Study the possibility and feasibility of using the entomopathogenic fungal preparation Boveryn to protect pinetum from damage by pine silkworms. Methods. Field (collection of vegetation samples on the soil surface from trunk circles of model trees; collection of worms from treecrowns); laboratory (species identification, physiological monitoring). At the same time, physiologically defective samples with signs of diseases and also damaged with by worm entomophages wereremoved. They were distributed according to known characteristics, namely: size of the main capsule and age. The selected materials were placed in gauze cages with common pine branches.Worms of three species of seedworms were selected accordingly, and they were diapaused on treetrunks and in the soil. During the studies, the entomopathogenic fungal preparation Boveryn wasused with a titre of 6 billion spores/g and at a concentration of 0.5 %. Results. It was found that thelevel of entomocidal action of Boveryn against worms of different ages is determined by the speciesand age susceptibility of phytophages, as well as temperature. Accounting of the changes in parameters of the death of worms of the pine silkworm of the third generation over time shows that the population is quite vulnerable to Beauveria bassiana (Bals.) Vuill — the active substance in Boveryn. Actually, the experiment confirmed the feasibility of adding suspensions of the preparation inplaces of diapause of phytophages. At an air temperature in the range of 12–17 °C, at least 50 % ofthe pest population dies in only 9.4–12.5 days. When the temperature increases, the time of deathof worms is reduced. The digital mortality characteristics of pine silkworm worms in the fourth andfifth generations (populations of worms that feed on tree crowns) are quite informative. Conclusion. To investigate the antagonistic activity of a new strain of Trichoderma viride F-100076 and its effect on the formation of micromycetes populations in the root zone of corn plants under field conditions. Methods. The antagonistic activity of T. viride F-100076 was studied by the method of mixed (counter) cultures on wort agar using phytopathogenic fungi, which were isolated and identified in the Laboratory of Plant-Microbial Interactions. The appearance and type of relationship were registered using a scale modified by Symonian and Mamikonian. The number of micromycetes was determined by the method of soil dilutions. Isolation, accounting and cultivation of fungi was carried out according to conventional methods. Micromycetes were identified according to the determinants appropriate for a specific systematic group of micromycetes. Results. It was found that T. viride IMB F-100076 is characterized by high antagonistic activity against a wide range of phytopathogenic fungi, showing hyperparasitism as early as on the eighth day. The highest antagonistic activity of the strain was found against: Alternaria radicina, Acremonium strictum, Acremonium сucurbitacearum, Fusarium oxysporum var. orthoceras, Fusarium moniliforme var. lactis, Torula expansa (5 points on the corresponding Symonian and Mamikonian scale). Data from the mycological analysis of the sod-podzolic soil of the corn rhizosphere showed that the mycocenosis of the sod-podzolic soil of the corn rhizosphere was formed by micromycetes belonging to the genera Acremonium Link, Cladosporium Corda, Fusarium Link:Fr, Gliocladium Corda, Mucor Mich, Penicillium Link:Fr, Rhizopus Ehrenb, Trichoderma Hers, among which the most represented were micromycetes of the genus Penicillium (59 %). The total number of fungi in the control variant was 291.00 ± 79.67 thousand CFU/g of soil. The introduction of straw affected both the total number of micromycetes and the genus composition of fungi. The total number of fungi in the variant with straw increased 2.6 times and amounted to 744.00 ± 114.67 thousand CFU/g of soil. The number of representatives of all studied genera of micromycetes also increased. In addition, the introduction of straw provoked the development of fungi of Bipolaris and Fusarium genera, which can be considered a negative outcome since representatives of these species are commonly recognised as pathogens of root diseases. Application of the fungus antagonist T. viride IMB F-100076 to the soil along with straw did not significantly affect the total number of micromycetes. At the same time, a displacement of fungi of the genus Bipolaris and Fusarium from the rhizosphere of corn was registered. The number of fusaria decreased from 96.00 ± 5.44 to 23.00 ± 2.32 thousand CFU/g of soil or almost 4 times and reached the level of the control variant. Fungi of the genus Bipolaris in the variant with the introduction of trichoderma were not detected. Conclusion. Determine the parameters of uptake of organic matter and biogenic elements withby-products of crops under the use of mineral and green-manure-mineral fertilization systems andmicrobial preparations. Methods. Field experiment, agrochemical, balance, statistical. Results.Under the conditions of short crop rotation “winter wheat – intermediate green manure – corn forgrain – soybean – winter wheat”, the influence of microbial preparations Biogran (on the basis ofnitrogen-fixing bacterium Azospirillum brasilense 410 and physiologically active substances) forcorn and Nitro-Legu (on the basis of complex of diazotrophs Bradyrhizobium japonicum, Azospirillum brasilense and polysaccharide) for soybeans on crop yields, uptake of by-products in the soil,balance of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium depending on fertilization systems. Under exposureto biopreparations, uptake of corn by-product in the soil increased by 1.41–2.12 t/ha, soybeans —by 0.51–0.71 t/ha of dry matter, depending on the agrarian backgrounds, which, taking into account the humification factors, can provide soil replenishment with humus at the level of 0.31 to0.47 t/ha and 0.12–0.17 t/ha, respectively. Nitrogen and phosphorus balances, as well as their intensity under the mineral fertilization system were positive. Green-manure-mineral fertilization system and pre-sowing bacterization of seeds helped to improve the parameters compared to the mineral fertilization system. Potassium balance was slightly deficient (–16.2 to 20.4 kg/ha at a balanceintensity of 78–80 %) under exposure to the mineral fertilization system and positive under exposure to green-manure-mineral system. Microbial preparations helped to improve parameters. Additional uptake of the biogenic element compounds in the soil provided an increase in the yield ofwinter wheat. According to the results of the evaluation of the balance of the key nutrients, a satisfactory ecological balance was created in the short crop rotation under exposure to green-manuremineral fertilization system and pre-sowing bacterization of corn and soybean seeds. Conclusion. Develop a fertilization system for spring wheat based on the use of effective compositions of nitrogen-fixing and phosphorus-mobilizing bacteria, which will help to reduce the spreadof disease and increase the productivity of agrocenoses. Methods. Field, measuring- and weightbased, calculation, mathematical and statistical. Results. The influence of mineral fertilizers, aftereffects of green manure, treatment of seeds with biopreparations and spraying of crops with Biocomplex-BTU on the parameters of productivity and exposure of spring wheat to powdery mildewhas been shown. It was found that pre-sowing bacterization of seeds increases yields by 3.3–12.4 %, depending on the biopreparations and fertilization background. Under the action of mineral fertilizers both separately and against the background of the after-effect of green manure, theyield increased by 31.7–41.2 %, compared with the variant without fertilizers and without inoculation. Treatment of spring wheat leaf with Biocomplex-BTU increased yield by 3.6–7.2 %, dependingon fertilizer and pre-sowing bacterization of seeds. Inoculation of seeds and treatment of crops withbiopreparations results in increase in the number and length of productive stems and grains inthe ear, although the use of fertilizers increases these parameters more significantly. Conclusion. Treatment of wheat seeds with bacterial preparations has a higher percentage efficiency in areas without fertilizers compared with fertilized ones, as well as in less favourable years for thegrowth of spring cereals, compared with more favourable. Seed inoculation with Polimiksobakterynin combination with the treatment of crops with Biocomplex-BTU, which, depending on the fertilizer, increases the crop yield by 0.54 to 0.73 t/ha, is the most effective. Methods. Physiological, microbiological, gas chromatographic, vegetation experiment, statistical.Results. The number and weight of nodules formed on soybean roots during the growing seasonunder the action of the prothioconazole-based fungicide Fever were reported to be lower comparedwith the control and other variants of experiment. Pesticides Maxym XL and Standak Top had a lesspronounced toxic effect on the formation of legume-rhizobial symbiosis with the participation offungicide-resistant B. japonicum B78 Tn5 mutant compared to Fever. A decrease in the level of N2assimilation by 10.9–41.1 % in the three-leaf phase was found with the combined use of seed pesticides and nodule bacteria included in the study, relative to the variant with inoculation only. However, during the growing season, the negative effect of fungicidal preparations on the functioning oflegume-rhizobial symbiosis decreased. Conclusion. Under the conditions of the model vegetationexperiment with the concomitant use of Standak Top and Fever and bacterization, a decrease in individual plant productivity by 7.0 and 14.1 %, respectively, has been reported. The complex actionof the pesticide Maxym XL and inoculation with pesticide-resistant B. japonicum B78 transposonmutant, contributed to the maximum increase in yield by 27.2 %. Wawancara, dokumentasi serta observasi adalah teknik pengumplan data yang digunakan oleh penulis, yaitu data dianalisis secara kualitatif menggunakan model analisis Miles dan Huberman. Pembiasaan inilah yang kemudian menjadi fokus pada mata pelajaran Fiqih di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, dimana anak tidak hanya mengenal, tapi diharapkan mampu mempraktikkan hukum syara yang bersifat amaliah dengan benar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, menjadi penting untuk mengenal anak didik dan cara memengaruhinya, tentu pendidik harus mengetahui berbagai teori belajar dan pembelajaran yang dikemukakan oleh beberapa ahli, salah satunya adalah teori belajar sosial yang dipelopori oleh Albert Bandura. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan interrelasi individu, lingkungan dan perilaku dalam pembiasaan praktik hukum syara yang bersifat amaliah pada anak MI. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa untuk mendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran Fiqih di MI Miftahul Anwar, guru memadukan antara pemodelan, proses kognitif dan lingkungan belajar. Pemodelan melibatkan guru, orang tua dan melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah. Anak menjadi observator, mengamati sekaligus meniru tingkah laku lingkungan sekolahnya terutama dari gurunya. Dalam proses pengamatan anak melakukan proses kognitif, yang didukung oleh lingkungan sebagai penguat dari tingkah laku tersebut. Orang tua peserta didik sebagai penyokong keberhasilan pembelajaran Fiqih berperan sebagai motivator sekaligus model pula bagi anak. The period along normal to the slip planes is comparable with the radius of dislocation loops in crystals. The measured degree of one-dimensional long-range order in the arrangement of the loops is close to the upper limit equal to unity. Subject to the theory of metals, the observed structure could be generated by quantum lattice vibrations, which actuate a jump-like phase transition. A simple explanation exists: after a sharp fall in temperature, the excess energy of conduction electrons causes the crystal to expand instantly with the transformation of translational symmetry. Internal shifts of the crystal lattice caused by electron-phonon interactions concurrently trigger the wave process of formation of thin martensitic plates in the surrounding matrix, which are observed in metallography.
