They are formulated for the Euclidean space representation. However, computer graphics uses the projective extension of the Euclidean space and homogeneous coordinates for representation geometric transformations with points in the E or E space. The projection operation from the E to the E space leads to the necessity to convert coordinates to the Euclidean space if the clipping operation is to be used. In this contribution, an optimized simple algorithm for line and line segment clipping in the E space, which works directly with homogeneous representation and not requiring the conversion to the Euclidean space, is described. It is based on Geometric Algebra (GA) formulation for projective representation. The proposed algorithm is simple, efficient and easy to implement. The algorithm can be efficiently modified for the SSE4 instruction use or the GPU application, too.","PeriodicalId":8040,"journal":{"name":"Applied Medical Informaticvs","volume":"67 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84050433","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Within the broad class of materials available today, functional materials provide unique opportunity for developing novel components and devices as their physical and chemical properties. A combination of ferromagnetic and ferroelectric materials provides a new class of functional materials, termed as magnetoelectrics. An overview of modern magnetoelectric composites and examples of the design of electronic devices based on them are presented. The feature of these materials is that their parameters changes under the influence of an external magnetic and electric fields. The behavior of magnetoelectric composites in the wide frequency range is considered. Modeling of ME composites at low frequencies and in the field of electromechanical, ferromagnetic and magnetoacoustic resonances has shown that they can be effectively used to design various electronic devices in a wide frequency range. Nomographs method which can be used to plot the ME parameters versus initial material parameters and component volume fractions is presented. Nomographs can be used for a quick test of ME composites for applications where an approximate answer is appropriate and useful. Examples of ME composites application such as: magnetic field sensors, current sensors, microwave phase shifters, filters, attenuators, isolators are presented.","PeriodicalId":8040,"journal":{"name":"Applied Medical Informaticvs","volume":"55 1","pages":"15"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86785714","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with trianguliation techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results revealed the use of Vlog /Vlogging in Mahārah kalām learning using the following steps: (1) Determination of the theme by lecturers supporting the course, (2) Preparation of ideas as material for making scripts/scenarios, (3) Site selection, (4) Evaluation of results, (5) and publication of Vlog video results on social media accounts. received a very positive response from students of the IAIN Palangka Raya Language Education Study Program. 28 out of 30 students gave positive responses regarding the use of Vlogs in the learning of Mahārah kalām. This positive response is based on several reasons: its use is easy, flexible, practical, and economical. Students are also required to be more creative in making vlogging videos so as to produce a good video. but the use of Vlog is also not free from negative responses such as cheating by students who seem to hide the text/script behind the camera so that the video presented is not entirely pure from the results of Mahārah kalām.","PeriodicalId":8040,"journal":{"name":"Applied Medical Informaticvs","volume":"117 1","pages":"109-126"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80502890","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Current treatments are far from desired regarding efficacy and tolerability. Recent knowledge has been indicating targets whose antagonism may improve outcomes. Blocking CGRP or its receptor with monoclonal antibodies (mAb) can interfere with migraine mechanisms and decrease the frequency of attacks. Erenumab, galcanezumab, fremanezumab and epitnezumab were recently approved for migraine treatment and the first three are available in Brazil. Although the figures of efficacy were not astonishing, tolerability and higher adherence were demonstrated. However, real-world experience is limited in Brazil, since these new therapies have been used for only a year. Objective We present a summary of pivotal studies with the four mAb and preliminary results of this short-term option for migraine in real-world Brazilian patients. Methods One hundred twelve episodic or chronic migraineurs received the prescription of a mAb during the last 12 months in a tertiary center. This initial study was performed with 83 patients who should have taken, at the time of this writing, at least three-monthly doses of a mAb, which was chosen by a neurologist with full time dedication to headache medicine. Results Sixty-four women (77.1%) and 19 men (22.9%), with episodic (n=49; 59%) or chronic migraine (n=34; 41%), mean age of 43.6 years and mean headache history of 26.2 years were retrospectively studied. Baseline frequency was 14.8 headache days/month in the three months prior to the mAb use. Erenumab was prescribed to 40 (48.2%) patients; galcanezumab was given to 37 (44.6%) patients and fremanezumab was prescribed to 6 (7.2%) migraineurs. The mean headache frequency among the 77 patients who returned was reduced to 5.6 headache days/month in the following three months. Considering the headache frequency reduction of ≥50%, 44 (57%) migraine sufferers achieved a meaningful decrease. Mild adverse events were presented by 24.6% of the patients. Conclusion The authors present the first Brazilian experience in real-world patients using different mAbs in migraineurs' preventive treatment.","PeriodicalId":8040,"journal":{"name":"Applied Medical Informaticvs","volume":"264 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86348318","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
