One such instance is logistics. With the increasing popularity and need for online shopping, the e-commerce sector is growing - which goes hand in hand with the logistics industry. The logistics industry keeps growing and is gaining more and more importance - and so do the delivery solutions in the last-mile part of the logistics chain. The last-mile delivery offers a lot of possibilities for new and complexly integrated smart solutions. We propose a new solution for smart delivery services on the last mile. We call it a Smart Post Box. This concept combines various elements and creates a multi-purpose smart city solution that can be easily integrated into different systems. It introduces new ways to receive and send packages, integrates as a part of a smart household, sends notifications, and can be used to collect valuable data. During the current coronavirus outbreak, this solution would prove to be useful in reducing interpersonal contact and thus help eliminate the transfer of the disease. Our calculations show great potential for such innovation.","PeriodicalId":66748,"journal":{"name":"智能电网(汉斯)","volume":"12 1","pages":"184-189"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78923136","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis based on mechanical characteristics have significant meaning for improving the stability of apparatus and the reliability of power supplement. This paper dealt with the condition monitoring techniques of signal sensing, data acquisition, signal processing and analysis methods for condition assessment and diagnosis for switching power facilities. An acceleration sensor is used for detecting the vibration signal and current sensors are used for measuring the tripping coil current, closing coil current, and driving current of motor. Signal processing and analysis methods include envelope analysis based on Hilbert transform and wavelet transform, similarity analysis, energy distribution cure, and time-frequency analysis are proposed as diagnosis strategy for switching facilities. From the field test, it is verified that the proposed methods and strategy can effectively diagnose the condition of on-load tap changer, circuit breaker, and disconnecting switch. Data centers possess their own device management system while other departments manage all kinds of devices. Due to lack of an appropriate recommendation model for researchers conducting device networking, there are a great many problems arising when users apply for the use of devices. The emergence of digital twin has brought a turning point for the recommended device of data center networking. In this paper, a unique intelligent device recommendation model is proposed by evaluating the status of existing inventory device and constructing accurate digital mapping of network elements and their topology in real time with the help of digital twin technology. A prototype model is deployed on an existing device management system to analyze the system and its performance. It can be concluded from the experimental analysis that the performance of our proposed model applying in device management system is better than that of the traditional ones. Finally, as the proposed solution ensures the transparency and traceability of the system, it not only provides a reference for optimization procurement decisions, but also strongly promotes smart city construction from the field of data centers.","PeriodicalId":66748,"journal":{"name":"智能电网(汉斯)","volume":"401 1","pages":"143-150"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75012292","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This abundant data improves mobility systems' study and optimization by allowing the application of data-driven approaches to gather accurate mobility models. In this paper, we evaluate techniques based on the optimization of Kernel Density Estimation (KDE) for modelling and generalizing the observed spatial data. We show how traditional KDE models fail to generalize the information obtained from mobility datasets, if not properly tuned. This mostly comes from the heterogeneity of the data, which changes over time (e.g., day and night) and space (e.g., dense or suburban areas). These issues call for fine grained parameter tuning, which we solve by automatically finding the optimal parameters for classical and variable KDE (V-KDE) approaches. We extensively compare the models' errors in capturing the mobility patterns using car sharing data. Our results show how optimized KDE and V-KDE models can better capture mobility patterns than traditional KDE approaches, both in 2D (i.e., origin or destination only) or 4D (i.e., representing origin-destination matrices) scenarios. We offer our tool available as open-source as a python module.","PeriodicalId":66748,"journal":{"name":"智能电网(汉斯)","volume":"26 1","pages":"48-54"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77832090","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With its rapid development in power system, its abundance and depletion characteristic in different season greatly impact the capacity utilization of transmission lines. This paper proposed an expansion planning method for hydropower-dominated power system considering line capacity utilization. Since N-1 security principle should be met when a new transmission line is built in the system, and the line expansion should also take load development into account, a line capacity utilization index is proposed. By using the utilization index as a operation constraint, and capital costs, power plant operation costs, line congestion costs are used as objective function, an optimal transmission line expansion planning model considering the utilization rate in hydropower-dominated power system is formulated. Three cases are studied to verify the proposed method in modified IEEE 24-bus system. The results shown that the proposed optimization model can avoid congestion and satisfy the system security demand with reasonable capital costs in transmission line expansion, the overall costs are minimized using proposed method.","PeriodicalId":66748,"journal":{"name":"智能电网(汉斯)","volume":"181 1","pages":"33-36"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75418800","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On this basis, a distributed secondary control strategy of the AC side modular converter of the power router based on consistency is further proposed, which realizes the secondary control of the system frequency and voltage and the proportional distribution control of active and reactive power. The distributed consensus cooperative control strategy proposed in this paper, combined with the multi-agent theory, only needs to establish a sparse communication network to complete the information exchange between adjacent distributed generation units. The system has high flexibility and good redundancy. Plug and play, not interfered by line impedance factors, improve the power distribution accuracy of the converter. Theoretical analysis and simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.","PeriodicalId":66748,"journal":{"name":"智能电网(汉斯)","volume":"5 1","pages":"17-23"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81579789","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It can not only provide thermal energy but also minimize the need for electricity imports, cutting operating expenses. In DHW systems, the dynamic temperature difference between hot water and ambient causes heat loss in existing structures. However, the dynamic heat losses were ignored in the research on energy scheduling of DHW systems. The dynamic heat losses in a DHW system are calculated in this paper. A novel method for calculating dynamic DHW heat losses based on hot water circulation is proposed. The timetable was then designed to save the daily operation cost. This work shows that the total cost is reduced by 25.1% compared with the unmodified operation plan.","PeriodicalId":66748,"journal":{"name":"智能电网(汉斯)","volume":"87 1","pages":"166-170"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78740260","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Carbon emission accounting for transmission lines is an important part of them. Carbon emission of transmission lines is mainly caused by line loss. Current statistical line loss is calculated directly from the results of energy measurement on both sides of the line. The error of measurement devices on both sides of the line is not considered, which results in low accuracy of carbon emission measurement. This paper proposes a carbon emission accounting model of transmission lines that takes into account the measurement error and explains the measurement error of the gateway metering device and the calculation method of the combined error, which improves and expands the calculation accuracy and the scope of application.","PeriodicalId":66748,"journal":{"name":"智能电网(汉斯)","volume":"81 1","pages":"6-9"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81953530","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
