The efficient and flexible LNG becomes the preferred method for natural gas storage and transportation and has gradually entered people’s daily life. The enclosure system is the key core of LNG transport and storage vessels for storage of LNG at -163°C for isolation and thermal insulation. A new type of flat half-film prismatic LNG enclosure system has been developed for the shortcomings of the existing LNG cargo enclosure system. Through the breakthrough and mastery of key core technologies such as the overall layout and integration of the system, anti-leakage technology, liquid tank fixing technology, and large-scale friction stir welding (P-FSW) flat-line pipeline development technology, we’ll strive to fill the gap in the intelligent construction technology of large aluminum alloy tanks in China. The tank was subjected to water vapor test and numerical simulation. The results show that the structural strength of the FSP-LNG tank meets the strength check standard of IGC Code.","PeriodicalId":69007,"journal":{"name":"现代机械工程(英文)","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46429751","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When the speed is high enough to cross the speed of sound, air conditions will be different than that in low speed due to the existence of shock wave. In this work, we introduce several numerical ways to analyze the performance of the airfoil when the speed is higher than the speed of sound. With these numerical methods, we analyzed the performance of diamond-shaped airfoil under different angles of attack and speed. With this data, engineers can choose a better airfoil to attain a lower drag coefficient as well as lift coefficient when designing a high-speed aircraft.","PeriodicalId":69007,"journal":{"name":"现代机械工程(英文)","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42361982","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Then we reformulate this problem with the controller into the description using Koopman eigenfunction. Although the original dynamical system is nonlinear, the Koopman eigenfunction behaves linearly. Choosing Jacobi integral as the Koopman eigenfunction and using the zero velocity curve as the reference for control, we are allowed to combine well-developed Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) controller to design a nonlinear controller. Using this approach, we design the low thrust orbit transfer strategy for the satellite flying from the earth to the moon or from the earth to the sun.","PeriodicalId":69007,"journal":{"name":"现代机械工程(英文)","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45733325","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To assist the development of travelling into the universe, I devote myself into providing theoretical support and future indications for designing the optimal orbit for satellite to travel in a Three-Body System. This paper offers the optimal orbit for satellite to change path in the earth-moon system. Also, it provides the path for the satellite to use the least fuel to go to the L4 and L5 Lagrange points. These inspiring results are obtained through several steps: to solve the problems caused by the non-linear character of Three-Body System, I use Koopman eigenfunction to change the system into a linear one. Data-driven method is adopted to find the most suitable Koopman eigenfunction to apply control. The traditional LQR operator for linear system is used to design the optimal orbit for the satellite.","PeriodicalId":69007,"journal":{"name":"现代机械工程(英文)","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47807893","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research was considered a feasibility study of wind energy farm in Bab Al-Hawa, Irbid. The average wind speed in the site is (6.5 m/s). Data have been collected, which includes the average monthly wind speed for 10 years, but by HOMER software to create the hourly wind speed of a representative year is created in order to build Weibull distribution and to calculate the energy generated output of the project. This project contains the construction of 33 wind turbines in 3.11 km square. Each turbine has a capacity of 900 kW rated power and the total rated capacity is 29.7 MW. The capacity factor was found equal to 37.1% which means the amount of utilization of the turbine capacity. The results show that the turbines work 87,286 h/yr, and the total energy generated is 96.548559 GWh/yr. from the 33 wind turbines installed. The initial cost of this project is equal to 80.5243 M$ and the Payback period is 7 years. We have taken into account the environmental impact such as CO2 emissions into consideration. CO2 reductions by using wind energy instead of coal-fired plant are equal to 67124.4 tons, and the CO2 emissions reduction using wind power instead of fuel oil power plant is 5343.4 tons. This research shows that wind farm at Bab Al-Hawa with a capacity of 29.7 MW, 33 wind turbines, 900 kW each has been feasible with a cost of energy 4 cents/kWh.","PeriodicalId":69007,"journal":{"name":"现代机械工程(英文)","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45545847","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study cases analysis is implemented on variable joints orientation of 6R (Revolute) Serial Manipulators (SMs) and variable actuated joints position of 3-PRS (Prismatic-Revolute-Spherical) Parallel Manipulators (PMs) using Grassmann-Cayley Algebra (GCA). This paper, works, is designed to determine geometrically at symbolic level the vanished points of inverse form of this Jacobian Matrix (J) which called superbracket in GCA. The investigation vary to those reported early by introducing GCA approach on the singularity of serial robot, variable joints orientation and actuated positions on robot manipulators (RMs) to analyze rigidity frame work and singularity configuration which involve simultaneously Pure Condition. The linear damage summation approach where creep damage and fatigue damage are combined was used for the creep-fatigue interaction life consumption of the target blades. The creep damage was modelled with the Larson-Miller parameter method while fatigue damage was assessed with the modified universal slopes method and the damage due to creep-fatigue interaction was obtained from the respective life fractions. Because of the difficulty in predicting the life of engine components accurately, relative life consumption analysis was carried out in the work using the concept of creep-fatigue interaction factor which is the ratio of the creep-fatigue interaction life obtained from any condition of engine operation to a reference creep-fatigue interaction life. The developed creep-fatigue interaction life consumption analysis procedure was applied to 8 most of real engine operation. It was observed that the contribution of creep to creep-fatigue interaction life consumption is greater than that of fatigue at all ambient temperatures. The fatigue contribution is greater at lower ambient temperatures as against higher ambient temperatures. For the case study, the overall equivalent creep-fatigue factor obtained was 1.5 which indicates safe engine operation compared to the reference condition. The developed life analysis algorithm could be applied to other engines and could serve as useful tool in engine life monitoring by engine operators.","PeriodicalId":69007,"journal":{"name":"现代机械工程(英文)","volume":"08 1","pages":"221-232"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70497324","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By em-ploying regression models; cutting speed, cutting depth and feed rate, which optimize maximum flank wear and surface roughness were validated. Results of relation signal-to-noise ratios, showed that with cutting speed of 200 m/min, cutting depth of 0.2 mm and feed rate of 0.20 mm/rev, Ra is opti-mized. With cutting speed of 150 m/min, cutting depth of 0.4 mm and feed rate of 0.3 mm/rev, VBmax is optimized. Through the variance analysis it was concluded that the depth of cut was the main parameter that affected on the surface roughness; whereas, the feed rate was the most influential parameter on the flank wear. Confirmation test results showed that the Taguchi method was very successful in the optimization of machining parameters for mini-mum surface roughness and flank wear in the turning of the D2 steel.","PeriodicalId":69007,"journal":{"name":"现代机械工程(英文)","volume":"08 1","pages":"204-220"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44821784","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
