[Functional status of the hypertrophic left-ventricular myocardium in patients with hypertension]. 高血压患者左室肥厚心肌功能状况。

In all of them coronaro- and ventriculography was performed. In 14 cases atherosclerotic alterations of coronary arteries were present. Nobody had abnormal pump function or contractility of myocardium. End-systolic, end-diastolic and stroke volume indexes in EH patients with pronounced coronary atherosclerosis were significantly increased. The examined patients demonstrated significant alteration of the left ventricular myocardium relaxation function. Lymphocyte beta 2-adrenoreceptor density was 1.5 times more in EH patients than in normotensive donors, but the receptor affinity for CA was the same. Prostaglandin E2 infusions permitted the resistance to antihypertensive therapy be overcome in 17 patients; it was accompanied by a decrease in of lymphocyte beta 2-adrenoreceptor density, receptor's affinity for 1-isoproterenol showed a 7-fold increase. In DCMP, diffuse and diffuse small focal CS were common in all segments of the heart, including myocardial portions without macroscopically visible changes. Various types of CS in DCMP were seen in the left ventricular (92.3% cases), ventricular septum (86.5%) and right ventricle (68.2%). There are highly significant variations in the degree of CS in various patients with DC, however, different parts of the heart showed similar changes within the observation. No direct relationship was found between the cardiac weight and severity of CS. Diffuse CS prevailed in cases of DCMP with infective onset of disease. In all patients endocardial electrophysiological study and transesophageal atrial pacing were performed in order to study sinus node function and atrioventricular conduction. The results of two methods of investigation have a high correlation. Analysis of different methods of the angiographic RV volumes calculation was made. It was shown, that Ferlinz's method is adequate to get real values for RV. A new method for computer assessment of RV regional contractility was proposed--shrinkage of 5 areas in percent. Peptide pGlu-Aps-Pro-Phe-Leu-Arg-Phe-NH2 and its C-terminal fragment Arg-Phe-NH2 induced i.v. short-term increase in arterial blood pressure and heart rate in narcotized rats. Benzpgexonium could reduce both effects of the drug. The peptide effect on blood pressure could be neutralized by prazosin; tachycardia could be prevented by propranolol. The studied peptide and its C-end tetra-, penta- and dipeptide produced relaxation of isolated rat aorta toned by prostaglandin F2 alpha.
