The reinforcing material is embedded \u0000over matrix material. The reinforcing material works to make the matrix \u0000material harder. A fibreglass reinforced composite was developed using E-glass \u0000fibre reinforcement and epoxy resin matrix. The composites were produced using \u0000the hand lay-up technique with varying fibre percentage of 9%, 13% and 25% by \u0000weight percentage of fibreglass mat at orientations of 0°, 15°, 45°, and 90° chosen at random. A 13% by weight percentage of chopped mat was also developed \u0000for purpose of comparison. The fabricated composites were subjected to tensile \u0000test, flexural test, impact test, punch shear test and hardness test to \u0000ascertain the appropriate fibre contents and orientation that is optimum for \u0000the manufacture of headgears. Analysis of Variance was carried out to determine \u0000level of significance and percentage \u0000contribution of the parameters. The results show that both fibre \u0000orientation and percentage of fibre content reinforcement of have significant \u0000influence on the strength and fracture energy of the composite .The fibre \u0000orientation has a higher impact on the strength of the composite (79.74%) while \u0000the percentage of fibre reinforcement has a lesser impact on the tensile \u0000strength of the composite (20.26%). However, the fibre orientation has a lesser impact on the fracture \u0000energy of the composite (24.54%) while the percentage of fibre \u0000reinforcement has a higher impact on the fracture energy of the composite \u0000(75.46%) The result from this study shows that the increase in fibre content \u0000increases flexural strength and impact toughness of the fibreglass reinforced \u0000composite. Total ten attributes namely Electrical conductivity, Thermal conductivity, Rockwell Hardness, Wear resistance, Density, Cost, Melting point, Percentage Elongation, Yield Strength and Ultimate Tensile Strength were considered for the purpose of selection of the electrode Material. In order to select appropriate spot welding electrode, authors have studied various Copper alloys having equally good properties. The selection of essential properties was done using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Experimental work have been carried out on Cu-Cr-Zr material using universal tensile and found that the strength and hardness increases with alloying element, however percentage elongation decreases by 50 % as compared to pure Cu. While performing AHP, the authors found that electrical conductivity, wear resistance, thermal conductivity and Rockwell hardness proved to be the most crucial parameters. Wear of electrode material also affects on current density and performance characteristics of spot welding process and makes it more expensive. The ranking of the property thus provide an input to apply various Multi-Attribution Decision Making (MADM) techniques for selection of the appropriate material for spot welding application. This work is recommended to spot welding electrode manufacturers as well as end users in order to prioritize the properties for selection of spot welding electrode with longer life and good weld quality.

It not only leads to a lack of water that is increasing in desert areas, but it must be kept in mind that the inhabitants of the villages located in the geographical areas whose access to water is difficult, make binding efforts to gain access to water. This article proposes to present the possibility of obtaining water by the condensation of the water vapors of the air by applying the thermodynamic processes of the humid air as well as those of the refrigerating installations. In fact, atmospheric air contains suspended water vapors. When this steam cools below its rose point, there is condensation if water vapors and liquid water or ice appears. It was obtained a quantity of condensed vapors in a refrigeration facility. This amount is directly proportional to the refrigeration power whose efficiency can be improved by the use of photovoltaic energy given the reduced financial cost of this energy. This seems to be a hope among the possible solutions to be considered for the resolution of the water issue.

Such a coupling has been designed as an alternative to traditional couplings to transmit the rotation from the orbiting gear to the output shaft.
