Direnc genleri iceren bugday kulturleri, surme hastaligina karsi mucadelede fungusidlerin yerine alternatif bir mucadele yontemidir. Bugdaydaki bu direnc genleri bt genleri olarak adlandirilir. Bugune kadar bugdayda bt genlerinin cok az bir kismi bazi molekuler markorler ile tespit edilmistir. Bugdayda tum bt genlerinin tespiti icin gelistirilmis molekuler markorler bulunmamaktadir. Bu calismada, PCR tabanli molekuler markorler (Mikrosatellit ve RAPD) kullanilarak tescilli 10 bugday cesidinde (Sertak 52, Bolal 2973, Demir, Kutluk, Harmankaya 99, Pehlivan, Tosun Bey, 4-11, Sonmez 01, Bezostaja-1) bazi bt genlerinin (bt-5, bt-8, bt-10, bt-11 and bt-12) tespiti gerceklestirilmistir. PCR ile cogaltilan fragmentler, ethidium bromide (0.5 μg/ml) iceren %1.3’luk agaroz jelde ayrilmistir. Jeller UV isik altinda gozlenmis ve dijital olarak fotograflanmistir. Elde edilen DNA bantlari bt genleri icin var veya yok olarak degerlendirilmistir. Karsilastirma yapmak icin, 10 bugday cesidine karsi bes Tilletia foetida (syn. leaves) izolatinin hastalik yapma orani tarla verilerinden elde edilmistir. Kutluk ve 4-11 gibi bt10 ve bt11 genlerini iceren bugday cesitlerin tarlada hastaliga karsi daha direncli olduklari gozlenmistir. Yesil kahve cekirdeklerinin ana bilesenleri izoamilalkol (% 10.4), hekzanal (% 10.4) ve hekzakosan (% 8.2) iken, kavrulmus cekirdeklerin ana bilesenleri forfurilalkol (% 13.6), forfurilasetat (% 10.7) ve 5metil forfural (% 9.27) olarak belirlenmistir. (Cucurbitaceae) used for some medicinal purposes like antidiabetic, anticancer, antiviral and treat to gastritis was investigated. Morphological studies were supported by morphometric measurements and drawings of male and female flowers, fruit and seeds of the species. In anatomical studies, cross sections of stem and leaf, upper and lower surface sections of leaves were evaluated. It was detected that the stem with typical anatomical properties of a climbing dicotyl plant. The leaves were amphistotamic and with lots of cyctoliths on the lower surface of leaves. Stomata are anomocytic and situated much more at the lower surface of leaves. Morpho-anatomical investigations on Momordica charantia L. Ozellikle, Eskisehir iline kadar olan kisminin kullanma suyu olarak degerlendirilmesi nedeni ile Porsuk Cayi’nin su kalitesinin belirlenmesi bolgede bulunan ekosistemlerin sagligi acisindan buyuk onem arz etmektedir. Su ornekleri Porsuk Cayi uzerinde secilen 13 istasyondan (Mayis 2010- Şubat 2011) mevsimsel olarak toplanmis ve sicaklik, pH, cozunmus oksijen, tuzluluk, iletkenlik, amonyum nitrojen, nitrit nitrojen, nitrat nitrojen, sulfat, fosfat, kimyasal oksijen ihtiyaci, biyokimyasal oksijen ihtiyaci, toplam fosfor, toplam klor, kalsiyum, magnezyum, sodyum, potasyum parametreleri belirlenmistir. Tespit edilen fizikokimyasal parametreler istasyonlar arasinda istatistiksel olarak karsilastirilmis ve Faktor Analizi kullanilarak etkili faktorler siniflandirilmistir. Ayni zamanda, Past istatistik programi kullanilarak suda olculen parametrelere gore istasyonlarin benzerligini belirlemek amaci ile kumeleme analizi uygulanmistir. Elde edilen veriler uluslar arasi ve ulusal su kalite kriterleri ile karsilastirilmistir.
